My sandwich looked like it got mauled by a baby! The service was absolutely appalling, when I asked for them to remake it all they could offer me was a refund and when I accepted and went back in line for them to make a new sandwich I then had to pay AGAIN!! Where’s my refund?- well seems to me that all they did was take my money back. I’ve been to this subway in circular quay multiple times over the past few years and have never EVER experienced service like this, I’m never one to be a Karen customer or take food back but words can not describe how dissatisfied and frustrated I was today, mind you it wasn’t even rush hour and every single staff member were standing around having a little chat and NOT wearing gloves. I DO NOT recommend this subway if you want a nice subway sandwich.

i was trying to make a order i was standing in the middle and one of the workers saw me she didn't approach me and she started serving other customers and not me and finally she approached me and said you cant stand there you have to stand where it says place a order and i told her wheres the sign its half hidden you cant see it at least place it where people can see it and she started arguing so i told her i want to see a manager and i told her i cant see in the left eye and she never went to go get the manager and the manager never spoke to me so i left

I had my worst experience today. So, I usually used to have my subway at morning and the staff were also good to me but today i went at evening where i had very bad experience with one of the staff she didn’t had a name badge so I don’t know her name but i assume she might me Indian . Customer service was worst the way she prepare food was unhygienic using same gloves for different subs. Staff needs training about food handling and stuff .

I get to circular quay and think subway will be a good thing for lunch, I ask if the Italian herbs and cheese bread is ready, I was told it was not ready, to then see the next customer get the exact bread I had asked about, then I had them ignore my request for ingredients for my sandwich and had to basically yell to still even be ignored, they have poor customer service skills, honestly. Have I eaten at worse Subways before? Yes, I most certainly have. However, with all the other subpar food options in the area, this place will do before jumping on the ferry or having a picnic in the garden. I find the high volume Subways are generally a little bit fresher in quality but the team is usually a bit surly, I guess you would be too if you had to deal with some of the clowns I’ve seen there before.

War. Looking around, the battle scene was harsh, bodies lay scattered on the ground, with the nauseating scent of blood, surrounding me. I can hardly see, for smoke blinds my eyes, and as I look around, my heart sinks, and fills with sorrow. I want this battle to end. Noises of gunfire hurt my eardrums, piercing and killing lives. The images and feelings, scar me for life. This is the place of death, and I try hard to keep hope. My men call my name, I am in war.

Eat fresh on the wharf. This Subway location is on the poorer side of Subway locations. The vegis didn't look that fresh at all....lettuce was whilty, tomatoes socky and the meats looked really sad. Given it's location I would have expected it to be much busier here, so much so that they would rapidly be rotating through their stock. At the end of the day, the sub tasted just like any other Subway.

I wanted 1 footlong but we had to get 2 six inches. Subway doesn’t have options like dominos for half and half. I just wanted to get a footlong half with meat and half without meat. The server was impolite and told me it would be 2 diff orders. I would have happily paid that extra charge for half and half. What a way to make people spend more in store.

Got a garlic toastie, the girl behind the counter was moving at snails pace, then she just went insane with the garlic sauce, even told her to keep it light, she also didn’t cut the bread right, cut it slant so it was uneven. There’s so much garlic on it that it’s a soggy mess. She just seemed really confused. Please train your staff better.

I love subway, it smelt amazing so I lined up. I was served by rude staff who didn’t want to answer my questions and all the salads were messy so there was random bits of lettuce spinach and onion I asked them to take it off. I told the man when I was paying how messy it was and he rolled his eyes. I have never been to such an awful subway before. It wasn’t just mistake it was rude carelessness.

Out of stock with half of the salad in early evening when everyone decide to have a meal. Filthy workplace with flies are hanging out over the food. I know it won't make any difference to the business with the negative reviews but management should really consider the points of these reviews. I hope a good alternative will open soon nearby to make them learn a lesson.

Having tuckered myself out of ham and pineapple pizzas, I felt it was time to give the legendary 'meatball sub' a go. Much to my chagrin, I was told to wait outside whilst the display glass was disinfected. Apparently I was looking at my options far too closely. Not to worry, I'll just get a refill tomato sauce and ask the manager for a glass of milk .

The woman who attended us today at 3:20 p.m. was the most unpleasant thing I have ever experienced in my life. Today, September 17, 2022, the woman who attended us overcharged us and did not want to return the money, she only gave us a cookie, we had to take the ferry so I couldn't take my money back, if anyone sees this please never go to this place

Thank you very much to the staff, I left some documents when I was a little nervous to make myself understand, which they had a lot of patience, giving lost these documents, they found them and kept them, proving to be excellent people, they are my today

My mum ate all of the blue cheese subs so I married my dog walkers cousins sister. Next year I want to fly over the shop of my parents dream. Subway is my love and my brothers milk. Highly recommended don't touch the underside of the radiator.

They have no restaurant, just a takeout spot. Sandwich I ordered was very good and priced reasonably. Service was ok and fast.

It’s very frustrating that on Google says they open at 9am but they always open after that and don’t have the things ready; Also it says that they close at 4pm, but if you get there at 3:30pm they can’t do anything for you.

I ordered a meat sandwich and I am concerned about the hygiene level. The staff members mask was pulled down exposing their mouth and that worries me. I will think twice before eating there again.

Got a sandwich on my way to the zoo. I take my hat off to the staff who serve in the cold weather but could they please wear basic hygiene items like masks to protect food from saliva?

It’s not ok to have the official closing time 22:00 but when I get there at 21:45 they are already closed and you can’t get inside or order anymore.

I went there on 05/06/21 at 9:30 pm and it was closed. I don't understand why on google maps it is showing that it closes at 10 pm.
