This past Friday I took my 6 year old daughter to David's Bridal to pick out her flower girl dress for an upcoming wedding. She was so excited (I mean she was hugging the wedding dresses on display)! I told her that after we pick up the dress we could go pick out make up for her for the big day. I told her she could buy a lip liner, blush and eye shadow. We walked into the Ulta on Tatum and we went up to one of the makeup artists. I asked the women to give my daughter a makeover. The woman responded, "I don't work for Ulta. I work for Too Faced and I am here to make sales so I don't work on children." I asked her why she doesn't work on children (I mean there were NO other customers around her). She responded, "Just a personal preference." She then immediately walked away. Really? Is this allowed? Does my daughter not have the same rights as any other customer? Would it have been okay if an elderly woman came up to her and the woman responded, "I'm working for sales so I don't work on elderly. Just a personal preference." I'm not saying that people can't have their personal preferences but when you are representing a company minimally you could say, "I don't work on children let me guide you to someone who does." It is also probably not a good idea to judge who has or does not have enough money for you to be willing to work on them. My daughter was in the market for 3 products. I was in the market for 4 products and I usually buy Urban Decay or Stila so this would have been the perfect opportunity for this Too Faced representative to two generations of woman to the product line and probably would have made a 7 product sale. Is Ulta or Too Faced aware that you have people working in your store or representing your company that have no intention of doing any work unless they perceive that they will have a for sure sale and refuse to even take the time to send those people (who being in a makeup store would be there to purchase something, I have never walked into a makeup store unless I needed to make a purchase) in the right direction of someone who might help them. Your representative used age discrimination against my daughter and I am offended. I did not make a big deal of it at the store because my daughter was so excited and I did not want her to feel bad but my daughter deserved to have her makeup done. This review for some reason is being published under my husbands name not mine. I can't figure out how to change that.

I adore Ulta. I really do. Especially, their return policy. 60-days to return something that, maybe was wrong or didn't work as expected, is wonderful. That being said, this is one of the smaller locations. So, they aren't as well-stocked or well-staffed. During busy times, you can be in line for a good twenty to thirty minutes. Also, there are very few skin care and beauty knowledgeable employees. They, definitely, don't know how to help women of color find anything. On one notable visit, after finally finding someone to ask about skin care, foundation and bronzer, I got little more than a deer in the headlights, blank stare, before the associate was just like, "I don't know." I mean, it's kind of, like, their job to know, and instead I'm telling her what they do, don't and should have in stock. They, also, could use some diversity in their staffing choices, or, at the very least, diversity training. I'm not all about race or anything, but there is a glaring lack of color in this location. Plus, the well-meaning, paler associates seem to think all black, brown, or women darker than tawny, must look alike, because I'm never the darkest shade in any brand, store brand or prestige, makeup. Most lines, excluding Nyx Can't Stop Won't Stop and Tarte, have at least a few shades after mine. Unfortunately, the woman I finally found, during a different visit, to ask for help, literally, picked out the darkest of every brand I inquired about. She went as far as to try them on me, and had the audacity to say, "That totally matches." I looked ridiculous, like, noticeably ridiculous. Then she had the nerve to expect me to keep it on and walk out of the store looking like a toddler who colored outside the lines, or colored an elephant purple, or something. The woman was so geeked with herself, and her "perfect" shade choices, and was tooting her own horn so much, I bought the foundation just to shut her up. Then I came back when she was off and returned the dark as night foundation. Ugh! I love Ulta, but this one needs some more help. It's also super disorganized and junky. This isn't meant to be cruel, I know they're working with what they have, but it could be a little better.

