I recently had the pleasure of taking my beloved Ragdoll cat, Pistachio, for a health check, and vaccinations at the White Cross Vets - Kings Heath clinic. The experience left me deeply impressed and satisfied with the care Pistachio had received. From the moment we stepped into the clinic, the welcoming atmosphere made us feel right at home. The separate entrances for cats and dogs showcased the clinic's commitment to providing a stress-free environment for all furry patients. Pistachio and I entered through the designated feline entrance, ensuring a calm and peaceful setting throughout our visit. The veterinary team demonstrated their dedication and expertise from the start. They treated Pistachio with the same level of care and attention as if she was their own. They performed a thorough examination, checking her vital signs and overall well-being. The attention to detail and their commitment to preventive care reassured me that Pistachio's health was in capable hands. During the vaccination process, the veterinary team ensured Pistachio's comfort and safety. They explained the importance of vaccinations and answered all my questions regarding potential side effects or concerns. Their clear and concise communication put my mind at ease, reaffirming my trust in their expertise. The clinic's attention to detail and professionalism extended to their vaccination protocols. They followed the recommended guidelines and ensured that Pistachio received the appropriate vaccines for her age and lifestyle. The veterinary staff also provided valuable advice on maintaining her overall health, including diet, exercise, and dental care. Throughout the visit, the team's genuine care and kindness towards Pistachio were evident. They handled her with gentleness and patience, making her feel relaxed and comfortable in their presence. Their genuine love for animals, combined with their professionalism, created a welcoming and inclusive environment for both pets and their owners. In conclusion, our check-up and vaccination experience at this remarkable veterinary clinic surpassed our expectations. The separate entrances for cats and dogs, the attentive care provided by the veterinary team, and their commitment to preventive health measures were all commendable. I highly recommend this clinic to all pet owners seeking a positive and comprehensive veterinary experience. Pistachio and I are grateful for the outstanding care we received, and we look forward to future visits with confidence.

I suggest you take your pet to a Vet that actually takes interest in the pets emotional, mental and physical needs and of the owners too. White Cross Vets does not take any of that into consideration. If you ever think of money laundering- think of this very place. The workers only care about forcing you to go on a pet plan contract for a year and force you to buy the expensive medicine options. I took my pet to have an operation and they suggested this will only the only one time operation my pet would need to have. The operation itself cost around £600. Of course, I, a full time student cant afford that so they made me go on the pet plan, as they said it will work out cheaper. It didnt. I went back for a regular check up and they then said my pet will need another operation that will cost another £600?? They advised the pet plan would cover the cost but it didnt. I had to pay £600 on top of the pet plan I was subscribed too. To note the pet plan is £30 monthly. They did not consider my pets physical and emotional trauma of having to undergo another operation. Also, if you ask why I didn't just take my pet and leave? - Well- its because they held my pet hostage and said they cannot release my pet. Eventually, I had to pay up out of my student finance which left me with nothing. I had to continue to pay for the rest of the year. This itself is traumatic because after a year later, I am writing this review and I still feel traumatic. For anyone wondering- my pet is no longer with me as I have had to give my dog away to a new owner who can afford to pay for the rest of their care and be attentive to my dogs trauma needs it has experienced. I am not equipped to be able to provide this considering I am still a full time student and still left traumatised till today. I hope my dog is cherishing its new endeavours. I wish them the very best. I conclude that the workers/surgeons/nurses are only after your money and do not care about your pets need- only for your money.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction and frustration regarding my recent experience at your clinic during a scheduled dog vaccination appointment. On 29/09/23, I had an appointment booked for 14:45, but due to unexpected traffic, I arrived approximately 8 minutes late. To my astonishment, I was informed that my appointment had been canceled, and my options for rescheduling were both inconvenient and unreasonable. I understand the importance of maintaining a schedule, but I believe the clinic's response was excessive and unfair for the following reasons: 1. Minimal Delay: I was only 8 minutes late, which is a very short delay, especially considering that unforeseen circumstances can occur when pet owners are traveling to your clinic. And there was no mention on the booking confirmation email that they would cancel my booking after 10 minutes which was what the reception lady said to me and as mention I was only 8 minutes late. 2. Limited Rescheduling Options: I was given two options for rescheduling my dog's vaccination. The first was to wait for an entire month, which is an unacceptably long period to ensure my pet's health. The second option was to wait for an hour, which is also inconvenient, especially considering that my dog's vaccination is time-sensitive. 3. Lack of Consideration: The clinic's rigid approach did not take into account the well-being of my pet. Cancelling the appointment and offering such limited rescheduling options directly puts my dog's health at risk, which contradicts the clinic's commitment to pet care.

