Another location with the bagel problem. This location doesn’t know how to make a bagel. It’s always barely toasted, they only butter one side (and barely that), and by the time you open what they’ve prepared, it’s cold and and tastes, as if the bagel just came out of the package at the grocery store. Having conversation with management I find out that this is intentional. If I want the whole bagel buttered, I’m supposed to ask for extra butter. If I want my bagel toasted properly, I need to say double toasted. This is all on account of being able to serve customers faster to make more sales and saving on butter costs. What this tells me is that they don’t care about the quality of the food that is being given to the customer. They are cheap and and arrogant about it. There was a nice woman here I spoke to though who understood how this mentality was a problem and said she would speak to management. She also offered me a free combo on the next visit. However, when I returned to get the free combo management wouldn’t give it to me on account of not remembering the nice woman’s name. I enjoy Tim Hortons’ coffee and food, but it really boils down to who’s behind the counter and how much they care about their customers and quality they implement. Shame.

UPDATE : Still disappointing. Can't even get an order right to this day. Double check your order and expect an argument on what they heard you ordered and what you actually ordered. ---------- Really disappointing. Tim Hortons is usually a base line for coffee shops. This place falls short of expectations of what even Tim Hortons should be. This sleepy little location shares its space with pizza pizza. Parking is available. However the service is very lacking and for the most part slow. I have gone here several times as a local and each time been disappointed. The French onion soup I was served was nothing but bland beef broth with chopped onions in it no cheese melted on top or croutons in the soup itself. The crispy chicken I ordered was burned and I had to return it. When my son's cookie slid off the plate and this was witnessed by the baker he just shook his head and walked away. No follow up or fixing the situation. Unfortunately this place is subpar and it's service and its quality of food it's really disappointing to see this from a nationwide franchise. You're better off passing this one for another.

The coffee was very hot at this place that I got a 1st degree burn on my upper lip. Also there was a man who looked a little bit 'lost', and we were just waiting there. Finally after 15 minutes, someone told us to go to the front cash out. There were 6 employees altogether. 5 of them were running the drive thru because there was a cool Electric Four door Mustang there and they people wanted to serve it. I also wanted a double-double coffee, and I know the taste of it, it's sweet and does not have a sour taste. However, they got my order wrong and instead gave me a dark roast coffee that I really hate. Theese people also don't carry the Maple Dip doughnut, so I had to choose the Boston Cream doughnout, which is my second favourite. Also the crispy chicken wrap made my have a weird feeling in my stomach. They could improve their service a lot.

Food is severely inconsistient, baked goods often dried out and of unsatisfactory quality. Have ordered many drinks that have either had coffee grounds in them or had entirely wrong flavoring resulting in them tasting disgusting. But my biggest beef is with the service. I am LGBTQ+, and I wear a pride pin on my jacket to reflect as such. Came in once for a coffee and the server looked down at my lapel and took on an expression of visible disgust and spoke to me with a clipped and abrupt tone hereafter. I am also hard of hearing, and at one point when I came in to order I asked the cashier (different one than the last) to please speak up and explained I could not hear her. She stared at me with obvious contempt and repeated what she'd said, though did not make any effort to raise her voice. Despite the convenience of this location I will not be visiting again under any circumstances. If you are LGBTQ+ or disabled I do not recommend you visit this location.

3 years ago this was a quick reliable Timmies. Last year or more it has become more and more unreliable. I imagine this is due to a higher turnover of employees. Received coffee instead of tea on my way to work this week. Got the milk and sugar right this time (sometimes it's cream which I find too thick), unfortunately I don't like coffee at all. I understand things are poured wrong when in a hurry sometimes... but, out of all the cafè places that have given me a wrong order that I have to return, including other tim hortons locations, this is the only one who didn't offer anything in return. Usually Tim Hortons gives out little red cards for a free drink on your next visit (which I never use but appreciate the thought). Huge waste of my time going back and forth. Had to wait 1/2 my shift until my lunch in order to return the drink and get the right one... other days this isn't possible and I just have to throw it out because no one at my job drinks coffee.

