Paid for 60 pills received 30... promised by Oscar this second month it would be corrected. I am owed last months but am only asking for this months other half of my bladder condition pills. The blame game, rude remarks, insulting remarks, excuses you name it I have been put thru it. I have insurance Aetna... My doctor has resent the prescription since they blamed him. Still no more pills I paid for already... still no resolve or one in sight. Treating me like I am a bother when I was not given my medication I was charged for and paid for in full with Aetna and Co-pAy. Treat me like my issue is not of their concern and they do not want to deal with me. They want me to pay again and I am paid in full on month two of half prescription total of pills. To be continued!! I live an embarrassing life without my full prescription. Thank God my pills don't keep me alive! I'd be dead long ago...like a month and a half ago when this first began!! God help us all when no one cares to fix a problem, treat customers like they don't matter and outright make you listen to them insult your intelligence repeatedly regarding something you have no control over and they have all the power so they make you listen to their nasty remarks about your doctor of 18 years? Lie saying he did not write it properly. Hello?? I handed you a properly written prescription and he sent another in case he was mistaken and they said he did but now ant me to pay again!!!! UMMM I ALREADY PAID TWICE FOR HALF A PERSCRIPTION! Let ME GO TELL Aetna ON THEM NOW! They are now scamming insurance & me for $$$$ if you ask me it is clear it is a scam and this is not my first rodeo of this kind with Walgreens pharmacy but I guarantee it is the last!!! Imagine... or, I wonder how badly they treat others?? God help us all! God sees all things...& Jodi does petty Google reviews when you steal from her and treat her like a dog that is annoying you! At your JOB where I am a consumer!! I am being ROBBED by WALGREENS AND SO IS MY INSURANCE COMPANY! ON THE PHONE NOW BEING TREATED LIKE A RED HEADED STEPCHILD AGAIN!!!! GOD HELP ME...REPORTING THEM FOR INSURANCE FRAUD FOR LAST MONTH! SOON AS I GET MY MEDICATION!!! UPDATE: Oscar gets all belligerent on the phone repeating my doctors error in writing my prescription. I reminded him that I hand delivered that prescription and I was written properly. I hung up on Oscar... I have picked a full new prescription paid my $20 copay again & Aetna has been billed again. They have now impressed me with their IGNORANCE ! THE ENTIRE STAFF TOOK SHOTS AT ME, TALKED TRASH TO ME WHILE REPEATEDLY MAKING SNIDE REMARKS. I WAS REPEATEDLY ASKED TO TELL THE ENTIRE SENARIO OVER 30 TIMES DURING THIS ONE & A 1/2 LONG FIASCO! LOOK OUT WALGREENS THIS IS WAR! I AM AN IRISH RED HEAD THAT DOES GO SUPER PETTY TO BBB, HEALTH DEPT., AND Contact the National Insurance Crime Bureau (NICB). The NICB is a non-profit organization dedicated to combating insurance fraud across a variety of industries by working closely with insurance companies and law enforcement. Walgreens YOU TREAT ME LIKE I DONT MATTER WHILE YOU STEAL FROM ME AND DO INSURANCE FRAUD! Now I am going to report them for Insurance fraud and never return for any reason.

I have been trying to get my RX for 3 days now. I have called every day and have been on hold for more than 15 minutes each time without ever being able to speak with anyone. Today I FINALLY got to talk with someone, and they couldn't find me in the system as I'm holding an RX bottle in my hand with my name on it from the exact pharmacy i'm speaking with. I get put back on hold and after another 10 minutes I got another message on the hold music that there are people in front of me on the phone line waiting. Called back to speak with store manage to get put back on hold. Called AGAIN and stated my issue. The "manager " said that I shouldn't have an attitude and put him through that. Once I FINALLY get someone that might be able to do their job then stated I didn't have any refills when I Clearly did, and it said I had no refills because the ONE refill I Was given by the DR was pending for three days!!!! After another lifetime of being on hold I'm told that it will be ready in a few HOURS!!! IT has been pending for THREE DAYS! I had knee surgery, and I should NOT have to drive down there just to get a med that I ordered DAYS ago and have been trying every day to talk with someone as the message on my order says to call the store. I cannot tell how many times Walgreens also sends my order to the wrong store even though I give the DR the correct information and they have it in the system, but Walgreens keeps sending it to random stores. Unfortunately, due to my insurance i am stuck using this "pharmacy" until I can get it changed. I need a solution to this problem addressed ASAP!