Hi All, After attending White Gross Vets with my 2 dogs for several years we paid for a well-being plan for both dogs the service over the last 2 years was not the best. Received several text messages from the vets asking me to book the dogs in for Health check and vaccination we booked them in but appointments where cancelled or asked to rebook not good, they notified me to say the cost of the plans were going up to £22.00 per dog after reading this i cancelled my plans this was due to really bad service and couldn't justify the cost of £44.00 per month, After receiving a text today from the vet , i called them to ask them about Health check and vaccination i was told it would be a cost of £100.00 per dog for the Health Check this is outrageous and how can they justify their fees, As you can imagine we are looking for a new vet so be careful this vet is very expensive. 1 out of 10.

Top class in all that they do and also make you feel at ease also the animals sense they nothing to be afraid off. The staff are marvellous how they deal with your animals they don't just go in straight away with any injections or treatment they ask how the dog or cat is stroke the animal talk to you also the animals. They ask if any worries you got also how the toilet going which is very important. White Cross vet wish I found them years back as I never say it to win even if it was just a questionnaire as its a top class vet i reccomend it to anybody which i already have and they have took their cat there as well a vet so professional great fantastic in all they do. I'm not just saying that to win I say this even if it was just a qusetionair great staff polite cleanness and atmosphere walking in the vet is happy feeling.

I would highly recommend white cross vets for both routine checkups and more complicated procedures. My two dogs have always received the biggest welcome and the most genuine attentive care on every visit. Following complications after my dog broke her toe, she had to spend a week at the vets on a drip. We had to drop her off every morning and collect her at night. All of the staff made such a fuss of her that during the week she very quickly began to love going to the vet. On follow up visits she would wait excitedly to see the nurse or vet and pull me into the consultation room! Everything is explained clearly and you really do receive the best of care. I love the little touches - the ‘top dog’ bandanas and the get well cards signed by the staff!! Thanks to all of the staff you do an amazing job!!

Last June after my mum had passed away one of her cats became really ill with a UTI and I had no idea what was wrong and as soon as I explained the situation I had an appointment for the next morning and the understanding, compassion and help given to my cat Star was beyond what I could have hoped for and because of white cross I still have got my cats and for that I am eternally grateful to them and despite my other cat Daisy who panicks and will go to scratch etc they understand that it's because she had suffered abuse before she came to us and over the last few years we have gone from having to move things in the vets office to try and get her back in her basket to her coming out on her own without an absolute panic. I wouldn't go anywhere else except for white cross now.

They don’t respond to emails. My dog is incontinent. Instead of issuing a prescription for a cheap drug that be bought online, they keep advising me to spend insane amounts of money on adaptil products they sell in house for an extortionate mark up- that I have tried and found don’t work at all Rather than give you the ability to procure a cheap medicine online that will actually help your dog, they nickel and dime you into monthly purchases of hugely expensive stuff that doesn’t actually help your pet with their medical problem. Without a prescription from a vet, you can’t freely buy what your pet needs so you are effectively being forced to spend tons of money with them instead- and your pet loses out and can’t get the treatment it needs. I’d recommend you avoid them.