The woman Nicole in the drive-through in the morning should not working there immediately once I pulled up to the drive-through I was not greeted so after hearing the kitchen in the background of the speaker I said hello and she was like Yep I’ll be right with you through. Then when I was making my order she messed up and put ice cap instead of ice coffee so when I got to the front she was upset because and this is definitely not the first time they have mixed up my order, then she proceeded to roll her eyes and give me attitude so I was like I’m no I don’t want a ice cap Shes very rude and has no customer service and if she doesn’t know how to deal with customers and handled the drive thru she should not be working at the drive thru

Drive through u have to repeat your order 3x to get it right. They always say “let me see if we have that”. Donut selection is nil or terrible. Get a bagel everyday; 60% of the time I’m eating stale bagels with a teaspoon of cream cheese. I’ve complained and continue to receive virtually no cream cheese. Beside my house so easy stop. I often go to Walkers/Mainway. Out of my way. Disorganized, clueless. Employees seem to be having a good time ‍♂️. What happened to Customer Service. I was 13 at Wendy’s. Every person through I said “good Afternoon welcome to Wendy’s, how can I help”. Here - Hi. Or just yes Learn some customer service manners.

I work in this area a decent amount, and over the past year I’ve continued to watch this pothole in the parking lot develop. Seeing as their is no phone number for the landlord of the plaza anywhere in sight, I am assuming its Tim Hortons that is letting this monstrosity grow. This pothole is both deep and wide enough to cause significant damage to someones bumper in a sedan. Nevermind it is almost unavoidable considering the tight nature of the parking lot. This is also just one pf many potholes of similar size in the lot

Visited this location after a long bike ride with the kids, they really wanted a frozen lemonade! And I ordered an iced capp. Not sure why the girl who took my order told me to "sit and wait" and she would "call me when it's ready" then proceeded to serve drive thru customers at the sandwich station when there were 2 other employees who didn't seem occupied and we had to wait several minutes only to find she didn't make the iced capp. They then made it for free which was nice and they seemed friendly... However, they evidently need lots of work in training. Drive thru should not take priority over customers who decide to stay in.

This place is always a disaster, every single time I come, no matter the time of day. The staff always seems like they don't know what's going on and it's as if everyone is in training. I always have to wait at least 10 minutes just to get a coffee, which is pretty ridiculous considering it takes two seconds to pour coffee into a cup, maybe one more second to put a lid on it. I understand that the drive through gets pretty busy, but it doesn't mean the people inside should have to wait that long for a single coffee. I'm probably just going to find another place to get my coffee, and not deal with this place anymore.

I only come to this location because it’s beside my workplace.. usually my order is correct but I have to mention that the lady Sue working at the drive thru has the WORST costumer service. I come almost everyday and She always looks absolutely miserable, doesn’t say hi.. doesn’t say anything at ALL and literally hands me my food as if I have personally offended her. I understand it can be a high stress job, but Bad customer service makes a huge difference, maybe Train your staff to be a friendly human being.

Can't make an ice coffee to save their life. I asked for double pump of the sweet base, at every other location I get a nice sweet ice coffee from a double pump. This location it tasted like nothing but a bitter stale ice coffee. Went back for them to correct it and had to throw the second one away, it was worse than the first one. I didn't think that was possible! Edit* update! If you want a good cup of coffee made the way you ordered it check out the Tim Hortons on mainway beside the Shell gas station. It's farther from me but I don't get disappointed in the food you're paying for.