The pharmacy technician that originally helped me was very unprofessional. I understand it’s frustrating dealing with customers and request to double check insurance coverage and claims. Having to tell your customer that how the previous claim was processed using my copay card was done incorrectly and someone will get in trouble is very unnecessary and should be communicated internally. She not only mentioned it once but more than twice. It’s none of my business if someone should get in trouble on how my prescription card was processed nor letting a customer know, without her assurance, if prior processed was done incorrectly and basically putting a blame to person that work in the company. Accusing their coworker of processing it incorrectly is unprofessional. She asked me if I wanted to speak to their pharmacy manager instead and I responded yes calmly. For her to relay the information on what’s happening to the manager so loudly that prob people around me could over hear rather than coming closer to her was very unprofessional. Mind you I didn’t even raised my voice and was just confused and showing them my card and the instructions it’s telling me how a pharmacist should process it since it’s been an issue before. Pharmacy technician should be trained for proper customer service as well. The other pharmacy technician and the pharmacy manager was kind.

I'm really annoyed with the staff at this Pharmacy for MANY reasons. But I will explain the most recent and biggest one. There are signs at the Pharmacy stating that the Pharmacist is always available to talk to you via phone or in person regarding your prescription. Well, that is total BS at this location. When I asked to talk to the Pharmacist about a question I had on a prescription I was picking up since I am expecting; she wouldn't come talk to me! She stayed on her computer and told her staff to tell me to call my doctor. Seriously? I did that already, I just came from their office. You could have at least given me the common decency and speak to me for a few minutes. She didn't even know what I was going to ask. Second: Any time I call in refills ahead of time through the automated system or via the automated texts, and it tells me what day and time the prescriptions will be ready, they are NEVER ready, and they always tell us to come back later. So what is the point of the refill automated service? This locations and really bad reveiews, and the district manager and corporate need to take notice and do something about it. I'm done ranting and won't go into the other things O can complain about. I hate that I use them because they are the closes to me. I might have to make start inconveniencing myself and start going to another Pharmacy.

Do not send prescriptions here!! My son's prescription was called in at 11am. Somehow it was 'delayed" due to insurance changes. Instead of them just filling the prescription and assuming it would be paid out of pocket, they put it on hold completely. I called the pharmacy to find out what the delay was and was placed on hold by a young lady named Chris for 35 minutes. During this time by husband had gotten off of work and drove all the way there, while I am still holding. I merged the pharmacy and my husbands call together while he was driving there. As he is standing there speaking to the manager Oscar, Chris (the lady that placed me on hold) finally decided to pick up the line. Meanwhile, my husband is looking at her like, ummmm yes, its me holding, still here. Totally unacceptable. Not once did she come back to the line and say ANYTHING! Clearly, these techs need to go back and get some training on customer service because they are truly lacking this important component. This is key to any business. Not only was my sons prescription delayed, but my call was disregarded as if it meant nothing!!! I was determined not to hang up, just to prove a point. My husband drove 30 minutes from work to the pharmacy. Meanwhile, I am still on hold, really?!?!?!? Never shopping or sending another prescription here again!! I'd rather drive out of my way.

No Stars. Super crazy pathetic slow and no one is ever in a rush. It's almost like they want you to leave. The drive through takes at least 40 minutes. I've been waiting on a critical prescription for over 2 weeks. Been getting the run around. Talked to 6 different techs and every one told me something different. First, it's out of stock, then I need to mail order, then I need to go to my doctor for them to send this script somewhere else(which she won't she said to wait on them). Then today someone said they never had the script8 and need to request, then someone else says oh you have 2 accounts. As we speak, I have literally been on hold for 45 minutes, they will not say anything just pick up and put you back in que. But this last time someone picked up and hung up on me. Now I have to start over again. Once I get this medicine, I will NEVER come here again. I say that every time but this time I'm serious.

Just had my persricptions changed from Publix to Walgreens because of my insurance. So I get a call 3 days ago and was told I had to wait 1 more day to get one of mine filled. That was fine with me. So today I get a phone call from them telling me if I don't come today they are going to put them back. I said I was waiting for the one, she said he's filling it right now. So I wait 2 hrs and go. I'm get there and she can't find them and then told me I would have to wait for him to fill the on one she said he was filling awhile ago. OMG, I said just give me 2 of my meds and I'll be okay. She finally came back with 3 bags and I said why do you have 3 when I just told you 2. She said this one is your flonaize. I about lost it because I don't even use that and do not have a prescription for it. I will NEVER go back. Never apologized and was mad at me for their screw up. Horrible

  • Heather Rice

Longest wait everytime New experience: The Manager Brixxon ( he barely could utter a word ), would not refill my prescription. Rightfully so, per corporate, I needed another form of ID. However, he had me go home three times and bring back different ideas, never telling me each one would be not be useful. Not to mention, he was obviously uninformed of any rules for this department because he gave me blank stares on every question I asked. Finally, the lovely pharmacist, (name started with a Y) advised my husband could simply come in an sign for me. 2 hours later, issue resolved. Manager on duty was incompetent, unable to speak to customers- maybe language barrier but could tell because he said nothing. Good luck to the competent employees because we will not return. And looking at these reviews....not so hot! Thank you to the pharmacist.

