Love their coffee. It's rich, a chocolate blend. Their baked goods are delicious too. I highly recommend the crossiants, chocolate chip cookies, banana bread, and cinnamon bun. They have a relaxing atmosphere in the back. This cafe reminds me of when I was in Amsterdam. Great lattes, delicious treats, relaxing atmosphere; if you could smoke cannabis there, it would be perfect!

I've been to this cafe several times during the last few years, and the baristas always look annoyed and tired. I don't think anybody ever smiled at me there. You have a bad day, I get that, so we come back from time to time, when downtown as we really wanted to like this place. Coffee is great, though, so if you don't mind a cold atmosphere, go ahead and treat yourself.

I recently visited this cafe and tried their “flat white” and “iced mocha”. While the coffee was average, I was disappointed by the high prices and the unfriendly demeanor of the staff (owner probably), who seemed not welcoming. If you're looking for better coffee and service, you might want to explore other coffee shops in your area.

They were good at one point but have gone down hill. Over priced and very small coffee plus they don’t even fill your cup up. I ordered a flat white and got half a coffee. A flat white is supposed to be espresso and steamed milk with no foam. I got 1/3 a cup of coffee and 3/4 a cup of foam. They need to train their baristas better, unfortunately won’t be going back for the over priced tiny coffee that they don’t know how to make correctly.

Very underwhelming. Visited today around 1:50 and the server was very quiet and unengaging. Our coffees both left a lot to be desired. The caramel latte was luke warm and tasted very watery. The peppermint mocha was also watery with no peppermint taste. We spent $13 for coffee that quite honestly, we regret spending our money on.

Very appealing coffee shop. It would be awesome if it would have more space because so many people love drinking coffee there but is a definitely amazing place to visit if you like good coffee. The service was awesome! Loved it!

Very cold customer service. Coffee beans are below average and so is the coffee. For high altitude medium roast , I sipped through coffee searching for fruity, berry or other notes and could not find any. Perhaps the espresso machine is not calibrated for a perfect extract . You cannot compensate bad extract with good steaming.

One of my favourite coffee shops in Burlington! Friendly staff and great atmosphere. The iced latte was A+ I also purchased ground coffee to bring home and it's become a favourite in my house.