I don't understand. Four people standing around to serve one customer. The order for the next customer was only taken when that last customer was about to pick up his order. This happened to the next customer after me. Is this a new VVIP service where each customer is given full attention by the whole crew??? Sorry, even though they gave me exclusive attention, I didn't feel special.... just glad that there was just a huge crowd of 3 customers and I didn't have to wait too long.

been coming here for 6 years and generally always had a good experience. However, lately when it comes to food orders if you ask for anything specific (e.g. no cheese on breakfast sandwich or double toasted bagel) they mess up your order. Twice i asked for breakfast sandwich with no cheese only to discover i just got egg on English muffin. The only thing this location is ok for is your drinks, skip on the food. Past month or so I've been going to location further south on Walkers with no issues, don't mind extra 2 min. drive and not have my order messed up.

The restroom at this particular Tim Hortons restaurant is, unfortunately, not up to the standards I have experienced at other locations. It appears that the restroom has been neglected for quite some time, lacking proper maintenance. Regrettably, this has left a negative impression on me. Despite the convenience of its proximity to my workplace, I have decided that I will not be returning to this restaurant in the future.

The service was good and it was quick the staff members were very friendly. The store is generally clean but the window sills were very dirty and they had a lot of gross food in them it looks like they don't get clean to often. I visited twice in a few days and there was no difference. The washroom was fresh and the floors look good but there needs to be a little more attention to detail. I would return to this location but I do recommend that they give it a little bit of a deeper cleaning.

can never get a simple order correct, no matter how many times you say it to the speaker, they do what they want cause they know there is 20 cars behind you so you wont check to see if its correct anyways. Steeped tea and and 2 biscuits with cheese and bacon, no egg, only to get 1 sandwich with egg and bacon..... absolute disgrace. this location has burned thru its last 2nd chance. You guys want $16.00 an hr yet, you cant do a simple task.... please id love to hear your rational on that

This franchise is fantastic first thing in the morning. Mid afternoon and weekends have been hit and miss in the past but appear to be improving. The parking lot is a disaster right now and is actually a hazard to your car in a couple of places... almost a lake. The property managers need to redo this immediatly. This is going on WAY too long.

Save yourself the disappointment and go to another location. Probably the worst location in Burlington. I live near this location I don't visit it often but every occasion I've gone here it's been terrible. Horribly long lineups, even for a simple coffee and timbits ive waited more than 5 minutes. Tried to go into the location and it's just as bad. Had wrong orders or they don't have standard ingredients in stock. I.e lettuce. Don't go here seriously

Didn’t rate the food or service because honestly only ever been to this location twice (SW corner of walkers and upper middle ) to use washroom and both times have seen garbage all over , on empty tables and over flowing from the garbage bins, washroom disgusting , toilet paper strewn all over just a yuk gross experience , wouldn’t even want to eat in the restaurant on the Tim’s or pizza pizza side because it just feels so dirty in there

I really wanna say that considered all the mistakes that happened, and the way the owner was so nice and appreciated my review, I will say this is so far the quickest and best Tim’s I have been to. I know people make some mistakes when they make or serve the order but there is always room for improvement. Give em a chance and you will truly see how hard working the team is. Thanks to Lisa for bringing in the best team members together!

The ONLY reason I still go to this Tim Hortons is because it’s the only one within walking distance. I recommend ensuring your order is correct before leaving the store, 8/10 times my order is incorrect. The baked goods have little to no quality control, and aside from early morning, selection is minimal. Complaints made to store management and store owner are ignored.

terrible ace to go to .. never have what you ask even though the items are on the promotional menu you go at 5 am to 10 pm anytime they never have enough stuff. they gave me a horribally made eclairs dream donut. i mean how hard it is to understand "i want it in orignal packing in which it is supposed to be in " our manager only told us to put it in this was the answer i got. they gave it to me in ten timbit box.

They have so much from hot drinks to cold drinks. I love the white hot chocolate so good. They have lots of yummy muffins, donuts, cookies, timbits, cinnamon rolls, tea biscuits. Also they have breakfast, lunch options which are good. Right now they have an oreo donut, muffin, a pocket with oreo in it. I tried the donut & it's to die for so good. You should definitely try it. Service was good, prices are good.