How does this place even still exist? Went 2 times to try and get my daughters prescription filled and they are just completely clueless. The first time the online app said my insurance wouldnt cover her medication, so i called them then they couldnt find it? So when I arrived it was already filled? WHAT lol Second time today. Droped it off was told 2 hrs to pick it up ok. Called to see what was going on and low and behold they couldnt find her prescription again? Then asks who i gave it to. Im not sure as I dont work their. They finally find it after 5 mins then tell me they cant refill it for another 2 days, because it's a controlled substance. I get that but it was last filled 30days ago and now she gets to go a day without her meds. Good job. Needles to say I dont recommend these clowns.

Don't go to the pharmacy for consultation- no help! My son had an allergic reaction and I needed some medicine. One of the associates helped me locate what I asked him for in the store. He was helpful. When I asked a question, he told me he would not be able to assist and I understood why. He also told me if I needed consultation then I would have to go to the pharmacy. He reached out for me and I noticed the look on the woman's face when he asked. She looked like she didn't want to be bothered with and I tried to be patient waiting but eventually left without any consultation. Now reading the reviews I can see the poor ratings. Not a good look especially for me being here from out of town on vacation. Tried to do the survey for feedback but wasn't able to leave any comments.

  • Brittany Rose

Literally NO WONDER you have such bad reviews. And I bet it’s all from the pharmacy. Everyone I’ve dealt with in the pharmacy is entirely unprofessional and rude. I waited in line in the drive thru to pick up my prescription at 8:56 and when I got up to the window after the person in front of me (9:02 was when they were helped) they had a closed sign. So I don’t went inside and asked to talk to someone in the pharmacy because that’s ridiculous and they basically said oh well. They said we didn’t see anyone so we put the sign up. Oh but we open back at 8am. SOME PEOPLE CANT COME AT 8AM. I am so done with every person in this trash establishment. You’d think with so many bad reviews you’d do something to rectify whatever is it you have going on. Apparently not

  • Chrisandjen Adams

THE WORST PHARMACY!!! The staff is beyond lazy. They held my blood pressure RX for a month because NO ONE would call the doctor to confirm the quantity. Everytime i called to about the status of my Rx they told me it was an insurance issue. Ummm not an insurance issue. It is a staff is LAZY issue. So my insurance changed and I had to xfer a different RX from cvs to lazy walgreens. I spoke with walgreens who said they had xferred the rx from cvs and it would be ready in an hour. So imagine my surprise 6 hours later i swing by and they said they had NO RECORDS OF ME CALLING OR MY SCRIPT!!! Just flipping ridiculous!!! Then they made me call cvs. Cvs said no that walgreens would have to call them. Then the snooty counter girl said your rx wont be ready tonight!@

  • Taylor Chewning

We had two poor experiences here within a couple weeks. Had a prescription called into the pharmacy from the urgent care, and the pharmacy never filled it. They kept telling us to come back later, but they never actually filled it (even the next day). Then, I did their drive thru covid test. When I pulled up, they had no record of my appointment (I had the confirmation email). It was a rapid test, and the results should have been delivered within 2 hours. They were not. I waited until the next day to call and ask, and they had lost my test. Once they finally found it, they said it was invalid because there wasn’t enough sample. My guess is they never performed the test in a timely manner leading to the invalid result. Poor customer service

  • Mags sweet

They do not care about there customers at all .I almost always wait but nbd.Today my boyfriend went to pick up my prescription well they had 2 he unknowingly bought both and I had him turn around was still bagged and stapled a 3month supply of a medicine I cant take they refused to take this back not only taking my money that I really do not have to give.I understand if ot was not within min and unsealed it was not so they are going to just be trashed meanwhile I cant get meds for 3months .Do not use instant refills or this can happen I am moving my prescriptions from here and will likely try to never go here .Stealing from insurance companies and your customers

  • Diondra Nichols

Always issues... Almost to never have my prescriptions in timely manner. Say prescriptions ready and not. Waited in drive-thru 45 mins. Seems like if the person prescription (in front of me) wasnt ready the pharmacy worker would have told them come back around or even come inside. Like a normal drive thru would have done but no waited 45 minutes. There were about 7 cars behind waiting in line and now im stuck in the drive thru line. The Lady working the window was rude. People working the windows need some customer service training- dont speak (Hi how are you) and have an attitude. Only why i use them because its near my home but worst pharmacy.

  • Megan L

Every time I go it’s a different problem, the auto refill I did online didn’t go through , they don’t have my insurance on file (had same Insurance 10 years and been going to them do that long) , I don’t have refill even though I have previous bottle showing I do, they don’t make that med anymore (then I call the other Walgreens and they say that’s not true) , I mean how come I cant just go and pick my meds up without some problem, they are totally incompetent. Transferring all my prescription and business to somewhere with people That actually have college degrees and know how to use them.