I came in to get my daughter a gift card for her 16th bday. First, I was met with rolled eyes and a bad attitude as the cashier told whoever she was on her cellphone with to "hold on, this won't take long." I told her what I came for and asked her opinion on how much I should get on the gift card to cover a cut and color. Automatically, she tells me " you won't get anything here for less than $100." I said I kinda expected that and repeated my original question of how much I should get on the card. She huffed and puffed and said "I guess $100 would cover it" I paid her and left feeling like I was a burden to this girl. Fast forward 1 week. I go online to make my daughters appointment and I see prices ranging from $70 to $90 but the online service would not accept any appointment I tried to make so I called the store. The girl who answers proceeds to set up the appt and after I told her about the gift card and what my daughter wanted, she says "$100 isn't going to be enough." I asked how much more a simple cut and color could possibly be and she replied " we don't use box dye here, it's pretty expensive." She finally told me it would be about $110 to $115. I said that would be fine and proceeded to set up the appt. At the end of the call I asked how long appts usually take and she replied 1to2 hours. Today I drop my daughter off for her appointment and not even 10 minutes later, she calls me to tell me it's gonna be $177!! So I get her stylist on the line and ask what is going on. I've now heard so many different prices quoted to me that I now feel like they are trying to rip my daughter off by telling her things to add that she doesn't really need... Also refused to tell me how long the color would stay in her hair for. She just kept repeating " it's permanent." We finally got the price haggled down with a new customer discount to $135. So they do the job and 3 hours and 45 minutes later, she tells me she's done. Not 1 to 2 hours like I was quoted. I'm sorry to say but this place is a giant waste of time and money... Hair looks nice I guess...

I went here on 4-13-2018 at around 7 pm First time here so i was very excited. Not one single person greeted me and there were about 2 employees there when i walked in. Also not one single person working asked me if there was something i needed help with (which i did) also i walked by an employee and she just looked at me from the corner of her eye. Said not one word. I walked away for a few minutes. So i took matters into my own hands and i approached her and asked her if they carried benefit. She then said "yeah , its in the front by that pillar". Ok ? Pillar ? I see a few but ok i will walk myself to find it. As a former sales associate this was not a good customer service that she gave me. A good customer service employee would have walked me there and hmm i dont know , maybe take advantage of the situation and try to sell things to me.oh and believe me , i was in the mood to spend some money that day. This experience discouraged me so i didnt pick as much up. The cashier on the other hand was very nice and made me feel alot better . I will come to this ulta again only because its the only one close to me , but that service........i hope it is better next time! And ill be sure to ask for names or look for name tags .

We went to this location because the one in Desert Ridge did not have what we wanted to purchase, but they stated that this one did. I checked on google maps (phone based version) and it showed that they were open until 9:00 p.m.. We arrived there at 8:10 p.m. and found they had closed at 8:00. However, the hours as displayed on the window stated they were open until 9:00 p.m. and Google showed 9:00 p.m., so they should have been open until 9:00. If an establishment is going to change their hours of operation, they need to publicize that change and they need to change the hours posted as well, even if it is only a sign stating the hours have been changed. Ulta has lost our patronage because of this. We will not shop at any of their locations - especially since we were able to find the product via Amazon. As an addednum, they have not changed their hours here on google maps yet. Shame on them! Additional addendum 8/27 - after their response - the hours still have not been changed on Google Maps or on the company website.

I used to LOVE this store. Keywords: used to. Ulta's prices are on the more expensive side with not very many perks or discounts. The discounts they do have are very specific so they aren't easy to use. I was there on Monday, May 23 to buy Tarte concealer foundation with spf 20 and all the products were EXPIRED by 5 months or more! One was expired May 2021. Aren't you supposed to remove expired products off the shelf like 3 months before they even expire? Why aren't you constantly checking this? For an expensive store, you certainly don't act accordingly. The quality of customer service has gone down as well. We all know about the pandemic and have moved past it. The upper management really needs to consider stepping down or stepping up to create a friendly environment that men and women can enjoy. Sephora can still do it. I'm not sure what your excuse is. On top of that, I can't ever tell if you're open in store anymore because you change your in-store shopping option frequently. Let's improve! Let's be better!

