I do not want to give even 1 star. It's the worst salon so far I have experienced. Everyone's experience is different, I am just talking what I hv been, I went today for karetine treatment, and believe me, my hair looks exactly same how it was before. When I asked why it's not straight why it's wavy like before, guy replied with very silly answer that it's not exact karetine treatment , when I said but you charged exactly karetine price, I am not doing it first time so do not fool me but he said again, no our karetine is different. Guys, I always check reviews before going anywhere, I was little suspicious why none of the review is bad, all gave excellent reviews. You know what, my Bulgarian colleagues told me once that never believe excellent review blindly coz businesses buy reviews here and he also worked in such agencies in past. So now I know why everyone giving so good reviews..... I suspect Most of them are paid ;) I paid 193 Leva for this treatment and it's worst karetine treatment. Ohhh I forgot to mention the cutting was even worst..... ================================================ Dear, Owner, There is no provision to reply on your comment, So I am adding my comment here, I showed this wave to the hair dresser, and he replied that we cannot do anything on this, this is normal. I told the hair dresser that I did this before from somewhere and it was fabulous, just because I couldn't able to manage to get the appointment on the same day that's why I came to you. After so much of disappointment because there was no difference in hair before and after results, then I asked if I can tie my hair, your hair dresser only suggested me to tie it. And as far as Money return is concern I really disappointed and it's waist of money & time for me. If you really can return my money , I can ask my husband to collect it from you. As I cannot come. As far as future services is concerned, No THANK YOU.

След 3 г ходене при арт директора, бях солидно накълцана през лятото на 2022 г от негова колежка. След това три пъти ходих и се молих той да ме види и оправи щетите.Напразно.За мен нямаше време все, отношение, извинение или връщане на парите. Безкрайно разочарование, лош спомен и месеци чакане да си върна дължината и формата. Добрият салон трябва да може да поема отговорност за гафовете ,да има отношение и да знае как да се извини. Не е лошо и да има елементарно човешко отношение към дългогодишен клиент, чиято коса е била унищожена за минимум 6 месеца след това. Най-малкото е. И не, не сте по-велики от клиента. В София, за щастие, има останали мили, възпитани и добри фризьори,които нямат свръх сомочувствие без нулево покритие. При вас отношение може и да има ,но само за инфлуенсърките. Косата расте, горчилката остава.

I wanted a big change from a long hair to a short one, but wasn't really sure exactly what hairstyle will suit me. I just wanted to love my new hairstyle and refresh my soul with a haircut. I decided to totally trust Rene, who I have just met that day for the first time. And this turned out to be the best risk I have taken recently. I still remember our conversation, how most of my curls ended up on the floor, the butterflies in my stomach while Rene was putting the final touches to my new hairstyle. I just loooved it and I still do even after two months. I will need to visit the salon soon again and with so many good reviews praising Rene, it might be difficult to book an appointment with her, but she surely deserves all the good words! Мястото е много чисто, персоналът е любезен, и работят с много добра козметика. Истината е обаче, че съм много разочарована от подстрижката си. Когато се обадих да запазя час, помолих да ми препоръчат фризьор, който разбира и обича да работи с обемни и много дълги коси. Часът ми беше при старши фризьор Ели. Изслуша вниамтелно как съм подстригвана преди и какво бих искала да променя, беше много търпелива с косата ми. Е, прическата ми изглеждаше добре след стилизация(изправена..), но когато се изкъпах у дома, и се накъдри, бухна.... няма форма, няма етажи. Много трудно се намират в София фризьори, които обичат да работят с голяма къдрава коса, и знаят какво да правят с нея. Явно това не е моето място, успех на салона. :)

I've been visiting from the US for an extended period and needed to get my haircut. I walked in the day previous and they were busy so I made an appointment for the following day. When I arrived for my appointment they were ready immediately. I don't speak Bulgarian well and the stylist (Violet, I think) said her English wasn't good, but she spoke quite well for the situation. The haircut itself took a little bit of time, but I think it was the best quality haircut I've ever gotten. Perfectly even all the way around and reduced to the perfect manageable length. I'm not sure how much a typical men's haircut costs in Bulgaria, but relative to US prices it was a very fair price for me. I highly recommend this place.

