The Absolute BEST pharmacist in all of Edmonton IMO! Mo builds a great rapport with every single person that comes across his path! He is extremely intelligent & super knowledgeable, sometimes better than what a Dr. prescribes. He knows if a certain medication will work better than one that may have been prescribed. In no way is this to discredit Doctors. Mo is just absolutely amazing and fabulous at his career! You can tell he holds a true passion for helping others to the very best of his ability. And his ability is way up there! He constantly is doing things to help improve the quality of our community! My kids even trust no other, they absolutely insist that he be the one to give them their flu vaccine. And whenever they get sick or even the tiniest scrap, they want Mo to have a look at it 1st. If he recommends they need to be seen by our Dr., only then will they go without a fuss! All around an amazing human being! We are blessed to have come across him & will forever be loyal patients. No idea what we will do the day he decides to retire, which hopefully is no where near close in the future!

My family and I have been patients of Terwillegar Pharmacy for years. Mohamed and his team have always been super helpful and willing to do whatever it takes to make us feel better. When we were isolated for COVID, Mohamed delivered what we needed himself to our house. I really appreciate that Mohamed is a professional and that he is a prescribing pharmacist. For instance, he helped our family get over a recurring bout of strep throat that the doctors could not fix with their prescriptions. Mohamed’s knowledge got us the correct medicine to finally cure it for all of us. He is also generous and has donated to the community for those who cannot afford services. Mohamed and his team of highly trained professionals are beyond exceptional. Wow. Some of the reviews on here just scream Karen's. smh. Frankly I've never met a more compassionate medical practitioner than Mr. Elfishawi. My prescriptions are always accurate and he will even correct doses if incorrect. In the past, he's even delivered to people in the community for free - that's heart. Over the years he's added additional community services such as postal drop off, space for administering vaccines, and compounding. Ask about this - he has a cream for everything from muscle aches to psoriasis. With CoVid, things are hectic, sometimes the pharmacy gets overwhelmed, be patient. Don't be a Karen.

I feel very blessed to have found this pharmacy when I moved into the area 6 years ago. The staff are knowledgable and friendly, always ready to help. When I need my prescriptions renewed or a new one filled, it is done right away and they deliver for free. I was able to get my covid vaccinations as well as my booster. The pharmacist and owner, Muhammad, knows my medical history and does what ever he can to ensure I am comfortable and healthy.

Every time I've come here, they seem to be in some sort of dissaray with things. All my appointments were either done 30 mins late or not at all because I left after an hour (naturally I have other things to do hence the appointment made in the first place). I'm sure the people that work here are quite nice but they are very disorganized. I only started going here since it was so close but don't think I will try my luck with them again.

Just has an amazing experience with Terwillegar Pharmacy — we got walk-in flu shots for me and my two kids. The pharmacist was great with my kids .. totally put them at ease and they said they didn't feel a thing. They think he's magic now ... and I do too because my kids normally hate getting their flu shot. Thanks so much! We'll be back again and again. Not very impressed with the service. Called and told them my first Covid vaccine date and they booked us. We showed up and they turned us away because our first shot date was not eligible. Waste of our time to have the trip. They could easily call us and cancel the appointment. I’m not upset not to get the shot if it’s not eligible, I am because they didn’t bother to cancel and waste of our time.

Dr. Elfishawi is amazing! Over the years he has gone out of his way to help our family. He has delivered medication to our home when the kids were sick, given solutions to random illnesses that weren't fixed by doctor or dermatologist visits, and it's helpful that he's a prescribing pharmacist as well for times when I can't get into the doctor in a timely manner. He's a rock in our community!

Love this pharmacy in my neighbourhood. Mohammed has been an incredible pharmacist to our family. He has even done house calls for us when in need. This small family based company jas been putting their clients first! He is always available if I have questions and helped me navigate vaccines when needing to leave the country. Came there for my scheduled AHS Vaccine... place was over-capacity with 25+ people (max 10) with walk-ins skipping over people with appointments. Staff were disorganized and no-one was directing anyone what to do, where to stand, maintain distancing or capacity limits. I had to go back to work and cancelled my appointment after an hour of waiting.

I have been going to this pharmacy for about 7 years now. Even after I moved to Leduc I still continue to go there. Mohammed is very helpful and accommodating. If I cannot get into the city he has no issue with delivering my meds even tho sometimes it is only 1 prescription. I will continue to see him for a long time to come.

Pharmacist who was administering the vaccine was so unprofessional. He was on a call with Telus while preparing the vaccine. He didn't even sanitize his hands nor wear proper medical gloves. He needs to get proper training before administrate more vaccine. Will be making complaints to AHS.

Went in with a case of Strep after the nearby Shoppers was unable to administer a test on me. The staff were kind and incredibly efficient. From the time I arrived to receiving my medication, it was less than 10 minutes. I'll be using them for all my prescription refills from here on out.

Both of us tested positive for covid on Christmas day. As we are both immunocompromised, we needed to get Paxlovid to lessen the symptoms of covid. This store was open and the pharmacist, Mohamed, happily delivered the Paxlovid within a couple hours. Great service. Helped us immensely!