I had the most horrible experience at Ulta I had a store pick up and it said they close at 9:00pm I get there and it’s close this sale rep name Genesses told me we are close I said in google it said you guys close at 9:00pm. She then argued with me telling me no on google it says 6:00pm I show her what it said she said well my google says 6:00pm ok so now her google has different ours then a customer google ok. I told her I come 37 minutes away to pick up and she said sorry nothing I could do just go and cancel the order or get her before 6:00pm. Well I have a job that I don’t get off till 6:30pm and live 37 minutes away. The fact that she was arguing with me about the time when it’s in correct and for your store when people are doing pick ups it should say that your store closes at 6:00pm like that customers know. She tells me go on line and cancel order well good luck with that website you can’t cancel a order online. Horrible experience never ordering or buying anything from them again

I would have given 5 stars because the lady the out on the floor was so helpful and very knowledgeable. But it went downhill when I reached the cashier to check out. I didn’t catch her name but she was a thin blonde with medium length hair and eye shadow straight out of the circus. She asked me if I was a rewards memeber I said no, my daughter might be but I have no idea what number she would have used. There was quite a long line behind me so I wasn’t going to hold it up any longer than necessary. So because I said I had no idea she rolled her eyes at me and rang up my items. After I paid, she handed me my receipt and didn’t say a single word, no have a good day, nothing. I’ll never go back to this store for that kind of garbage attitude. A lot of the reviews I’ve read talk about how snobby the girls are that work here....Sephora is right across the street, You’re better off just going there.

I recently purchased a product online for pickup at this store. When I went to use the product, I found that it was opened, had no safety seal, and there was human hair inside. I am disgusted that Ulta makes their employees feel that they need to resell opened and used products to other customers. The product could be tampered with and so unhygienic. But when I buy something from Ulta stores - I am expecting a new product. That is what I'm paying for. This is a foul company policy and it does not make me feel safe purchasing from Ulta as a consumer. On top of this, I reached out to Ulta Customer Service to see how they can make this right only to be given the run around by several different employees - asking me to provide them with information that I've previously given and being extremely condescending. I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

I'd been in there two days in a row and as soon as the manager recognized my friend and I, she asked if we'd forgotten anything with a tone that suggested we were up to something devious. She then followed the two of us around through the entire store as if she was trying to catch us stealing. As I got more and more irritated, I decided to just do my return and get out of there. She refused to do the return for cash (although she did one for cash the previous day without batting an eye or questioning me worth twice the amount of money). She finally agreed to do the refund but only after I told her I would never be back to this particular location and would NEVER spend another dollar with the company again. She said she was sorry to hear that and turned around.

I don't shop often enough to tell you the difference between this one, and the Ulta over on Indian Bend or the one on Camelback (and I've been to them all). But I can tell you that I kept dodging signing up for the Ulta Beauty membership thing - I just automatically say no when people keep asking me questions at the checkout. But just say yes! It's really easy to accumulate points and they give you free stuff. Glad I finally did. If you don't know Ulta at all, you're in for a treat. They carry all the beauty supplies (hair and makeup) that you get at a drugstore AND most of the specialty hair stuff you can only buy at salons AND much of the department store only beauty/skin care stuff. Sweet. All in one place.

  • Nicole Derrickson

I would avoid the salon. Cant comment about the store. I usually avoid these types of reviews so I will not put any names out there for who my stylist was but I got home and cried my eyes out after my appointment. My hair cut and "balayage" was SO BAD. Thick chunky highlight and an uneven choppy haircut. Not at all what I wanted. I have bad anxiety and struggle to say when I dont like something in person. I spent hours fixing it as best as I could. I wish she would have told me she didnt know how to achieve that. I have had my hair color like that before so it is possible. Had about 3 inches cut off too. Pictures below of what I wanted VS the result right after I came home

Yesterday I was at this location looking for fake eyelashes and I needed assistance since I’ve never used fake eyelashes before. Lady who works there to great people explained to me that they can’t assist with putting eyelashes on me due to Covid, and I understand. But ones when she showed me all eyelashes they had in stock she didn't want to help me to pick the right one even though I’ve showed her picture of what Im looking for. Without any advice she walked away from me and said “ YouTube it you can do it” Of course I ended up with wrong lashes with no glue and spent $15 on product that ended up in trash because I needed this for Halloween party.

