Let’s start off with the customer service, absolutely amazing from the crew, Deepinder and Sarge were the 2 I dealt with, both were so nice and made things go so smooth. Their young driver perk is superior and I had 2 MPI claims which I decided to go here with because Enterprise especially was so strict on their rental agreement. Love that they have the latest year models of vehicles and cleanliness was amazing in the vehicles. I will definitely be back if I somehow keep getting hit from clueless drivers:) One really minor con I remember is the vehicles that I got didn’t have winter tires or all weather, just all seasons which caused me to slip a lot when launching off.

We had a long term rental with Town Car (3+months) and we could not be happier with the experience. Dilbag came in on his day off so we could check out when our flight arrived and head on our way. We really appreciated the complimentary car seats and they went above and beyond to accommodate us with our twins! Half way through our rental, they called to check in and see how we were doing and if we needed anything. Returning the car was just as seamless and had we had great customer service again. We will absolutely rent here again. ONLY down side is having to cab from the airport as it is far and no shuttle - but in the end we really didnt mind.

Remarkable customer service, seriously, and their prices are THE best in the city by a mile and then some. You really get the feel with these guys that they care about the customer and not just the money unlike with other competitors. I went to get a rental for my MPI claim and I have to say the level of coordination was nothing short of award winning. Although there location in the city is inconvenient for me I won't hesitate to travel that extra bit just because of the exceptional services they and their team provides. If you need a rental car, this is the place to get one at a good price by good people. As a plus it's also locally owned .

Was having trouble finding a rental vehicle after my tires got slashed. I called Town and was thankfully able to get one. I have to say, both my wife and I agreed it was the cleanest rental we've ever had. It really is about the seemingly little things. A well cared for and clean rental says a lot about them. Customer service is also top notch. Because of this we decided to have our vehicle repaired at their autobody shop. Very impressed.

I needed a car the day of due to sudden car loss through mpi, I called everywhere for a rental car, and it was only Town car rental able to pull through somehow on a Friday. They had no cars available but somehow made one available for me and when I got there within an hour or 2, the car couldn't be any cleaner and the service was fantastic, all staff super friendly. We rented a car from Town Car Rental for 10 days in June. The staff, Deep at pickup and Dilbag at drop off, were super efficient and friendly. The car inspection was personal and thorough which I liked - most companies just point you in the direction of a car park and inspect the car yourself which can lead to issues at drop off if you miss something. As we had a major problem with our vehicle, and 700km from home the staff at Town Car Rental was amazing and understanding and did everything to accommodate us.
