I really liked this place. Relatively central, close to the metro, active, extremely friendly staff (except for one bartender), security, clean, good food, prompt service, and most spoke English well The only reason I don't give it a 5 star is the rooms are a bit dated, especially the bathroom. The bathroom was literally out of the 80s It was clean, but just so dated and old fashioned. For a hotel like this, that is really kind of odd. I would definitely stay here again, but keeping in mind this is not the lap of luxury. But all of the "good" things definitely outweigh the bad. If this is your first time in Minsk, I recommend this hotel because of the mall right next to it and the metro... Extremely nice place, just short of 5 stars though.

Hotel is great and location is good in the center. Rooms clear and bed is comfortable. BUT biggest problem reception and room service. I was order a lot of time water and mineral water my room but didnt came . And I called reception for that they said that not us problem u should call restaurant and they didnt gived me water and not helped us. We was go one time with girls we pay it 50 ruble and another day I was go with 2 girl and nobody asked about money . 1 day we pay it another day we didnt pay it I didnt understand it system there. About hotel and location best place I think and rooms shower and everything good.

NO hot water! Shower diverter did not work, nor the water in the sink. Big sign said weekly rate $229 when it was actually $289, the lady said "Oh we just haven't changed the sign yet". Cable TV had more ads than content and the TV shut off when ever it wanted to, the remote did not work. The 1st room they gave me the door jamb fell off when i opened it! Our room was clean enough, and the staff was very nice and friendly, it's not their fault that cooperate is letting the place fall apart! NO REFUNDS except pet deposits which we got back with no hassle, but, DON'T pay until you see your room!

Pluses: great location, good food and very helpful staff. Rooms are a little small and the furniture is getting old since the last remodeling about 20 years ago. The air conditioning system is unfortunately distributing cigarette smoke and despite of most (all?) rooms being non-smoking, you get someone else's output. The hotel has haircut and a gym with a hammam, but most things are understandably overpriced as this is a very touristy location.

My room was incredibly hot and even turning the thermostat right down made little difference. My room was on the side of the main road and the road noise was bad right through the night even though I was on the 4th floor, resulting in little sleep. The bed was hard as were the pillows. There was a good selection for breakfast but unfortunately I didn't find any of it particularly appealing so went hungry. The staff were efficient and polite. I dont think I would go back given the choice.

All good, if you plan to stay in this hotel, do not change your currency beforehand, as they have excellent money exchange rates there (way better than in airports). Also prices in restaurant and even minibar are really nice. Wifi is nice and fast and everything is very clean. Rooms are very quiet and if you have window to parking lot side, you can even leave your window open (not much noise coming in).

Just fine hotel, nothing special or extraordinary, proper services. The reception and cleaning staff very helpful and friendly, the rest not, stone faces are a standard. Breakfast very moderate, even (or rather specially) as for Belarusian standards. The rooms are comfortable, very nice bathrooms, good equipment, very clean and tidy, warm. Good place for business travellers.

Good hotel for stay in the center of Minsk. Definitely not 4 stars as it is stated. Rooms are small and not new. However price is low and attractive and everything is clear. Car rental is inside. Reccomend to have breakfast in the cafes close to the hotel. Much better and cheaper. Cafe Vasilki is quite nice, Italian restaurant in the opposite side of the street us perfect.

Minsk Hotel was very nice. A very stately, well maintained, quiet and clean historic hotel. The employees were all wonderful and the full breakfast buffet was excellent. It's location in the central area of town next to Independence Square and Parliament was a good location for my tourist touring. I thoroughly enjoyed my four days at the Minsk Hotel.

Great hotel located across the street to a metro station and with walking distance of the train station. Nice clean rooms with a free bottle of water each day, the only issue was the shower where getting a comfortable temperature was quite difficult. Hotel bar had a lovely cherry beer that we didn't find anywhere else.

One of the most famous hotels in the city. It has convenient location. Just nearby there is a shopping centre, where you can purchase some souvenirs or groceries. To go out check the parallel street of Karl Marx. You'll find cafes and restaurants there. Hotel is good, but a bit overpriced.

Very good Hotel, it is located in thr Center, there are many Restaurants near. Breakfast is really ok, Bar is Small, but nice,. I had a room to the Main Street and did not here anything from the Street. Rooms very clean, there is a Spa, a gym and (of you need....) a Casino

Well, it's clean. All the noises at night from corridors are heared due to bad doors. Maintenance understood as the technical service could improve looking how silicone in the bathroom is laid, how fuses are installed, etc. Breakfasts are very nice.

Hotel not even close to 4 stars :) and have seen some life. Would be higher rating if it would correspond to 3 stars. Breakfast is nice and good assortment. Sports gym average, not all equipment is working, sauna and jacuzzi are average.

Slept like a baby! Very good! room had everything, even cream for your shoes Customer service rep, Ilyia, was very friendly &helpful. Grapefruit juice was freshly squeezed... Thank you! …