The best vets in the Midlands! My cat cut her shoulder open, I took her to yourvets and was quoted over £1000! Ridiculous! I thought I'd try White Cross on a recommendation from a family member. I was seen immediately, and the vetinary nurse was so honest and said she just needed a few staples and some painkillers. No anaesthetic or antibiotics needed. And just £114! White Cross understand that by being honest and not trying to sell you things you don't need, then they will get repeat customers. I will be recommending them to friends and family! White Cross has restored my faith in vets. I won't be taking my cats anywhere else from now on. Thank you so much to the wonderful team!

This practice is neglectful of your pet unless you are a well off individual. My mom had her dog taken in on 3 occasions with a clear problem, it was a visual problem and on all 3 occasions they couldn't tell us what was wrong with him. He has finally been taken to a completely new vet who could give suggestions as to what was wrong when immediately looking at the dog. He was taken in for surgery just days later and is already improving. Upon reflection it is pretty clear that they were either unwilling to help the dog due to my mom being disabled and not having thousands of pounds to pay or they need some more training/education.

We recently had to say a very unexpected and very quick goodbye to our beloved dog. The staff were amazing in how they treated our poorly little dog and then, when the sad news had to be conveyed, the vet was compassionate and supportive. Our pet was treated with dignity in her last few moments and I was allowed to hold her and spend those precious moments with her. When it came time to collect her ashes, the receptionist was amazing. Her caring and support was so appreciated. A very lovely condolence card with a packet of forget me nots was with our little one too. Thank you to everyone at White Cross Vets.

My pet Gerbil had a scent gland tumour that had been rapidly developing for the last few weeks, and causing discomfort for him. I Decided it was best to have the little guy put to sleep, so he could pass peacefully, Must have called around 8 or so vets multiple times across the week but could not get an appointment. Upon calling WhiteCross I spoke to a super kind receptionist that was understanding of the situation and were happy to fit us in. Came in and both the receptionists and the Vet were understanding and sympathetic and now my gerbil is now in a better place after being PTS. Thanks again, :)

  • Karen Loss

I wouldn't go anywhere else. The entire team are so lovely and real animal lovers. They treat my cats with great respect and kindness. I have had two cats neutered there over the years and also gone through more serious visits when my cat injured his pelvis and another required cancer surgery. They always communicated so well and in both cases my cats recovered better than ever from their ordeals. Very knowledgeable on all pet related subjects, they have also been there for me when my previous cat died and provided a dignified consultation to arrange cremation.

  • Carol Downes

White Cross are a brilliant vets, with fantastic staff. I have had past experience with my staff Jess and when the time came to say goodbye they were professional, supportive and compassionate. Today I took my elderly cat Sox, who is 15, for a MOT and his vaccinations........doing very well for his age, just needs some dental work in the near future. Again looked after well and again the staff were marvelous and the prices are reasonable. You couldn't find a better place or people to look after your fur babies....or any other pet you have.

  • D

Really lovely friendly staff always receive warm welcome when i visit. I have had my two Dogs looked after by White Cross and i really couldn't ask for better treatment for them. Sadly one of my dogs became very poorly very quickly Dominic helped us through the very difficult decision that us pet owners dread. All staff were wonderful. My other dog is looked after just as well. Becky the vet saved his life after noticing a heart problem. He now has a pacemaker and is living life to the full. I would and do recommend White Cross to anyone asking for a vet.

I never thought it would happen to myself but I recently fell victim to a puppy farm scam. For the short time I had my puppy Nico, this vet showed the upmost care for him. They tried their best and support. I felt like I had an extended family. Unfortunately Nico lost his battle to the Parvo virus but the support during and after his loss has been incredible. I’ve had dogs before and family pets who have all been here and it’s always been the best care. I’ll return one day and I know I’ll be in safe and welcoming hands. Thank you again to the whole team.