I don't review businesses like these, the same way I don't rate a Burger King. Too much is up to the time of day, the mood of the staff, and the availability of a very specific item. In the past month, I've picked up two $100 online orders from this location, and they are usually prompt and courteous. The only comparative observation I can make is very limited: If there's something you don't see stocked on the floor, then ask. I spent a few months being told that a product I frequently purchase is "out," only to recently discover that it can be ordered and available in under an hour, from the exact same place. Weird how they do that, isn't it. ;)

  • Sarah Wingrove

Came in to purchase a primer. Was advised by the associate that her employees stocked everything they had on that product last night and that if they were none on the floor then they were out. I went home ordered it online for pick up. To my surprise an hour after visiting the store my email sends me back there to purchase the tula primer. At this point in upset and send my husband to pick it up so I don't show myself in the store. This exact same associate almost didn't let him walk out with the product for me. Thanks to management approval he was able to leave. Next time check the back before saying you are out when you are infact not out.

  • Sydney

WORST customer experience, EVER! This Ulta location has a 60 year woman as a sale associate/customer service representative that works the floor near First Aid Beauty. She prides herself with giving insults, instead of actually customer support/service. She then had the audacity to pull over another associate to “compliment” my eyebrows. That was absolutely disgusting, I had planned on buying hair/facial products but after that encounter, I left. But don’t worry I’ll be back, I’d like to come back to see her and make sure her “customer service” was well acknowledged. This happened today; August 7th between 4pm - 4:30pm.

This location is a joke. Closed for months except for pick up—which they didn’t update on Google so me and many others drove over there only to be turned away by their less than kind staff. Then they opened with limited hours and then closed again and were only open for pick up or salon, again without updating Google so we all went again only to find they were closed. And now they are only open from 12-6. What’s the point? Get some staff or close the store. I will be driving out of my way to go to Desert Ridge from today on as I again was turned away at the door because of their “modified hours”. No thanks.

  • Heather Skye

Very horrible service. Every time I walk into this store there is never anyone to help me find the products I came in looking for. When I was there today there were a group of two or three employees talking by the salon area and I was walking around in the skin care area not able to find what I was looking for and no one asked if they could help in any way. Very upsetting. The line at this store always takes at least ten minutes for whatever reason even if you’re the only person that was waiting in line. They were sold out of a lot of products as well. Will now go out of my way to go to a different Ulta.

  • Victoria Buchanan

I’m very upset I came here for an eyebrow wax and tint and my eyebrows look horrible! Mind you I paid almost 50 dollars for my eyebrows to look exactly the same if not worse. I had Amanda I told her I wanted definition and shape when we got done it looked fine in the store but when I got home I was so disappointed. Eyebrows really shape your face and enhance your makeup it makes you look clean cut. I included an example of how a shaped and tinted eyebrow should look vs what I got I want a full refund this is unacceptable very disappointed with the quality especially for the price.

  • Sarah Owens

Not very happy with Ulta. I went in to try a few different foundations and they would not offer any samples to try at home. I knew if I tried on three different samples my face would get super dry from rubbing off the foundation. The lady (I think she was the manager of the makeup section, older lady with dark hair and bad makeup) in the makeup section was incredibly rude and rolled her eyes at me when I asked if I could try a couple different ones at home. Sephora always has been super helpful and is never cheap with their samples. I'll make sure to always go there from now on.

  • Love Lee

Very attentive sales women on the floor. She made sure every customer was taken care of if needed. Now my cashier one walked away in the middle of the transaction and I thought I hit paper recipt. I asked for it and she said it will be emailed as she rushed out of the door to answer a phone call. The other cashier even mentioned you can still print it out. But I was already walking away and the women was gone to her phone. I did apperciate the young lady on the floor but the young girls there minds were elsewhere.

  • Debbie Kovach

Buyer beware here. Not loving the coupon or Ultas shady wording on them that ensures it doesn't work on 80% of the items sold there. By excluding "prestige" brands, they hope you will just pay full price at the register. There are no indications on or in the "prestige" brand items display area that would alert you to the issue. You must go to the website and read the rules of their game. What!? Bad policies, bad coupon, feels very much like bait and switch.

  • Brooke S

I went into this place because the esthetician raved about the service at this location! Sadly, service was horrible! No one greeted me! It was like pulling teeth from the pregnant lady, who clearly didn’t want to be bothered… and the other person showed me the wrong brush and looked annoyed when I tried to explain what I was actually looking for… long story short I put everything back…but the location is a nice size, really clean, and wasn’t busy at all!