  • Dannelle Howden

Called to find out what action needed to be taken to get my Rx filled as I received a message that more info was needed. After a 5 min wait, a girl answered who told me she would have to transfer me to her colleague to find out why (like it's a huge secret or something), only to have to hold 30 more minutes of constantly being placed back on hold. I had to disconnect the call because I had to go back to work... wasted my entire lunch break and never got an answer because they HUNG UP ON ME! Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Zero customer service or respect.

  • dennis schwindt

I cannot stand this Walgreens.. Can't call its always busy, the drive thru always takes at least a half hour cuz they never have the 2nd lane open, inside they are dumb as rocks. I called in a refill and it took them 2 days to fill it. They didn't have to call the Dr or anything I had refills left and it took them 2 days in fact I'm still waiting but cannot get through on phone as usual the lines busy. I location on Blanding and wells is the best in the area. I'm working on getting my scripts transferred over there but dumb asses on argyle can't get it right...

  • Dagne

Worst place: my medication was discontinued and they never let me know, so I can call my doctor. After months I asked why I never got my medicine and the lady told me “oh I am sorry that no one called you” and that’s it. Worst place ever, the pharmacist should had called the doctor to let them know or called me. Moved here Six months ago from New Jersey never had anything like this happen to me before, my pharmacist always called my doctor if there was any problems, hope is only at this Walgreens, they were so incompetent. Changing pharmacy.

  • Juan Mederos

Very bad customer service, they made mistake one after another, they call you and tell you your medicine is ready and then they say is not and make you wait , then they can’t find it in the system , you talk to the people in the pharmacy and they all have different information, they tell you to wait a hour and you end up waiting 24 hours , unfortunately my insurance only accept Walgreens pharmacy so I’m stuck with this pharmacy and is the closest Walgreens to my house. I hope the management will do something about these mess !!!

  • Jamie Behrendsen

This pharmacy is the most incompetent pharmacy I have ever dealt with. We pay $475 dollars for our sons medication. They constantly fail to order it when asked regardless of prescription and have even canceled the order due to price, even though we have always paid cash for our sons medication. It doesn’t deserve any rating. When you call support you get disconnected constantly and just sent from person to person. Highly considering consulting a lawyer. In the mean time, is and our $500 a month will go to Publix.

  • Taylor Jones

This is my neighborhood Walgreens that I always go to. Sometimes they do struggle a little and are kinda slow but you can tell that these workers are doing their very best with what they’ve got. I ended up having to get some vaccines at this Walgreens and passed out. The pharmacy staff was right by me the entire time to make sure I was safe. They brought me crackers and water and called for extra help. I’m lucky that the staff and other customers were so quick and helpful. I will continue to go here for sure

  • Nelson Santiago

Go to Target or Publix... Walgreens is the Worst pharmacy I ever have to deal with... Customer service is horrible, very rude people. They told me to come back in one hour, after an hour they told me they haven't contact work compensation so they are not able to complete the order. They never call me or text me to let me know, so I go back after 3 days and same thing, I took my prescription to target and right away they took care of me, waoooo what a difference! I will never recommend Walgreens to anyone.

  • Meka Gross

Just ran in for some last minute items and as I was cashing out, a lady walks in with her dog - her pet, not an emotional support animal or service animal - her pet. She places it in a shopping cart where people put their children, their items like perishables and hygienic products. I ask the manager if he's ok with it and he just shrugs. This was absolutely disgusting! Never using the carts at this location again. PEOPLE, DON'T PUT YOUR ANIMALS IN SHOPPING CARTS UNLESS IT'S PETSMART OR LIKEWISE.

  • Heather Warthen

I hate leaving bad reviews, but there just isn't anything positive to say about this pharmacy. No one answers the phone, when they do you're on hold forever, there's always problems with the prescriptions and (not all ) but most of the pharmacy staff behave like McDonald's employees when there's an issue, what happened to professionalism? Walgreens is the only pharmacy that I've ever used, and unfortunately it looks like I'm going to have to switch no matter how far I'm going to have to drive.

  • Carol Villalona

I like the selection of the store in general. It is very clean, organized, and well-stocked. Every time I visit, I find what I want, and the cashiers that I have talked to are friendly, and this is a plus for me. Just today, I went to pick up 2 prescriptions and I purchased candy and a carton of cigarettes on the way out. The cashier, whose name was Andrew, was greeting everyone as they walked in, and was very polite to me. My favorite location on the West of Jacksonville and Orange Park.

  • KYLE E.

We were told they have the needed medication. When I arrived they said they couldn't give it to us because it was expired! Why in the hell do you tell people you have medication if it's expired, and why in the hell do you still have possession of expired medication that went out a month ago?! Y'all suck. Then the store manager, when I complained, tried to pass the buck.... I'm sorry, but you're the store manager. Get off the photo machine with your personal pictures and manage your store.