  • Sue James

Absolutely amazing !! All the staff are great. They take the time to listen, appointments are never rushed, always give good advice (even for wounds on humans caused by pets). Always a bowl of water available for thirsty dogs and a mop for any accidents. All staff are friendly, nurses and reception staff are always ready for a cuddle or scruff and there's always a jar of treats on the reception desk. I just can't fault these guys, I guess that's why I've been using them since they first opened this practice. Keep up the good work

  • Pamela Copplestone

Came here with my cat as the vet we have used for years has changed hands and they don't seem to care much any more. Couldn't be more different! This practice is cheerful the minute you walk in the door. Receptionists are positively charming and the vet was friendly but professional. She explained everything incredibly clearly without having to be questioned. Most important was the way they treated my cat - I have absolute confidence that he will get the best help he needs with genuine kindness. Thank you.

  • Jayde Manns

Not happy at all. My dog went in with a wound. Cost over £200 just to put a bit of bandage round her leg twice. She went in today to get it removed. My mom was shocked to see our dog come out in a sock with a plastic bag around it. Which fell of in the shop itself and in the car. They have then told us to buy something on Amazon, which is out of our budget. They haven't gave us any advice, just told us to change the sock. A human sock. The workers were very rude and unprofessional. Disgusting honestly.

This was the first vet I have been to and it was the best decision I have made. The staff are so helpful and lovely, they treat animals with respect and are so gentle with them. Every time I brought my cat, they made her experience less stressful and took good care of her. Sadly, I lost her last month and the compassion and support the staff members showed when she was put to sleep was heartwarming. I am incredibly grateful for the amazing service I have received from White Cross Vets.

  • Kitty CatsWhiskers

This vets is fabulous and I can't rate them highly enough. I've been in a few times with my elderly cat and have seen the wonderful vet Peter. He is knowledgeable, friendly and so kind. All the staff I have met are just ace, it has a lovely atmosphere and is always super clean. Thank you from me (Kitty) and my fur babies Princess Norris & TomCat. Actually Princess Norris is still getting over the indignity of her temperature being taken... but I'm sure she'll be thankful soon!

  • Warren Bond

Lovely warm genuine care and attention. You just know that these people care. I knew Ruby was in great hands Her biopsy and X-ray and scans went well and were handled excellently. The reception staff are great to. Bright and friendly open plan reception area to. I highly recommend Emily and Lucy are so loving and gentle with Ruby to I never worry about leaving Her with them . Margaret and Sussaneare proper nice sensitive receptionists to all round great people

  • Andrea Haenze

We have now been with White Cross Vets for a few months, and we have been very happy with the care. The staff are really friendly, we get regular reminders regarding when our dogs flea and working medication is due, and we have also been able to get an appointment same day, when our dog had a really bad case of conjunctivitis. They have been taken over by a new owner, but so far, o haven't noticed any big differences and as I said, the staff are all great!

  • Jade Abbott

Lovely vets practice, always go out of their way to be helpful. High quality care. Saw Peter today with my dog and he was so lovely, explaining everything every step of the way and listened to my questions. Lucy is also a fantastic vet who always goes out of her way to get my dogs sorted. The nurses are absolutely ace, the receptionists are very kind. Theyve been fantastic this year even during the difficulties of a pandemic. Wouldnt go anywhere else.

  • Lynsey Abbotts

I must say all the staff are so kind, caring and helpful. From when you first enter you are greeted by a friendly, smiley receptionist who is polite and deals with you quickly. Waiting times are very short before you are called in. All the vets and nurses are very caring and informative. I really can't sing there praises enough! both me and my puppy love going there! thank u for your fantastic service all staff should be acknowledged and praised!!!!