  • Tania Garcia

Really sad when Amir left this location, he is my only go to eyebrow person. When he recently left I called to make an appointment and was told he was no longer there and they didnt mention that he left to another Ulta location when I asked if he had gone somewhere else (he is now at Ulta at Talking Stick Way). I got a hold of Amir and he told me his new location. I only go to this location as the Ulta at Talking Stick store does not carry Clinique.

  • Kayla Howe

Went looking for foundation and i am a antisocial person so it takes alot from me to ask from help. I asked only misses from help but was insit i buy foundation that was completely out of my budget and then i had foundation i wanted to try but i can never shade match my self and got told the employee was busy. So i just walked out. And why would u not sell the morphe foundation if your gonna sell the concealer that doesnt make sense tome

  • Jessie

Came on here just to give Debbie a shoutout. I went in quickly to see if they could help merge the account I had on my app and separate one I had made in store and it was very quick! The store was busy and eventually had a line behind me, I feel bad that I was slowing them down a little but Debbie was so patient and even went back and forth to help her coworker authorize returns while communicating with customers. Thank you queen!

  • Bre Oc

This is the second time at this location that I received horrible customer service. #1 When an individual asks a question don't brush them off like their question is stupid #2 When someone asks you to find a product for them that is not in your "line" of products which are completely over priced don't demean them. NEVER again will I come to this location. In fact they will be lucky if I ever go to an Ulta again.

  • Z M.

TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES!! In the last 3 visits I have made to various Ulta locations, none of the employees knew what products they sold, or what dates products went on sale. The store 'greeter' was too busy looking at her phone as patrons walked in. Company needs to realize that many of their products can be purchased online, one does not HAVE to visit Ulta anymore, especially with employees like these.

  • Kerry Lynn Cordier

I was able to get the special shampoo for my 83 year old mother! Bonus was I found the specialty shampoo that I needed and by purchasing both I received mine at 50%off. Staff was super helpful and courteous. Store was exceptionally clean and aisles appear to have been widened. All staff members were wearing masks and shopping hours and COVID-19 policy posted on front. Visible and easy to read.

  • Dyane “Dye” Haddock

The ladies here were just so helpful I explained to them what was going on with doing a photoshoot with my bride daughter. How I had missed the wedding in December and that we were going to do a photoshoot when I go visit this month. And they are just so skilled in helpful I was able to find a color that fit me perfect with coverage for older skin. Thank you so much for all your help

  • Katie Battle

One of the reasons I like to shop in person verses online for makeup is because I like to have someone give me some help and good customer service. I have found that ulta does not do that. It's truest upsetting that people who are in the service industry do not in fact have any customer service skills. Honestly, I'm going to go to sephora. At least they have people who want to help.

  • Pilar Q

TARA extremely knowledgeable and very passionate. Tara leaves no stone unturned until she finds perfect options for you. Thank You for being Wonderful You. ADRIANA very kind , genuine personality, very helpful. ALL CASHIERS extremely nice, sweet & genuinely helpful. Melissa Brow Guru such a delight to meet. What a wonderful fun group of talented people

  • Lisa Corey

Terra was so helpful and went above and beyond when she discovered they didn't have two of the curling irons that I wanted. She called another store and when they didn't have it, she ordered it for me online. She did all the work. This is the first time I've had someone really help me at this location. Usually go to the one on Frank Lloyd Wright.

  • Coral Garcia

I got my eyebrows done here by Melissa for the first time ever and she did an amazing job! Also she recommend the benefit brow gel for me since I work in a hospital and don’t have time to always put makeup on but still want to look nice. Normally I hate brown tints but the one she recommended is amazing. Definitely coming back …

  • Nancy Taylor

I had such a positive experience visiting the Ulta Salon at Desert Ridge, I just had to share! Everyone was so friendly & professional. The big plus too was that the service was affordable. My Stylist was Jules T. I was really impressed with her and the Redken Color Fusion line she used on me today. Very happy.