Желанието ми беше да бъда остриган с най-ниският номер: нещо почти елементарно. А девойката която извърши тази дейност подходи така, че останах с впечатлението че извършва ритуал- професионалност съчетана с обич към работата! Малко по- късно в салонът отиде и жена ми, която също остана с изключително добро впечатление! В заключение: горещо препоръчвсм салонът на всеки който пожелае добро отношение и висок професионализъм!!!

I gave this a 4 simply because of the technician who did my manicure. she is a true artist takes her time I mean you're literally going to take over an hour just on a men's manicure. Outstanding. I've only had a manicure like this once in my life and that was in New York and I paid top Dollar for it. This literally cos I think equivalent of 3 to 4 euros. I didn't have any other services performed at this salon, it looks very charming, fun. They use the best of course , products de Paris.from when I can see the prices of absolutely amazing so I say, give it a try.

Преди няколко месеца реших да направя голяма промяна с косата си и да я скъся значително и бях много притеснена. Тя ме посрещна на вратата с широка усмивка и ме увери, че е правилното решение. Quite happy with the results and the professional attitude of the stylist and the manicure lady. Price is absolutely normal, even cheap for this part of the city. I was lucky enough to book an appointment at short notice, but it is advisable to book ahead of time since they are a very popular place and their available time slots fill up quickly. If you want an amazing hair styling ask for Rene - she is absolutely amazing. I am definitely going there again. Recommended!

Whilst on holiday in Sofia I visited this hairdressers on three different occasions. The staff are very professional and friendly. I had my hair blow dried by Natalie and I can honestly say it was the best blow dry I have ever had. My hair kept it's style for several days without any need to wash The prices are reasonable and I would recommend this salong highly. I will definitely visit again next time I visit Sofia. Four stars because of the result and their customer service in general. English speakers as well if you were looking for this. Minuses -It took me 5 weeks in total to book an appointment on Saturday partially because of a mistake they made. In general, I wouldn't reccomend it because of the price, 185 lvs for highlights in short hair it's a lot of money plus no high end products were used and no receipt was given.

Really lovely place, highly recommend it! I went for a rather big cut from long hair to a short and funky bob done by a warm and friendly girl named Natalia. She made sure several times if we're on the same page about the cut and suggested some styling products for my hair type. Will definitely come back Oh and they played really nice music at the salon, had to control myself to not whip out my Shazam

I booked via Instagram message, then had to cancel due to a delay on my flight. Popped by to reschedule for next day and they fitted me in an hour later. As a man growing his hair, I get nervous if they will take too much off but great communication and understanding (with me not speaking the local language). Very happy with the cut and service and will definitely use again if I'm back in Sofia

Фризьорите знаят точно какво искам, страшно симпатични са, мястото е приятно, че даже и музиката е много хубава. Последният път по моя вина се наложи да отменя часа си в последния момент и отново реагираха с огромно разбиране. Любими са ми.

Вече за втори път посещавам салона, първия път ме подстрига Георги, а втория - Рене, доверих се напълно и на двамата. Подходиха с внимание и изключителен професионализъм, а приятната обастановка на салона допринася напълно за доброто преживяване по време на посещението. Nouhau was recommended to me several times and I’m so glad I got my haircut here. All of the staff are welcoming and professional! Due to my flight being late I had to change my appointment last minute but staff was understanding and offered me an alternative appointment straight away. Georgi did an outstanding job with my hair and I can’t wait to be back very soon

The place is wonderful and the people working there are literally gorgeous. The hair stylists are professional and nice people. I’m going there fore like 5-6 time and there was the first ever time that someone knows how to make my hair the way I want and exactly how I tell and see it. 110% recommended for sure

My wife visited once while we were in Sofia for a trip. If you want to have your hair done this is nice place to visit. But have to book few weeks in advance. They are very busy. Although the receptionist is very responsive and they will make everything to set a right time for haircut.

Lots of people not wearing masks or wearing them incorrectly! I developed covid symptoms exactly four days after my appointment and then tested positive. No hair cut is worth getting covid.

I didn’t like my hair cut the layering was not done well and I asked for my hair to not be blow dried straight. The heat of the blow dried was very high and burned my scalp as well.