  • Pureza Serrano

This is the worst most unprofessional pharmacy in Northeast Florida. Companies choose a pharmacy to contract with leaving consumers without a choice. Allowing their service to worsen, patients unable to get the medication they need on time because our choice of pharmacy doesnt exist anymore. Heartbreaking to know how much we pay for our healthcare to have such a poor experience in today's time with medication assistance. New employees that understand medicine would be a welcome start.

  • Jessica Baran

I waited in line for my Covid 19 test that I scheduled online waited 40 minutes to get to the window to be told they have to convert my test into the Walgreens system? Like what I was told to get back in line in 10-15 mins it took me 40 mins to get to the window the line was then longer than when I started. So I left forced to buy one instead. Of using my insurance for free that I pay for! Lost hours at work to come get tested and didn’t even accomplish anything no I’m sorry nothing.

  • Adam Dalrymple

This Walgreens has no idea how the drive through pharmacy should work. People pull up and just sit and wait for their prescription to be filled. Normally, a drive through pharmacy you drop off and come back or circle around. Allowing people to just sit at the window is poor customer service to the other customers waiting in line. They are averaging 20 minutes a car so good luck. I suggest switching to a different pharmacy because it is always like this for this pharmacy.

  • Nicole Clancey

It is a small pharmacy, with local staff that has worked at this location for some time. The employees are always friendly, fill my prescriptions on time and correctly, and the pharmacist is never bothered by being asked questions. Wait times can be slow during peak hours, but an overall good experience for a small town pharmacy! And to the person who said that pharmacist thinks she is a doctor, she quite literally does have her doctorate so...yeah...there is that. :)

  • Wendy Petrilli

I've been in line for 20 minutes now. Yesterday in spent 20 minutes in line and had to leave. They have ONE PERSON DOING BOTH WINDOWS!!! 3 cars have driven off. And I am too. It's prime time and 1 for drive thur and indoors. When Walgreens and eckards were tried to put the other out of biz. Walgreens won, I supported Walgreens. I'm going to try to come back again tomorrow but this will be probably the last time I come back I will move my prescriptions somewhere out.

  • Michelle Chagoya

I've had issues at this Walgreens pharmacy one too many times. Pharmacist on site was rude and condescending to me because I was asking her questions about my medicine. She then put me on hold and transferred me to (what seemed like another office) another pharmacist, just so she didn't have to deal with me. The pharmacy customer service staff probably feed off of her negative energy. Worst pharmacy I've ever been to. I'm switching to publix like others have said.

  • Amy York

“Can’t you wait another day. It’s just one more day.” First of all this lady has no idea what my family is going through or what medical conditions my father has and that’s what she wants to say!! Absolutely rude. As we were told that something was wrong with the prescription we also got a phone call on the spot that the prescription that apparently wasn’t ready was ready for pick up. This place always has prescription issues! Worst Walgreens I have ever been to!

  • Omega Mack

Literally sat there for an hour AFTER an appointment to get my sons vaccine. The lady behind the counter said she called his name for me to sign a document, WE NEVER HEARD HER. She claims that he looked at her, but if you clearly read the paper and saw he was a minor, why didn't you question where his parent or guardian was? I was sitting right there and she didn't call his name. I alway prefer 3 month supplies of meds because I HATE THIS LOCATION with a passion.

  • A Cotter

Customer service, pharmacy, and just about everything you look to in a pharmacy is completely lacking. You can’t call and reach them direct for a medical interaction inquiry. The drive through is really bad but not nearly as bad as waiting in line in store. It doesn’t matter where you go expect to sink 45 min into a line unless you are going in for candy for the nearby theatre. There are better Walgreens in this city. Find one and save your effort for them.

  • Jerome Baltazar

How management can not know that the pharmacy department is broken and inept is beyond me. Sitting at the drive thru window for 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged you when they are not busy inside is not acceptable. Waiting in line for 20+ minutes is not acceptable. It is so bad I am writing this scathing review as I am waiting in line! The general manager really needs to fix this before the pharmacy causes them to lose their job due to low sales.

  • Rachel Allen

I would give 0 stars but that is not an option. Dropped a prescription off last night, they told me I could pick it up at 8pm. I got busy so I came back the next morning. The same kid who took the prescription couldn't find it. This was already after I waited in line for 10 min. Then he found it and asked me to come back. Staff is rude and slow. I will definitely be driving out of my way just so I do not have to deal with this store ever again.

  • dosesofjas

Very unprofessional. Confirmation of a document I needed said it’d be ready by 10:33am. Got there at 10:27am and waited very patiently over 30 minutes to be serviced. Only to be told that my document wasn’t printed because the printer was down. No email of that was sent. No phone call was made. I would’ve been endlessly waiting at home if I hadn’t felt the need to rush over because I forgot to black out my account number on the document.

  • A. M.