  • Anna

RODI is a fantastic hair stylist/ technician/ all around expert! She has over 20 years experience and knows everything about hair and will do a great job every time! I am very picky with my hair stylist and am thrilled to have found Rodi. She has done my color, highlights, and styling many many times and my hair always looks great!

  • Synneove Damon

A few years ago I had a bad experience with the salon but the past few times I've been here, I've had amazing experiences. I went yesterday and had a blast getting my hair done. Meredith was so fun to talk to and she did a WONDERFUL job with my hair!! I 100% would recommend to go with her if you want your hair colored …

  • Kim Adam

Worst manicure ever in the history of the world, all over my cuticles lumpy. Just an okay haircut. Stylist was rough styling my hair, pulling it while washing, it hurt! and drying it I could actually hear it breaking off. Her own nails were filthy and her "sanitized" brushes and combs were dirty w hair in them. Never ever again.

  • lonnie z

I love ULTA, but this time I had lousy customer service. I have $53 from accumulated points to use towards my purchase, evidentally the cashier had to get approval to use my credit..after 5 min waiting and holding up the line i finally just left without using $53 credit. The cashier could have cared less. Pretty disappointing.

  • Naoma Foreman

I have never had a bad experience here. I am part of their "club" where I get discounts monthly from a brochure sent in the mail. Last visit a young woman helped me find a TRUE red nail polish and lipstick. The brochure in the mail always has discounts on it -- today it is 20% off your purchase. Off I go.

  • Trudi Bee

No Ulta you do not need my phone number or personal information to complete a transaction, and if I need to make a return giving my phone number at the time of purchase won't make it easier. Sheesh. Just let me spend my money and check out without a snarky employee trying 12 ways too get my information.

  • Earlene Laguna

Wow...great service in ALL areas today! All my questions were answered, and everyone was helpful and pleasant. Melissa at the Brow Bar is always a joy!! She keeps me looking great. The sweet woman who does the Crepe Erase was wonderful, answered all my questions, and is genuinely friendly. Kudos, Ulta!

  • Lindsey Roach

The last 3 times I’ve been here during what would typically be “normal business hours”, they have a sign on the door that says they’re closed for unforeseen circumstances, all while several staff members are standing inside. If you can’t stay open, just close the store so you can save me the trip.

  • MR

The manager at this location spoke poorly to one of the cashiers when she simply asked her how to complete a task; very unprofessional behavior, people that are in leadership positions should not behave this way. I didn't get her name but she had too much bronzer on and didn't blend it out.

  • Cheryl Morgan

They had everything I wanted in stock and on the shelves! Store is very clean and organized. Turns out 4 or 5 staff left over the past week, so there were two girls hustling and helping and being kind and positive-- keeping things going smoothly in a busy store. Big shout out ladies!!!

  • Milo Sandy

As an African American woman, it's so refreshing to walk around freely without being followed or looked at like your going to be stealing. Their one employee Bobby does an amazing job working with your skin color. This is the only ultra I will go to. Clean store and amazing employees.

  • Dawn Villegas

I picked up an online order and the mousse had spilled everywhere in the bag. I asked for a new bottle and the bottle she gave me looks exactly like the one that spilled and is cover in residue. I don't know if this was intentional or if all the bottles of this product are like this.

  • Margo Mazzeo

Older lady/sales associate who is quite obnoxious...she pounces on you the minute you walk in..trying to get you to buy First Aid Beauty products and no other..its so annoying to see her..she did this twice..she tries it again..Im gonna tell her off and report her right on the spot!!

  • CC V

Went in, last minute Christmas list in hand. Claire was amazing! Literally walked down every aisle with me checking off the times on my list. Made me feel so much better and she was informative. Even checked online when something wasn’t on the shelf! Thanks for a great experience!

  • Seth mattioda

Had a horrible experience, the GM sherry I had asked her a simple question and she “didnt like my tone” and accused me of stealing!?!? Had me pat down. Just extremely disappointed that someone in this position can be so mean out of no where I just asked a question……

  • Bella Moon

My Favorite store. I love going to this Ulta as I do makeup on others for events and make lots of purchases at Ulta. They are super friendly and very helpful and will even call another store for you if they don't have it in stock at that location. Highly Recommend!

