Terrible service. I'm a huge fan of Subway and I go too often. But this place was the worst. Staff were not smiling even though I was. They were incredibly stingy with the food and when I asked him to add a "normal" portion of steak (2 half scoops was barely enough for a footlong) he asked if I wanted double (meaning extra charge). Then neither the guy who served me (who was still in training so I can understand him not knowing) but the manager (tall skinny middle aged man of Indian decent, curly black and white hair) stepped out as well to ensure I received the points using my subway rewards card and he didn't know either and told me to just pay and then when I asked about receiving the points he turns around and walks out. Leaving the trainee to shrug and look awkward. Won't return and won't recommend. The manager also looked incredibly scruffy and poorly trimmed leaving me to worry about the food health and safety of that establishment.

This location is one block away from my home. So I go there get a sandwich after workout all the time. Their tables have never been cleaned right away after being used every time I stay there,not to mention sanitized during the pandemic. But they put open sign there for the next customer to use. I didn’t wanted to complain and always clean myself. But today I was there got a sandwich again. The spinach box had few bad leaves left, the girl just throw them into my sandwich instead of getting some fresh ones. Before I pay, I realized she didn’t wear a mask and was chewing gum. And she didn’t offer to remake one until I asked her to. And for the new sandwich, she still didn’t get some fresh spinach, there was only couple of bad leaves left. She put them into my sandwich before I stopped her. But she showed ok attitude all the time. I just hope the owner knows how to run the business, to meet the customers’ basic expectations.

This place is horrible. I ordered a chipotle steak and guac wrap, and thought it was 6.99 as I wanted getting the regular edition. When I got to the counter, the cashier charged me an arbitrary amount because supposedly the wrap didn't have a price on top. In the picture there are 3 wraps, and two size prices. That's extremely deceptive advertising practice. When I pushed them harder on why they do this. The cashier says the numbers change and sometimes it is not reflected. I tell them then they should honor the shown price instead. I will never go here again.

Kate was absolutely brilliant! She greeted me with a warm smile as I entered through the door. It was my first time ordering a Sandwich at Subway and I didn't know how things work. Kate took the time to explain the process, and also recommended toppings and sauces for the sandwich I wanted to order. After that, she made a beautiful, perfectly toasted and tasty sandwich. Thankyou for your hospitality Kate, and for everything you do!

Online it says they close at 11pm. Their door says 10pm. Either way, I consistently have gone in near closing because it's when I get off work and been told they can't make a meatball sub because they are close to closing. Apparently expecting full service during opening hours is too much to ask. If you want to be home at 10, close at 9:30. Why should I not get the same service as any other customer who comes in during business hours? But first fix the online hours discrepancy.

Showed up with 7 people at 12 at night. Only guy working the counter was an absolute g and tolerated going through 7 individual orders. Offered chairs from the back so we could sit together. Insane smooth jazz sets the mood nicely. 5 golden stars. AND SPLIT A 50. WHAT A LEGEND

Pretty standard subway, but the lady who does the vegetables doesn't give me a lot of vegetables, so that's minus one star. She also gave me three banana pepper strips for a foot long. Three for a foot long! That really dampened my Subway sandwich experience, so minus one star. I need my banana peppers, lady - I'm calling you out if you ever read these reviews.

Good sandwiches, bad customer service. Had stopped going there because the staff seamed to be always in training and kept getting the orders wrong. Came back after 3+ months and they have the same staff (that I thought was in training) and they still get the orders wrong and what's even worse they blame it on the customer. Better go to another location.

It's a Subway location so I try not to be too critical but I find this location to be sub-par. The staff seem to be a little slow (albeit not horribly slow) and like others have said they seem to have been taught to skimp on their toppings. Good place if you're in a pinch but head to another Subway if you're not dying for a sandwich at that very moment.

They are the worst subway ever too lazy to bring new vegetables out, no green peppers, no tomatoes and a few other items missing. Poor customer service experience overall. Customer service was very good. I wanted a bit more red sauce on my meatball sub. No issue as expected. Also, I was glad to see the Beyond Meat product there as I don't eat red meat. Only slight here is the restroom was not in great order, specifically the door and lock was difficult. The place was clean and good for a quick bite.

My sandwich came to $7.35. I gave the counter girl a $20 and said I have 35 cents, to which she replied “that’s ok”. She then hands me 12.65 and tells me it’s too late to get $13 back if I gave her my 35 cents. She said she’s closing soon and can’t open the cash register. Rushing to close shouldn’t compromise customer service.

I have been sevral times in this location but It was terrible customer service ever. They have really nice staff as well but the morning shift girl was so rude. She put the sauce that i didn’t say. She acts like i was asking to much for *just making sandwich. Also her face was angry at me that i ordered food in the morning.

This Subway has great daily specials (rotating foot long sub for $9), it's clean and pleasant, and the staff are efficient and friendly. A lot of the fast food restaurants downtown are chaotic messes (looking at you, Timmy) and this Subway really stands out.

I find it concerning that an employee refilled the veggies by dumping more on top of the olds ones. She didn't use a fresh containers or rotate the stock. If she will do that right infront of customers, what other unsafe food practices are going on that we don't see. I will no longer go to this location.

Loved the place, very tidy and clean. All the veggies and meat were fresh. I got a subway club and my sandwich artist, a boy named Jatin made the best sandwich I ever had. This place is definitely worth visiting and I'll keep coming back. Alongside excellent staff the manager seems very nice person.

The worst Subway out of all of the branches in Vancouver (and I’ve been to a lot). The staff are unhappy, and they are super cheap with their veggies. You ask for Spinach and they will add 4-5 leaves to your sandwich. If you ask for more you’re lucky to get 3-4 more. If you can, go to another one.

I visited Subway for the first time and It was a great experience and I was helped by a Punjabi Girl for choosing the sandwich and veggies for it and it really catered my taste, the staff girl's name was Jot who was the most polite and helpful person I had met that entire day.

This is not the first time that the lady is throwing veggies randomly on the 6inch. Everything is all over the place when I saw her making it. and when I unwrap the sandwich the veggies fell out. I worked at the Subway before, her's is nowhere close to the company's standard.

It's a Subway sandwich store, not a first class restaurant. You custom choose your ingredients you want in your sandwich and it's the same at every Subway. This one is clean and just like other franchise stores has the same process you expect from any other subway.

I've come to this subway my times but never wanted to give a review until I received the amazing service that I got on May 1st. A fantastic man with painted nails and a pair of nice earrings made the best subway sandwich I've had in a while. Hats off you to you!

It was cozy and great location and great service. The young lady was nice and friendly, and she already remembered what I got before. Unfortunately, there is no tip sections in a card machine. I was surprise that. I think they need to get it for employees.

The wrap I ordered was tasty and delicious. The young indian girl also recommended me some of veggies and dressings in the wrap and I really liked it. I would like to visit again and again and also would like to give tip to young lady

The worst subway ive ever been to. Soo cheap on veg. They told me it was against policy to give extra veg and regular veg was five pickles on a foot long. Its places this makes you wanna give up on the human race. #worst #cheap #

Well, it's a Subway like most others. When we went it was quiet and the place was clean. Our subs were made like any other sub I've had from Subway. Barstools along the front window allowed us to watch passersby.

Subway always has low prices and decent food. It's an "eat quickly and leave" type of establishment, so you don't really need a good atmosphere for that.

Poorly lit and generally slow. The subway on Burrard closed so I have to come here sometimes. Hopefully they improve; if not.. at least Tim Hortons next door can also make sandwiches.

Seems to be new staff/management now which has helped with service. Seating area is clean, and the service area is well kept now!