New to the area and unfortunately this location happens to be my neighborhood store. Been in this store twice now and both times the customer service was absolutely terrible. The young guy was extremely nonchalant as if what I was asking was bothering him. If he doesn't want to assist customers, McDonald's will allow him to flip burgers in the back so he doesn't have to deal with customers. Will take my money elsewhere.

  • Robert L Embrey Sr

Winn-Dixie closed its pharmacy and transferred all the stuff to the Walgreens store on Argyle Forest Boulevard. So far the experience has been horrible. I signed up for their pharmacy gave them all my information. Next time I try to use them they don’t know who I am. I went to stand in line to see what the problem was. After 30 minutes, the line was not moving. I made a decision to go to a different pharmacy.

  • Heather Schiffer

My daughter had order pictures and when we got them home, they were zoomed and cropped and would not work for a gift. We went back and an associate at the photo counter (I think her name was Solymar) helped us. She was kind and helpful. She helped my daughter get the pictures printed correctly at the kiosk. We were a little frustrated, but her helpfulness and smile helped us to forget our frustrations!

  • Kalee Powers

Debated on making a review, but then I look and see I’m not the only one who has had a issue. Every in one of the people working in the pharmacy are extremely rude. If you’re going to work customer service, you may want to train your employees how to communicate properly with customers. This will be the last time I get anything from this location. Honestly don’t know how they are still in business.

  • De Shawn Williams

Pharmacy Tech on January 20, 2022 @ 3:25pm was very rude. She would not listen to why I was calling, kept cutting me off and talking over me while I'm talking calmly to her so I stop talking. I then started to talk again and she would talk over me. I told her she was rude and then hung up. Was my problem solved No.. If your not there to help people then find another job where you can work alone.

  • Jeremy Brinton

This is the number one Walgreens in Jacksonville. The pharmacy is top notch on getting the prescribed medications to you, at a very reasonable pace. The store has beer, wine, and is considered a drug store. A person can also get photos developed at this location. Among others are condiments, cosmetics, batteries, school supplies, milk, bread , cereal, cheese, and limited grocery items.

  • Georgie Steely

I am never getting prescriptions through Walgreens again. Long wait times, getting put on hold for an eternity, getting transferred around, making errors and being unable to help. They are obviously understaffed and overworked, and every Walgreens is just like this. I can't imagine how horrible it must be to work for this company, judging by the horrible customer experience.

  • Kayla Van Bebber

Absolute worst pharmacy ever! I kept trying to stick with them because it is so close and convenient to my house . But every single time there are issues!! Had a prescription sent over from my Dr at 8am in the morning. Get to them at 7pm at night and prescription isn't ready. It's a prescription I have to have by 7pm and its not ready and told to wait 20 mins for it!!!.

The worse pharmacy. They make you wait for everything and they don't refill your prescription adequately. I had my meds there for almost 1 week. No none call to let me know they were ready and when I went to pick them up, they still had 1 script pending and it took them 3 more days to fill it. I gave you 1 star because there's no 0 star. That's what you deserve a ZERO.

  • Cheryle DeLorenzo

Save yourself the agony. Do not use this Walgreens pharmacy. They were ridiculously busy already and then bought the patient prescriptions when the Winn Dixie pharmacy closed. They don't take my insurance and just ASSUMED I wouldn't want to pay the cash price and didn't fill it. I don't think medications of any type are something one should make assumptions about.

  • Inger Douglas

Elizabeth in the pharmacy department saved the day! After a very awkward greet by Brian. I had decided not to return here. But Elizabeth intervened, took the customer service wheel, and drove her team home for the big WIN! My prescriptions were ready in 5 minutes after Brian told me an hour. Team players like Elizabeth make this store a success...

  • leandra lima

horrible service, very lazy pharmacist.Just called to get my babies medicine transfered,he said it could take 24 hours to transfer it,and my husband called already hours earlier and they said that the person qho answered my husband earlier didnt even wrote the name.Unfortanely cvs is no longer taking our insurance.Hate walgreens pharmacy.

  • Deborah Ocasio

Horrible pharmacy location. Husband waited forever to be told it wasn't filled yet and it would be another 30 mins. I go back over 1.5 hours later and their drive thru is wrapped. Waited another 30 mins just to be told the oral meds were out of stock. Every time we need to use this pharmacy is a bad experience. Please do better!!!!!

  • dell.fitness

If I could give this place a ZERO star I would. PLEASE DO NOT HAVE YOUR RX FILLED HERE. It’s not worth the headache. Those techs don’t know how to do their job let alone how to be CUSTOMER SERVICE. The worst pharmacy ever I can not wait to have my insurance company change me out. Three thumbs down. SAVE YOUR TIME GO ELSEWHERE!!!!!

  • DeVondra Beauford

supposedly Walgreens is a part of Florida’s Felon Forgiveness program but don’t try to apply if you have a Misdemeanor either because you won’t get the job, or even be considered which is why they are still hiring badly, oh and they will call all the other nearby stores to make them aware as well to not hire you . Just aheads up.