I went to this location so many times. Every time they are touching cash, pos and food without wearing gloves and without sanitizing their hands then i ask one of the employee that why you are not using sanitizer and gloves. I shocked with the answer that the employer is not providing any sanitizer in this critical situation. They are not playing only with their employees but also with customers life.

Maybe the worst Tim Hortons in Burlington. Have been a regular for awhile out of pure convenience. Not anymore. I’ll keep driving down the road to get my coffee from now on. Avoid this place. They frequently either make the order wrong, or give me the wrong item. The one at the corner of Upper Middle and Brant is by far the best in Burlington. Drive the extra 4 minutes to get the correct order fast.

I come to this place because it's close to my work but I will not anymore. The staff there is busy talking/yelling to one another, and pays little attention to what they're doing. Maybe that's why I received a coffee instead of a tea. I should've checked my order before because I had to toss it when I smelt it was coffee (couldn't return it since I was on break). Wasted my time and money.

Just left this Tim Horton’s location and am completely disappointed. I ordered a chicken noodle soup with a white bun and received a whole wheat bun. I also ordered an earl grey tea latte with no foam and not only did I receive foam, but my cup is not even filled to the top. It’s about 3/4 full. I would not go back to this Tim Horton’s again. Where is the quality control?!

I was there in this morning. Asked for Harvest Vegetable soup and whole wheat bun toasted. First of all i wait 10 min after placing my order and than when i came back to my place to have my food. I saw my toast was burn. Is this the value of my time and money i am spending there. Why people don't understand the food they can't eat thet should not serve. What a shame.

9pm visit not even busy (3 walk ins). waited over 10 minutes for a oat latte and other served before me who walked in after. over charged me $9.23 for 3 items..2 items incorrectly priced. staff didn't know how to fix the bill so had to refund order to get money back. walked out empty handed by choice. You have to look closely at the cashiers at Tim's I was charged and additional dollar for a medium steeped tea and two mini Tim bits which are 29 cents each.Instead of 2.98. I was charged 3.98. when I questioned the bill it was changed It will happen since we are only using debit cards and not getting a bill.This took place at the Tims Appleby Line and Mainway.

Broken iced capp machine. Long drive thru. No sign saying the machine is broken. Maybe do the small things to help not upset your customers. 10min in a line up only to have your time wasted is a joke. But also they probably would have messed up my order like they did the 2 times I stopped by last week. I'm done with this location and their sketchy parking lot.

I always get my coffee here on the way to school and sometimes some breakfast. They are always super quick and make you feel like sitting in a 5 car line is not going to take forever. They move quick without depreciating the quality of service. Some Tim's move quick but the outcome is unstirred coffee, untoasted bagels etc. Very happy with this location.

If I could give 0 stars, I would....consistently poor service. Staff are rude and when I ask why my order was charged wrong, or my points were not able to be used toward my purchase, I am repeatedly told that there is nothing they can do, and they refer me to the website. Terrible service, not once or twice but ALL OF THE TIME. Avoid at all costs.

Maybe train people how to operate a drive thru. Like you have to actually talk to people through the speaker clearly and say things like “hello may I take your order” and “please drive up” not leave people sitting there in awkward silence. I get up to the window and they just throw my food at me without even a “have a good day”. Very rude.

Pathetic service (drive in ) . Staff is very sub par at the best in service. If you want to waste your time or if u need to shake off your good mood . Visit this place . Common sense is not so common in this place . You have to give them credit for being consistently inconsistent. Very much ghetto Tim hortons of the neighborhood.

My cars brake malfunctioned while in the drive thru. Elizabeth came out of the store & helped me, got my car moving, pulled it to the side & then asked to come inside the store & offered me a free coffee. I was so amazed & grateful for Elizabeth's help & generosity. A very special lady who should be recognized.

I go through the drive thru to order a 50 pack of timbits on my way to work for my co workers... pay for it and go, and when I arrive to work I open up the box and it’s all plain and honey dip. Would have been nice to be warned that I was getting 50 timbits, but only 2 flavours. I would’ve just passed, or gotten something else.

