I haven't owned a bike in many years, and the game has changed a lot since my last pedal. I must say, the experience I had at The Wrench at the Forks was perfect!! Tayshaun and Noah gave me so much of their time, explaining the different styles of bicycles, price points, how to size mine, how to care for it, inspected it and let me test drive whichever bike I needed to. I could not have had a better experience buying a bicycle, and I love the one I chose. Thank you so much!! EDIT I crashed my bike... Brought it back and Tayshaun, Noah and Howie helped me get it road worthy again, and taught me how to ride it. What a wonderful place, thank you all once more!!

Bought a bike from them last summer, cost me $160. Definitely not worth it! Brought there multiple times to get it fixed, different issues each time. Last time I brought it there my back tire came loose, safety concern they said they tightened it which was good until 3 hours. After 3 hours back tires was loose again. Non refundable, fix was a quick fix. Tire became so loose, luckily, I got home in time, cause it came easily slipped out!! If you selling faulty bikes for $160 you guys are unethical!!! I thought I would try something that would give back to community and straight got ripped off. Straight sucked.

Last Wednesday, bought a great mountain bike at a fair price. Many thanks to Howard and all the staff at The Wrench. Such a pleasant experience with a shop that gives so much to the community!
