Hello, i went to the shop in St Leonards last friday around 3 pm.As usual i went there to get my sandwich, im getting every day a subway of the day, so i ordered my sandwich. when it was time to pay the lady in the counter charged me 9 dollars. I asked her, why are you charging me 9 dollars?, the price of the sandwich is 5, that is what i ordered to eat! she asked to her college if that was true , and she reply NO she was completely crazy yelling at me like 10 times that i had not asked her for it. The lady in the counter refused to sell me what i was asking for, and she asked me to leave the place, and she said dont ever come back to here again...! I was tired and hungry and the only thing that i was wishing was get my launch! Guys how can it be possible? that is the experience that you want to give to your costumers? there are so many capable, polite, friendly and efficient unemployed people looking for a job, and happy work in a place like that. Subway as shop looks good but as you know the workers and team are the face of it! please make sure that this is not going to happen to someone else, abuse behavior is unacceptable, we are living very tough time to make it a harder! I have hesitated and waited for a while before doing this review. I wanted to see if perhaps I had an unlucky experience with a Trainee or what. Well after having visited this store on over a dozen occasions I am able to reach a conclusion. THIS STORE IS A RIP OFF. Over all the trips to this store, I am regularly left wondering where the meat is on the sandwich. On a ham and cheese at any other store across the country they put 8 slices of ham on a foot long sub. Here you get 4. The extra meat (chicken fillet) is rarely hot, it is mildly warm at best. Needs a few extra seconds in the microwave. And the price of the same sub varied across all visits to this store. It ranges from 16.95 with a drink to 21.95 with a drink. Not once was the sub the same time as a previous visit. Additional to this the staff are slow to respond and constantly went to put the wrong salads on my sub. I would think twice about going here. If you are sort of hungry but not really and you just want to blow a quick 20 bucks then this is the shop for you. But if you want a solid sub to sooth your hunger maybe go elsewhere.

I regularly visit this store and have noticed that it only gets worse every time. Very very very slow service! You wait at least 5-10 minutes at the counter because all the employees are sitting out the back and will only notice you if you make noise in the store. The employees always have an attitude and don’t even have the basic customer service skills. They never listen to your order and either put the wrong ingredients, or have to ask what you just told them! I find my subways are usually only ever filled in the middle, while the rest has barely anything there. The tables are usually always dirty and have previous customers food scraps, yet the employees have time to sit on their phones? Poor service.

Very disappointed. I ordered 3 veg and 3 mix platters for office event. Ended up with allmix platters, leaving veg staff feeling unhappy. Thats really bad service for all the money paid. Will never go back. I take back my words. I contacted them to provide my feedback. There is great change now. I was also given replacement platters for a new office event. It is a great place to go. I am very happpyy customer to this Subway outlet now.

Service is horrible I saw flies jumping on toppings,veggies and even cookies the smell of the store was horrible and one employee who looked Indian was disrespectful

I went there today to buy veggie pattie footlong. This was my worst experience in a subway. The guy burnt the sub then I asked him to change it he manhandled my subway. I mean seriously what will he feel if someone messes with his food. Not going to that store ever again.

Worst subway ever. They mix bbq sauce into teriyaki chicken. They do not have the promotional items available. You put in a complaint, and they will send you a sorry email.

The worst subway I have ever visited. The staff is illiterate. You ask for something they put something else. The Indian staff there is totally unprofessional and don't know what's the customer service is. Never visiting there again.

Service is too slow for lunch. Having 6 staff behind the counter they should be more organised as they were running out of simple staple items like lettuce. Be prepared for a long wait and a little stingy with toppings.

had subway couple of times and everytime i regegreted for buying subway from that store. very slow service, dont give enough salad into the sub. roasted chicken smelled weird and had to throw away. never going again

I ordered delivery online for my subs. They came late, were stone cold and had only half the amount of veggies on it and no sauce when I ordered double. Very disappointing and won't be going back.

Worst customer service... The lady on counter can’t even respond back and throws unnecessary attitude.! Have to ask twice for the toppings as staff doesn’t respond to what’s been said at first.

Not very organised. Staff prioritise online orders and ignore the customers waiting in the store. Waited for 10 minutes with no one in front of me and left. I've given up on St Leonards subway.

Always a busy subway store so the food is always reasonably fresh but not much difference otherwise compared to any other subway store