Terrible location don’t waste your money, my mom and I ordered broccoli soup and it tasted like they didn’t have enough for two bowls so they added hot water to thin it out. It was gross we threw it out and only ate the bun. Very disappointed. We went through the drive thru and it was extremely slow.

The staff at the drive-thru are always efficient and friendly. I've been going here for years for coffee and have been very pleased. However, I recently purchased a yogurt and berries and couldn't believe that the cup was about 1/4 full. That is terrible value and I will never be making that mistake again!

The worst customer service ever at any Tim Hortons. They made my whole order a mess. Coffee was not warm at all and they charge for two chai tea instead of one. They had only one kind of bagel which I asked for toasted with cheese cream and they gave me cold without toasting. Will never go there.

The one star is not for the location. That is fine. The one star is for the bastardization that Tim Hortons in general as done to there coffee. It has gone from amazing to not so good dark roast and now dirty dish water. But this location was friendly and prompt with the order.

This is a review on Tim Hortons itself. Why are your locations not 24 hours anymore? I am a shift worker and I am unable to get a coffee in the early hours of the mornings. Every location I used to go to (that were open 24 hrs) are now only opening at 5am. Please change this!!

I absolutely dread coming to this location in the morning but unfortunately it's the nearest one to me. They never have breakfast ready, and when they do it's made extremely poorly. I bought 2 bagels because nothing else was made, and even the bagels weren't toasted properly!

I don't come to this Tim's very often but when I do I find the team always happy and hardworking. Other than the poor parking set up for this location It's nice to stop by. And I always seem to find the food fresh here.

Worst experience ever! Paid by the drive-through and asked me to wait in the parking lot to receive the food. I’d waited for a long time like a fool and nobody sent me the food. I entered the building and found the food I ordered was wrong! Waiting again! Messy management!

My nearest Timmies .. no complaints! Participated in a "pay it forward" day last week when everyone in the drive thru paid for the car behind them. Staff was super nice and made the experience that much better! Thanks to the customer who started the act of kindness!

This is the 3rd time in under 2 weeks as of (April 29th) that I have gone through this Tim Hortons drive thru and received stale bagels that were toasted and rock hard. You’d think they would have felt it before giving it to us. Rock hard. Not happy.

This was one of the nastiest experiences opening a Tim Hortons bag was. Figured it would be fresh at 8 30 am. The tossed a broken hashbrown that was unwrapped in the bottom on that upsale. Not one smile and said to a guy making it "get it out"

Night service here is a joke. Nothing is ever "working" and they stop serving around 10pm even though their sign/website/google say it's open until 11:30pm. They just stand around the store until 11:30pm then leave.

The offerings are basically what you’d expect for a Timmies, but the interior decor and bathrooms are just so dated. The place unfortunately is in a dire need of a facelift. Service is pretty quick, and the food/beverages consistent. More

I went through the drive through at about 5:15am on a Friday. Ordered my coffee and a dozen donuts. I was then told that they had ZERO donuts. How does that happen? How does a 24 Hour Tim Hortons have ZERO donuts?? Unacceptable....

Your coffee machines in the drive through are not functioning well, or dispensing too much cream, I've called and let you know.. but you don't seem to care, so we go to a diff timmies and it's perfect all the time..

Dining area is extremely dirty on a consistent basis. Staff members are very noisy speaking among themselves in their native foreign language and are at times distracted and don't notice customers waiting in line.

No one working in this location was wearing gloves while preparing food. In such times they should at least make sure they dont touch food with bare hands. Its really not that difficult to wear gloves and work.

Their new lids are terrible! They claim to be recyclable and that's great but they leak. Make a better lid people you charge a premium for your coffee the least you can do is give a quality lid

Three times my wife has had to make mention of the fact that employees are handling money and food with the same gloves. Not just touching the food bags but the actual food.