  • Han Solo

Horrible. I don’t usually write reviews but I was thoroughly disappointed. Didn’t have one medication. Then I was told I could wait for the second one to be filled. Next they told me it wouldnt be ready first thing in the morning. I called the next morning to make sure it was ready before I drove there and it wasn’t. Horrible

  • Joshua Denapoli

This is the worst pharmacy ever!!!! Every time I go there it take a minimum of 20 minutes just to drop off the prescription. Then, once you got back 2 hours later their system crashes! and they have to give you the prescription back (happened 3 times in a row) I will never get a prescription filled at this pharmacy again.

  • JL Favors

If the consulatiom window is only for display, please remove it. It took an associate to ask if I was waiting for the pharmacist because he didn't even acknowledge my presence. And even after saying I was, he still didn't acknowledge me. I walked away. Customer service goes a long day. Please do better Walgreens!!

  • Wanda Mc

I have never had any problem at “my” Walgreens. I have been using this one since it opened. The pharmacist actually saved my husband from taking 2 medications that would have had an adverse reaction if taken at the same time. The pharmacy staff is the best, Lisa, Chandra, Elisabeth, Princess, and Jessica.

  • tina seely

spent two hours on the phone on hold just to be hung up on twice. Went to the store to have a prescription transferred over and they said we will do it first thing in the morning but when i called they have no info for me in the system....whole store is a joke. save your time and go somewhere else.

  • Breyanna Green

They NEVER answer their phones. I always have to wait 10+ minutes to get to someone. At first you'll hear hold music and after about 10 minutes it changes to just a ring tone and after being on hold for about 15 minutes it sounds like someone answers and then hangs up. This is an issue EVERY TIME.

  • Demetrees Peterson

I have been having problems with this pharmacy I don't know if it's because I'm black they have treat me unprofessional with my disability and been pick who medications they won't to full last they try to keep my pain medications higher up need to check in on their work an how they treat people

  • Olivia Rodrigo

Get people in your pharmacy that know what they’re talking about so I don’t have to drive to another Walgreens. I qualified for a free Covid test was told before I got to the store . Get there told $128. Leave find out dude had no idea what he was talking about got it done free at another one.

  • Kimberly Beam

Walgreens is absolutely the worst!! We have yet to have a prescription right. Constant problems. Customer service is a total joke! So disgusted that we are required to use Walgreens. Cvs, target and publix are so much better. They are nice and they know how to correctly fill a prescription.

  • Tristan L

Jordan at the pharmacy is very rude and needs customer service training. Specifically it is the dude named Jordan that I have issues with. Not going to get my prescriptions here ever again. I don't need backtalk when I'm the customer and they are there to serve me, not the other way around.

  • XM Scott

(2nd Walgreens with poor experience. All in one day.) I was trying to get passport pictures. The person they called to help vehemently yelled, “Why won’t they let me take my lunch?” The person came up to help and later asked a colleague to help instead. Okay, I am done with Walgreens!

  • Marie Clayton

Absolutley the worst pharmacy on this side of town. I cannot understand why it takes 40 minutes at the drive though EVERY. FREAKING. TIME. And the wait inside is never any better. Complaining to corporate only gets you referred back to the store manager. Take your business elsewhere.

  • sheluvspeter

Pharmacy staff is warm and quick. Knowing the pressure that they’re under and the volume of people that come here to get their medication they do the best they can to get things out quickly. Looks like a new staff since I started coming here, they’re learning!

  • Mia

This pharmacy is the slowest pharmacy I have ever experienced . I only come here because it’s close to my house . They will call me and tell me it’s ready then when I get there, it takes about her 20 minutes for them to find it. They’re nice though.

  • G. R.

Pharmacy staff needs customer service training. Evidently, being a pharmacist does not necessarily mean you can successfully interact with customers.... PLEASE...hire some customer service reps and let the pharmacist push their pills around.

  • Liam’s RC Adventures

Pharmacy answered twice, told me to hold for a minute so he can see what’s going on, 30 minutes later the call drops. I call back and get put on hold 18 more times over 45 minutes just for the call to drop again. Worst phone service I have

  • Katrina Williams

I have received numerous notification to pick up meds to fund out its not ready. This store is very unprofessional and customer service is lacking. This do not understand the inconvenience of driving here, wasting time, gas, and energy.

  • Hanna Ed14

Tiona and Elena helped me out at this Walgreens, spending about 30 minutes asking pharmacist from other places about the right medicine for my mother. I'm beyond grateful for having these amazing ladies help! Excellent customer service!

  • Tiffany Chhem

The cashiers , all of them , at this location is very lazy and rude. Went in this morning to get some Arm & Hammer detergent that’s on sale this week for 1.99. I walked in asked the white lady with short hair, if there’s a truck that

  • Ty

The drive through pharmacy staff has horrible customer service! They make you feel like they're doing you a favor by doing their job and answering questions or updating your information in the system. I'll be switching to publix.

