"The best appartments and rooms in almaty inhave ever seen, mr oscar the manager of this hotel is very cooperative and polite in nature, i went to a a star hostel before but that guy ayaan nature was so rude to their guest but oscar is really a humble personality who attend the guest in a very polite way and the kitchen was also very neat and clean with all facilities also they offer tofees and buscuits to guest next time i will directly come to zikeb zoly rooms only i felt very nice my trip was amazing only because of this appartments

I've been staying here twice and both times was satisfied with neat service, clean rooms and caring staff. Also, transferring to any location of Almaty was easy with taxi and shuttle buses. Kitchen with snacks, free washer and dryer made my vacation comfortable as if I've been staying at friend's house.

Уютно. Персонал вежливый. Но сделайте что-то со звукоизоляцией! Людей за стеной слышно. Каждое слово. Когда кто-то идёт по лестнице на 2 этаж или по площадке на 2 этаже, кажется будто в номере звук. Спать кто-то ложится рано, а кто-то приходит поздно и топает. И наоборот.

Oscar was excellent Clean rooms, early check in. Come here without thinking, everything will be good especially Indians. I highly recommend it. Budget friendly