  • Lisa I

Love Ulta Beauty! I've always experienced excellent customer service when shopping there! For me its very important that theres always an Ultra beauty consultant close by thats attentive to your needs when looking for specific products and/or to ask questions!

Get your online coupon ready when you go and the staff will help you scan the bar code for a discount every single time. Take your smart phone in with you and ask for help to retrieve the code if you need help. They are knowledgeable and helpful in every way.

  • Brittney Emerson

I enjoy my local ULTA but this one I felt like the staff had better things to do then answer my questions. I asked for a cleanser that was color friendly and the lady helping me tried passing me off to the hairstylist who didn't understand what I was needing.

  • Anna Tung

clerk told my daughter that she’s too young to be buying makeup. my daughter is a competitive dancer who needs bold stage makeup . She was very upset that the clerk said that. She’s thirteen and can wear stage makeup without having to explain herself.

  • Sally Suarez

I've been seeing the stylist Jay for about 3 years (even tho I now live an hour away) & I couldn't imagine trying to replace her. The staff/service is otherwise friendly. The location is pretty quiet w the mall closing down across the street

  • c g

Almost too many choices I stopped going there several years ago when my rewards mysteriously disappeared from my account decided to return to see what happens now very few employees offering to assist you Sephora has more high end makeup

  • Peggy Jones

LOVE the store. Debby the manager there, is awesome. And pretty much all the staff. I went to the salon today, I trust them with my hair everyone there is so wonderful I definitely recommend them. Tiffany Bruce Molly roadie amazing.

  • Michele CAPONI

Very low stock everytime I go in there, whatever brand of makeup u want they don't have their shelves filled whenever I go in there, I bought a magnetic eyebrow pencil and when brought it home there was no pencil in it. It was 8.000

  • Renee Giorno

I just LOVE this store. I attended an Urban Decay Master Class today. It was amazing!!! Every time I go in this store I feel beautiful and appreciated. The staff is THE BEST!!! I will continue to go there for all my beauty needs :-)

  • Allan Xu

Not sure why their website would list products as available to purchase in store here when you cannot go inside. Corporate needs to clearly indicate that they are open for curbside pickup only, especially with the holiday season.

  • Jackie

The staff were super helpful when I asked some questions about hair products, they made sure to explain the difference between brands and pricing to me as a bit of a newbie. The store was super clean and looked great!

  • Elas C

Very bad experience with the stylist Brodi, bad attitude, in the same way with the manager. I did not like the work that she did and even so they could not solve the problem. The manager said we can't do anything.

  • Jim Palasota

Went to replace 4 items we normally buy at Ulta, only had 1 and it was a smaller size container. No service at all. Staff was too busy standing in the salon laughing. Things are not the same that's for sure.

  • Elizabeth Deatherage

Jamie at the Hair Salon did such a amazing job on my hair. I cannot be happier. !! He has Amazing attention to detail and Truly went above and beyond. Thank you, Jamie, for making my hair look so amazing.

  • Traci Ogden

You'll always be greeted by those at the cash register. Unfortunately, I usually have difficulty trying to find a sales associate to help me. So I make sure I know exactly what I want before I get there.

  • Michele Estrada

I just had the best experience at this location. The manager was so friendly and helpful, it makes me want to only visit this Ulta for all my beauty needs. Thanks again ladies!!! ❤ …

  • Doug Havins

Yeah I do shop there. Simply put the products designed for ladies are just better than the men's Any where you go. That being said, Ulta has the best products and I am a pretty man. Do it.

  • Elisa Watts

They never have the items I need in stock, but seems like that is the case with most Ulta stores over the last 2 years. I ended up order online but wish they had the same perks as Saphora.

  • Chantry Chadwick

Uaria ( i believe thats how to spell it) and Chelsea were amazing and beyond helpful!! I truly appreciated the assistance and passion they had!! Will absolutely go back to this location!!

  • Michelle Campbell

I love Ulta. Every Ulta, everywhere. Ulta = life. The stores are always clean. Not all of them carry the same brands (ex: Clinique) but for the most part they are the same. Love you Ulta!

