The hotel is located just next to the Underground Station (Metro),in a walking distance are Central Railway Station and Central Coach station. There is parking next to the building. Gusts are getting free mineral water in the room, slippers, and free breakfast. There is a safe box in the room, an air conditioning (which didn't work in our room), and a fridge. Free coffee and tea are available in the rooms and at the reception area. Night receptionist is not very friendly and helpful, but the day receptionists are very nice. Receptionist Angelin did the check-in and check out, and it was very professional, polite, and helpful.

It's not my first time in a BW branch, and as always the hotel is great - clean rooms, attentive service and all you need in breakfast. Location-wise it's not as close to the city center, but it's adjacent to the Metro and Tram, which makes it easy.

A 3 star hotel, with rooms that feel like a 4 star hotel. Still , had a problem with some not nice looking stained towels, and the breakfast is quite very basic. The staff is very nice, and although not in a good location, it is well connected to the public transportation, and very easy to move around the city. Overall, very good value for money.

I would recommend this hotel for a safe, well located and affordable stay in Sofia. The staff are great and the rooms do the job. It is very well located to the central train and bus stations, so really good for travel around the city, and indeed abroad. The free breakfast is pretty good, but wouldn't be happy paying an extra charge for this. Overall, I would highly recommend staying here for an affordable and well positioned stay in Sofia

The Best Western Terminus Hotel is located by the main train station in Sofia. It is a somewhat deserted area a little way from the center. Most of the staff are very nice and helpful, but not all. The hotel has a good standard and the room was clean and nice. Those who washed and cleaned were good and pleasant. The price for the room was reasonable.

Located by the train and bus station. Breakfast buffet available which was pretty typical - eggs, meat, cheese, toast. Rooms were comfortable however the bathroom could use a deep clean. There was pink mold on the walls that can easily be removed with a brush and vinegar. The tooth brush holder needs a decent clean too

Check in was brilliant. I was given so many relevant tips to save me money and time.the guy who checked me in was so helpful. A real asset for the hotel.and with the tram station just outside transport into town is not a problem

The hotel’s location is perfect. It is next to the train station. You can walk to the city center where is 2 kms far awar from the hotel. Breakfast is nice. Personnels at reception desk are very friendly

Very close the bus station and the metro! The rooms were ok and the stuff was friendly. They were very responsive and helped us with our luggage. They even allowed us to checkout late. The breakfast wasn't very nice though.

Great hotel, nice comfy modern rooms near to train station, we always use it as a stopover after flying in to sofia Airport (which is easy to get to by metro from hotel for 1,60 ) pleasant breakfast included.

If I’m really honest, it’s not actully 5 stars for me, but for what you pay, it’s close to 4,5. Centre walkable distance (25 minutes), clean, okay breakfast. You can hear the trams in the morning, but not a lot, acceptable. The staff is nice. We didn’t have hot water the first night, but that was also solved later on.

The room was clean and comfortable. Added bonus there was a kettle. Which was great. Breakfast was plentiful and choice. Only small issue was how surly the receptionist was on arrival not welcoming at all. The morning receptionist was lovely. It was within easy walking distance to the bus station. Overall a good stay.

Rooms are clean. The bathroom is awesome and huge. Beds are supercomfortable. The AC works great and staff is very helpful and courteous.