  • Dawn Hill

Have 2 rescue greyhounds 1 of which was extremely nervous and not willing to enter treatment room. The vet then decided best to give his injection and medication in reception area so that he was less stressed and suggested a few sessions of orientation so not so nervous in future. Also bring both greyhounds in together as the other one loves everyone at the vets and enjoys going. Always friendly and helpful. Wouldn't take my dogs anywhere else

  • Chris MacConnell

Have been bringing my cat here for 2 months now and had very positive experiences every time. All staff I've met have been very helpful and friendly, and the vets/nurses clearly know their jobs well, and are great with the animals they're seeing. Monthly care plan is highly recommended, as there is so much included that would cost you a lot more at usual prices. Easy enough to get to either by car or bus, with some parking right outside.

  • peterecco

I have visited White Cross vets several times over the past few years and have always received excellent service from start to finish. The reception staff are very helpful always going out of their way to squeeze you in for an appointment when it is necessary. The vets are friendly and informative and always have the animals interest at heart. I feel totally confident with their care for my dog and can not speak highly enough of them.

  • April MayJunee

Sam was absolutely brilliant with our boy James who can be quite nervous. He was diagnosed with diabetes and the nurse we saw for his care appointment following this diagnosis was also lovely. Very knowledgeable and reassuring. Got a call the day after to check how his first injection went... Can't fault them in terms of bet care Have used them in the past for our other cats also and they were good with them too.

  • K Star

I have been bringing my pets here for a decade it’s a good vets however the women who answer the phone provide different information for example one quoted me a different price to the other woman and another woman told me completely false information and spelt my name and my pet’s name completely wrong despite phonetically spelling it and later could not find me on the system just silly errors like this

  • Hannah Keleher

Our dog Loki was out to sleep on 11/01/23 and the vet was amazing, he let us take things at our our pace and gave us time to say a real heartfelt goodbye to our boy. On collection of Loki's ashes he was there and made things so much easier knowing who we are and who we had come for, bringing him out to us and was very sincere. Thank you so much for helping through this difficult time, your amazing.

  • Janet Parks

Highly recommend this vet very friendly welcoming staff . Clean practice amazing vets . Took care of my Boarder Collie Kenzie when he was dying never felt rushed let me and my dad be with him at his final stage. Now rescued another dog and received the same high standard of care for her . She went in no problem in fact liked going . Vets are very experienced and caring nurses are too ❤️

  • Amanda Beard

I would not take my animals anywhere else. The staff are always caring and kind. They take the time to answer any questions you have. I know when my animals go in they are loved just as much as they are at home. When I had to have my 14 year old staff put to sleep they were just as emotional as I was, I felt it isn't just a job to them its a passion. Thank you white Cross vets ❤️

  • Laura Zaharia

Lovely reception staff and great vets! Everyone is really nice there and took care of my cat with everything we had him in for! And included a very nice surprise of a ‘get well soon’ card after his castration, signed by loads of the staff. That was such a nice touch that I really appreciated. Mango loves them all there, even if coming to the vets is not his favourite activity!

  • Abida Peters

Caring, knowledgeable, and professional staff. We have a diabetic cat and the team knew about using a Libre for her instead of all day monitoring. We also had the sad experience of having a cat pass away at home. We brought him to White Cross to arrange his cremation and the team were very kind and genuinely caring as we were understandably distraught by his sudden passing.

  • Jonathan Harper

As a first time dog owner I couldn't recommend WCV enough. The team on the front are incredibly welcoming and happy to give any tips or advice they can. During the recent heatwave we spoke about ways to keep my puppy cool, happy and more importantly safe. As for the veterinarians, they are wonderful and talk through what everything means if you don't fully understand.

  • Keisha B

Honestly the best vets we’ve ever been too, caring for a stray cat for a couple of years now, he finally went over the rainbow bridge tonight they was honestly the best people receptionists and I can’t thank Libby the vet enough, thank you for being the best team, and helping our boy with his final moments forever grateful for you all. Thank you so much

  • Isa Holmes

We recently moved from another vet to Whitecross. We didn't think that our previous vet gave us any credit for knowing our dogs and she used to talk over us. Totally different case with Whitecross. They take their time, listen to your concerns and treat your pet accordingly and with compassion. The receptionists are a little wacky, but lovely. First class service

  • Christina Jones

Thank you to the Whitecross Vets Team at Kings Heath for their excellent support when our dog Tilly was unwell recently. The reception staff did their best to get an appointment. Despite Covid, when we attended the appointment staff were friendly & approachable. After seeing our dog who was anxious & pain, the vet came outside to explain problem & treatment plan.