  • Danny Golden

I’m not sure if that was a Walgreens employee working behind the “fedex” counter but she was very rude, unprofessional and unhelpful. Luckily a fedex delivery driver was able to answer my question and point me to a real fedex..

  • priority one

This review is only regarding the pharmacy. The staff will leave you in the line; inside or out while the other technicians are not doing anything. Phone waiting times are ridiculously long. It’s time for an employee overhaul?

  • Christyn Woolen

You think you’re just coming to pick up a prescription but it turns out this is where your hopes and dreams come to die too just imagine your worst ever DMV experience and multiple x100. That is this Walgreens. …

  • Christina Levine

Had a 4:00 vaccination appt... still waiting after 30 mins. Supposedly 7 people ahead of me, but no one seems to be moving. Insufficient places for people to sit while waiting. Why bother making appts if they aren't honored?

  • Mary P

Absolute worst Pharmacy ever!!! They are incompetent and the staff is rude. When I asked to speak with a supervisor even the pharmacist hung up on me. I will be reporting them to the FL Dept of Pharmacy. Time for a change!

  • Ashley Cohran

I really wish I really wish I could give this location no stars. Has to be the worst location in Orange Park. Folks know the pharmacy not knowing how to operate the cash register. I’m definitely moving my prescriptions.

  • John Lewis

This store lost my wife's identification, were completely rude when confronted about it, then the manager refused to take a passport as identification. Professionalism and customer service at this store is very poor.

  • Patrick Beyer

Walked in to this location tonight, Wednesday October 31st at 10:30pm. I stood at the front counter for 10 mins with no assistance. I didn't even see an employee or manager in sight. I walked out and you lost a sale.

  • Shae Stubbs

Great Staff! Very efficient and fast, especially with how busy they are, I’m honestly surprised of how great and nice they are. Obviously if you haven’t worked in the pharmacy, you wouldn’t understand…gold standard!

  • Shaletha Hartford

The staff here has horrible customer service! Been on hold for over 30mins. The gentleman keeps picking up the phone saying hold please and then I’m back in que. I’ve tried to fill my prescription for days now.

  • Shelby Pini

Due to low stock at our usual store we ended up at this Walgreens. Yonnie in the pharmacy department was superb!! She was so very helpful, patient, and took the time to ensure we got what was needed. 10/10!

  • Roland Deschain

Stay away from this pharmacy! Go ANYWHERE except for here at any cost or you'll never get your meds unless you are unemployed and have time for their games. Good luck, to anyone who relies on this pharmacy.

  • Rebecca Cullen

Walgreens always carries a variety of products from greeting cards to over-the-counter medications. The staff is friendly and helpful. The store is always clean. Products are well placed and easy to find.

  • SAORI Y

Never been time I don’t have to wait at least 15min. Received text message prescription is ready to pick up, got stuck in drive through line then was told it’s not ready another 1 hour ? Not acceptable.

  • Vera D.

Not enough pharmacy staff for this location. They don’t check to see if prescriptions are on file 1st, and prescriptions sent by same Dr. are refilled at same store. Call Mandarin 288-0652 for info!!!

  • Cindy C

If i coukd give zero i would waiting online is ridiculous.. does anyone see how horrible thos service is at this location. I think this store needs to be shut down. Horrible horrible customer service

  • CHRIS BROWN

Haven't even been here yet and after reading the reviews I'm not going to use this store for anything. It's a shame, because I could walk there. I'll drive to Publix or Target.

  • Demon Speeding

Pharmacy is as slow and unmotivated as I’ve ever seen in my time in Florida. Publix has two pharmacies which I highly recommend that offer 15-20 minute pickup/wait times.

  • Tomi Clark

I always get a call stating my RX is ready, but when I arrive I’m waiting for long periods of time. Please Walgreens get more organized and prepared for your customers.

  • Pamela Becht

This Walgreens is the worst drug store I have ever been to. They are slow; rude; and they never call when your prescription is ready. I am taking my business elsewhere!

  • Poinsettia

The Pharmacist, Jessica, and store manager, Carol, are rude and unprofessional. They violated HIPAA laws, and they are a horrible representation of Walgreens.

  • Emily Nordlum

Great and easy place to drop $200 on necessities and such. I don't know how but it's easy to spend so much and not even get perfume or cologne. Lol

  • Ak 47

Terrible customer service in the pharmacy. The wait is SO long, every single time. I would not recommend this location AT ALL. Slow AF

  • Danielle C

The absolute worst I wish I could give it zero stars. Incompetent staff with poor customer service. I will be switching my pharmacy

  • Alex G

Don’t go here if you need a prescription. They never filled it and didn’t answer another pharmacy I called to have it transferred.

  • Mzfit121 (Mzfit127)

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever been to, if my insurance did not force me to use it I would never set foot in this place!
