Pros: Clean, comfortable beds, fairly new interior, well maintained, good wifi, ironing room incase you need, friendly staff, walking distance to city center, bunch of artsy cafes, bars restaurants just at the back of the hotel usually may suit for young crowd. Cons: Breakfast menu is weak, I would choose to eat out, gym use is for an extra fee, no swimming facilities, sometimes the rooms on the train rail side of the hotel may be little noisy at nights. No free daily drinking water in the rooms (Except first day, also there is water fountain by the elevators. There is spa which I did not used, yet it looks ordinary. If you are looking for a hotel that is clean, comfortable, new interiors, close to city center, and has a very reasonable rate, this is the one. In my opinion this hotel better than most of 4 star hotels in the Minsk city.

Attention, do not pay for breakfast at the hotel. The rooms in the hotel are good. The breakfast lefts a gloomy impression. By 10:00 everything was eaten. I drank a cup of coffee, a glass of juice and ate 2 slices of tomatoes for 61 Belarusian rubles (20 USD). The most interesting thing is that breakfast was in the lobby at the bar. There was a restaurant nearby, the doors of which are always closed to hotel guests. As reported at the hotel checing counter, the restaurant is used only for banquets. No comments. I'm not reccomend anybody to stay at the Willing Hotel in Minsk.

Menu in the room doesn't correspond to the menu in the restaurant downstairs. Rude personal. They are going for a cool industrial vibe. What they achieved is a spooky, Soviet vibe. Charged me "destroying two towels" after some ointment got on them. They didn't even try to wash them. Extra charge of $20 or $30 for a bathrobe! No separate creams, shampoos, conditioners if you buy a regular room. The only redeeming factor is the excellent, exciting and creative restaurant downstairs - Simple. You are excited for every new dish. The unusual combination of ingredients takes your taste buds by surprise.

Excellent restaurant, nice rooms, comfortable bed, pretty good wifi. I knock one star off because they put me in a room right above the nightclub and it was *extemely* loud on Saturday night. Thankfully they had a free room two floors up and moved me to it. But if you end up room 220 (or nearby) on a Saturday night and they don't have an empty room to move you to, you may not get any sleep.

Really great three-stars hotel! It's small in comparison but for one or two persons it would be a great place to live. Rooms are clean and nice, workers know English and could help with any questions. You can also get a free breakfast in restaurant from the same building. Also Hotel is near a place where all designers from Minsk are working so you can walk there and see it for yourself

a wonderful all new hotel with the international high class interior and service. my business trip stay there was great and I'll get back here on my next visit. and the restaurant with to mention separately. delicious kitchen!

Very lovely hotel, the receptionists were very helpful and friendly and most importantly can speak English fluently. Already been been there twice and it would be definitely my next hotel if i decide to visit Minsk again

Very nice hotel at relatively reasonable price. We had very big and spacious room. Bar isn't great those. No pool. Other ways if bar and pool is not what you looking for then highly recommended

Good hotel, located near the metro station. Clean, comfortable room, everyday changing of towels and cleaning. Very nice and comfortable bathroom, very comfortable bed and big TV.

Room is ok but can hear all noise from outside. Crazy guys drift with their car in front of hotel at night. Surprisingly nobody complaining or police doesn't care.