  • Dawn Calt

Being Adopted Parents to our 8 year old GSD Jess has always been a privilege. Unfortunately she has developed an eye condition which will almost certainly take her sight completely over the coming month’s. It was easy to get an early consultation once I described Jess’s condition and Peter her Vet and the Staff at White Cross have been helpful and friendly.

  • Sam Gamblin

Recently moved to White Cross Vets Kings Heath, after our long term vets closed down. Wish we'd moved sooner! There are always plenty of staff on reception - friendly and efficient. All queries and insurance payments are promptly dealt with. Also multiple vets on, who are kind and knowledgeable. Only downside is the parking! I park on a side road and walk.

  • Ghulam Rasool (DynamiteGhuly)

The best VETS in Birmingham! Super friendly team that do the upmost to get you appointments ASAP. The nurses/Vets are very friendly and give lots of information for you to take home so your pet gets the best treatment. The following day they will call you to check up on your pet. This gives a big level of reassurance that they genuinely care!

  • Charlotte Gillett

Amazing staff who are so friendly and clearly care about the animals as much as the owners. My cat has come home from surgery very relaxed and well looked after. The information the staff provide is thorough and they're happy to answer any questions. Such a wonderful experience in comparison to the last vets we were at - thank you so much!

  • Sheila Knapman

The receptionists, vetinary nurses and vets are pleasant and helpful. They listen to your concerns and it feels as if they really care about your pet. They handle animals carefully. The waiting area is bright and clean. There is a place to put cat baskets, covers and calming spray is provided. The appointments generally keep to time.

  • Richie Rees

I've the staff and Vet's at White Cross extremely professional. Very friendly people and nothing is too much trouble. My dog Lenny loved it there and got on with everyone. It's been truly wonderful. I feel confident to for my dog to cared for at this brilliant practice. Well done everyone at White Cross. Great work.

  • Kristine Sipjagova

Chose the best clinic for my little one. The staff is nice and welcoming there, but I believe veterans need more experience. I wasn’t told anything new from what I already knew. Vet visits ended up with my little one being in pain for his last few hours due to the overdose of the prescribed medication (steroids).

  • Morag Emslie-Wilding

Had to take kitten for 6 month check with the nurse, excellent service. Really friendly and knowledgeable. I got home and realised my other kitten hadn’t had her check up so phoned and they fitted me in the same morning. Again great service. Both cats fully health checked and wormed. Would highly recommend.

  • Justine Burgess

My dog has been going to white cross vets ever since he was a puppy and I have always had excellent service. Today I took the new addition for her first vet appointment and for her vaccination and the vet was brilliant with her! Once again, amazing service from a caring vets. Highly recommend this practice

  • Dawn River

I was very impressed by this practice. The staff are welcoming and very helpful and the vet took her time to explain everything and answer all my questions. Just as important was her ability to put my nervous rescue dog at ease as she examined and treated her. I would highly recommend this practice.

  • Frederick Davies

Dr Samantha King and her colleague Peter, went above and beyond the call of duty to care for my lovely little Jack. They genuinely cared, were compassionate, and tried everything they could to give me a few precious months longer, with my beloved Jack Russell . Thank you both for everything

  • Theresa Cabot

The kindness , support and care are always outstanding! I’ve been going to this practice for years , they are just excellent!! Exceptional people .. wonderful service - Thank you to them as ever for being a vets I can truly trust to look after my beloved fur family the way I care for them .

