I ordered when 8:30. And i asked just “you guys closed?” . But she just silence and keep watching my eyes with uncomportable face during a few second. And then i did ask again, “ what time close today this shop?”. She keep frown and sight again and again. She seems like topping friage closed and she dont want accept new order. And She just said “9” with rude attitude. And she never said hi, thanks, and never smile, kindly. I couldn't even expect it since I started the order. And She threw all the topping lids and threw the toppings to my bread. It was really bad experience. I cant eat! She’s name is christin. There’s never no service!

I ordered the"chicken schnitzel" that actually doesn't taste as chicken at all.. I've eaten chicken in my life and unfortunately the company is not selling what's advertising.. I asked the girl to exchange for another meal with real chicken and she told me I had to pay for the other meal. Her job was only to open the package and prepare it as it is.. . I couldn't believe it.. I've asked for the manager. No one was here. Now I understand why subway is closing down many stores around Australia. Low quality products.. poor service.. I wish you guys all the best.

I love this place by all means. Food is always fresh and tasty. The amount they give you is dope! It smells clean and delicious. I would highly recommend it. The special sandwich is for $ 9 tax in, what else could you wish to have. Note, WiFi was not available, this is the only downside of it.

The food is as good as usual. The service was the worst. The girl had an attitude and she was speaking with an Australian accent very fast. I told her that I cannot understand her accent very well and she didn't care. They have got WiFi and they have outlets (plugs and USB) ports. **The doors are sliding!** Not very accessible**

Tuna & Mayo Subway Six Inch

Ordered and paid via app. Was never made by staff and nobody even bothered to speak to me for 30 minutes to ask why I was waiting around. Eventually was approached and told they had run out of bread and their incredibly rude, poorly trained and poorly managed staff proceeded to argue with me, repeatedly. Left store without food I ordered and paid for. Hard to imagine a worse experience for a customer, but I'm sure they will give it a good try on your next visit.

This particular Subway store stood out from the crowd of other standard understaffed venues of this franchise. We stopped in for a quick and easy bite to eat before joining in on the Mardi Gras festivities. The team were well prepared, staffed perfectly and had ample amounts of produce to meet the extremely high demand for the day. Kudos to the team who arranged a seamless experience. Other franchises seem to struggle on a regular lunch period, let alone on a large scale event day. Well done!

Just your typical Subway experience. Easy for a quick, reasonably healthy feed, depending on the options you choose. The food isn’t life-changing, it’s just bread and vegetables and meat, but sometimes that’s all you need. Staff member put together my sandwich quickly and efficiently. Drinks are super expensive, about twice the price as what you’d get at Woolies nearby, but this isn’t a surprise. This Subway is located right near the Town Hall station, and near Hyde Park.

Honestly some of the worst customer service I've encountered in Australia (or anywhere for that matter). Sullen, pouty servers who don't greet you, ignore your greetings and grunt barely audible one word questions at you through masks. They don't warm up meat or chicken in the microwave per Subway hygiene SOPs, not unless you specifically ask for it, and they charge an arm & a leg for the privilege. Go elsewhere!

A lot of people usually don’t leave reviews if they’re happy with services; they use it as an outlet if something bad happens. But this place was good that I had to leave a 5 star review. The sandwich was well made, staff was friendly and recommended me a good sub of the day, cookies were a bit sweet but having it with milk solved that problem. Will defend this place to my last breath, and will visit again. I love good subways dude

Please don't touch meat, bacon, ham etc then touch the cheese and cross contaminate all the salads. Im a vegetarian and have noticed its impossible to eat at any subway due to cross contamination. New gloves should be worn or tongs used when handling meat, chicken etc.. Subway franchise should reach their staff about cross contamination.

The worst subway I have ever been to. It smelt bad so I didn't get a sandwich, just the white choc macadamia cookie. It was delicious, but it is impossible to mess the cookie up. Will not return.

I had terrible experience here. I just attempted to tap to pay with my phone and it seemed like not working and she tried to take my phone all of sudden without mention anything. whilst i was paying for cookies, another staff said just "tap!" lowly recommended!

Please provide olive oil and vinegar. Staff need to stop just putting a bit of salad in the roll - customers are paying so put a decent size amount of each salad filling in each roll. Staff need to improve their customer service skills, Respect customers and serve them with respect as they are paying the money. Store is dirty. Tables not cleaned.

My morning time Fav. Speedy serving with quality sandwich that I can choose from with kind staffs. Foods are clean I never had digestion problem. They serve fresh and quick.

Best veggie Pattie footlong sandwich with multi grain bread, the Pattie was so fresh and nicely toasted bread and cheddar made it unforgettable, made a sub box deal with a 600ml drink and 2 cookies, nice seating area in vicinity of George street and shopping centres and Hyde park

Pathetic service. The sub was prepared in a totally unprofessional manner with salad and sauce leaking out awkwardly. The girl at the customer service seemed so unfriendly and kinda rude without any traces of smile on her face. Would never visit again.

Good to have a quick healthy bite at affordable prices in CBD.

I used to get Subway all the time, but lately it has gone downhill - big time! I purchased a sandwich in Bathurst Street Sydney last Thursday. The bread was stale as, the tomatoes tasted disgusting and were very stale - I had to throw them

The staff named Yuliana was so terrible! She was so very rude and ordering a sandwich was the worst experience ever. Also she gave me wrong change and even I felt like she didn't want to give me the change.. the worst Subway in the world.

WORST SUBWAY EVER They dont even know how to cut a sub in half and the employee didn't even allow to put more than 3 sauces but whenever I go to Subway I always get 4 or 5 sauces, I wont recommended going to this Subway.

I ordered a ham foot long sub and noticed the cut the ham in half. Quick math 4 half pieces of ham = 2 pieces of ham, what a scam

Really cheap and very good food with all the aliment that you want! The only thing "bad" is that you need to pay for to put the abogado in your food... Tuna, onion, tomato.. that you want!! But is oki.

There is so much more potential! ! First is the service.. they never smile. The smell is also an issue. The place is not clean and rather gloomy. The food is the strand subway of course.

Great food, staff are a little bit to rushed and make a few mistakes regularly have to keep an eye on your food so they don't make mistakes but its good there trying to be fast I guess.

They are very quick with making the sandwiches , and the prices are really good.I live far away and had to take two buses home but the food still tasted good,it was worth the wait .

Had visited many of fast food restaurants but here the customer service is really bad. They serve like we are grateful to be served by them. Never going back again.

Poor service and often have trouble understanding what you want made. A foot long request often results in 6 inches. Better Subway's to visit in the CBD.