  • Patricia Dilk

Employees are very professional and friendly here. Helped my 93 year old mom with such kindness. So much better people than the Ulta at Arrowhead. This store does deserve a face-lift

  • Luceen Megerdichian

Great place for makeup. I had a weird experience with one of the staff members saying "I don't like kids" she was helping me with some eye shadows and I had my toddler in a stroller.

  • Terri Etsitty

Would give zero stars if it were an option. Staff are very rude and they ALWAYS close early (hours online and on their door say they close at 6PM but they lock the doors by 530).

  • Cheryl Pote

Staff all stayed up in the front of store no one to help customers on the floor. Very overpriced really bad when clearance is still overpriced. Only went cuz got a gift card.

  • Brittany Wilkison

Selina in the salon is amazing. A well meaning relative messed up my hair and she did a wonderful job repairing the damage. Love my hair now. Beautiful highlight job.

  • SJ R

I highly recommend Jamie. 'Really happy with how he styles my hair. My hair is long/layered, and he is brilliant at pairing hairstyles with face shape and lifestyle.

  • Erica Laskey

Amy always does such a great job on my cut and color! Very professional and friendly. Love everyone at this salon, and even the cashiers are all helpful and sweet!

  • Tiffany Wettergreen

The Desert Ridge location is wonderful! HUGE selection! I had a wishlist for a few people, and the staff helped me find every item and answered all my questions!

  • Alex Carey

This Ulta don’t have a good customer service. The girls employees look at you in a way you feel uncomfortable is it because I’m Hispanic and not a other race?

  • Daniel Pineda

Went in to buy a gift for my girlfriend and Brenda helped me pick out an awesome gift for her! She was super nice and knew just what I needed! Great place!

  • AnM Racing

Pretty good place... See what I did there? Any who, not much for mens beard, mustache or hair care. A little pricey but the colognes are a big selection.

  • Elizabeth

This is a great location, large and clean. Well stocked, which is a problem at some other locations. Staff is eager to help. One of my favorite Ultas.

  • Connie Ryan

I HIGHLY recommend getting your hair done by Molly at the Salon at the Paradise Valley location. Molly is super sweet and she does an amazing job.

  • Jatzhia Lanz

Never going to this location again . If you’re not white they apparently forget what customer service is this why I’m only going to Sephora now

  • Amanda Villa

It's a very nice store with a lot of beauty products from different brands. The personnel is very kind and knowledgeable . I like it a lot.

  • Anonymous Bitch

I would have put that this store was amazing buuuuut when I got to my car I realized that the eyeshadow I had picked up was broken …

  • Gianna Bellefeuille

Usually has amazing products, only a handful I've tried there that were useless. They have products you can't easily find which is great!

  • Judith Thompson

Melissa has been doing my eyebrows for years and she never disappoints! I am very pleased and she is so personable....I love my visits!

  • Carron St James

Everyone is so helpful & nice. So many products that are amazing I finally got a kit that has 6 sample hair products for 9.99 I love it

  • Antosh Nirmul

Victoria helped me and was so beautiful and friendly that I felt welcomed and valued even as a guy. I was very happy and will be back.

  • Aaron Berry

This location (PV Mall) had the WORST staff ever. It may be the closer store to us, but NEVER will we spend a cent there again.

  • Amanda Piccoli

Better availability of products. I love the tree hut brand, however, it's much cheaper at Target. Friendly staff. Clean store.

  • M Geeka

Friendly staff and good customer service. Everyone is so kinds and the hair dressers are professional. Awesome location!

  • Don R.

Good product selection but need to keep my girlfriend from spending $$$ on the Lancôme products, great place otherwise

  • Char Kochanski

I wanted two products for my husbands fathers day gift and only had one of them. Very disappointed. Service was good.

  • Vai Patri

Amazing store! New general manager Krysten is incredibly sweet. The entire team provides amazing customer service

  • Kyleena Gomez

The girls there are so nice and helpful. they don't hover over you like a lot of retail store employees do lol.

  • Brittney Cornell

I love this store, still located pretty close to my frequented areas. they always have what I am looking for!

  • Valezqua -

Had my kids hair ✂ it was a best experience. Frendly and fast service. Cutting 3 kids hair my kids were so ☺.