  • Elizabeth Phillips

Caring staff... Not just towards our fur babies but towards us humans! Had our little Princess spayed and nothing but praise towards the whole team at white Cross. They are all so genuine and loving. Our little one was in good hands and the aftercare is a wow service also. Thank you …

  • Esther Roden

I always find the staff at White Cross Kings Heath to be friendly, caring and kind. Everything about our rabbits needs are fully explained, and we are alerted to any costs involved. I am always confident that the service will be as efficient and professional as possible.

  • Francessca-Louise O'Reilly

Took my little fur baby in for her injections today, the receptionist Margaret is lovely and nothing was too much for her. Excellent service and their wellness plan is brilliant value for money. So happy I signed up my puppy to this vets and I advise others to as well.

  • Lucyann Street

wouldn't go to any other vet! they are amazing with my dog max! who became ill yesterday called them and straight away got max in! me personally would recommend white cross vet to anyone! they are all brilliant! also thank you so much for looking after max

  • LB

Had really good service 2 days ago, with my Cat needing to be seen urgently. Expensive though as they do have quite high charges, for different things they do and offer. Had different service though today, when went back with my Cat for an ongoing issue.

  • ellen leaning

I dealt with Peter at the practice today. Really helpful and informative and compassionate. Gave us all options available to us to help our cat. Arranged follow up calls to check in on us. Thank you Peter for all your help during a difficult experience

  • Emma Gill

Staff very friendly and warm, they add a personal touch which I've found lacking at other vets. They are realistic with their treatment and the prices and actually listen to the owner rather than tell you their policy. So glad my mom recommended them.

  • Victoria Mounsey

Sad day today but the kindness and compassion we have been shown today shows the dedication to all animals in their care monty may have weeks or months left with us which we will treasure and we are comforted that they will be with us on our journey

  • Mr ZulfAli

There is a car park to rear. Appointment ran on time and smoothly lovely receptionist and vet nurse was also very professional offered all the options to allow us to get required tablets short term or long term. Very pleased and would recommend.

  • gill carter

Recently had to take my six month old puppy as he had chewed some tablets as soon as I rang white cross they said to bring him straight to them, they took him straight in gave him an injection and kept him for the rest of the day. They kept

  • Nicola Burton

Fantastic clinic; thoughtful, professional, always go the extra mile. From the absolute worst to the most basic of needs taking you to the vet, they leave you impressed. And without emptying your bank account. Best choice for you, your pet

  • Helena Mandleberg

Very friendly vets. Greg was brilliant with our dog, who settled quickly as a result despite having an uncomfortable implant fitted. One star off as we were not made aware of the £55 consultation fee on top of the already expensive implant.

  • Julia Broad

After 20+ years using previous vets, I chose Whitecross after seeing so many recommendations online and it is within walking distance to my home. The staff have always been courteous, professional and friendly since I have been using them.

  • William Freeman

This is the best vets I have ever used and we have had animals for 35 years. The staff are fantastic, they just love the dogs and always make a fuss of them. We recently had to have a cat put to sleep and they could not have been more

  • caroline morrissey (MrsCalM)

I’ve just switched to the practice at Kings Heath. The Reception team were warm and welcoming, as was the vet. Treatment options were explained clearly. My dog was very comfortable with the team here and I would highly recommend them.

  • Millie Conn

Could not speak highly enough of this practice, brilliant team, great with my puppies, always warm and welcoming, the pet health club is a welcome bonus to make keeping my pups safe and healthy, my pups actually like going there!!

  • Morgy

Excellent and friendly service. Can get busy but all staff are helpful and can't do enough to help. Parking can be a pain but generally easy to walk around the corner from easier parking a street away. Rear car park can be busy.

Superb vets, clean practice. Vets themselves are kind, show empathy and are professional. Upfront yet sympathetic to both your pets and your needs. Wouldn’t go anywhere else, all my pets have gone there for over 15 years .
