Lots of nice little stores. All of your ducks are in a row! This is a fine little strip mall that is located in the heart of Kanata Ontario just outside of Ottawa, the capital city of Canada. This strip mall has just about everything you might be looking for! For starters; if you're low on money, there's a Bank located on site to grab some cash! If you feel like you might need some alcohol for the evening, walk over either to the beer store, or to the LCBO. If you're hungry, there are several restaurants - Fratelli's if you're looking for Italian, or Dairy Queen if you prefer fast food, followed by some ice cream for dessert. You can grab the basic grocery needs at Shoppers Drug Mart, but for a better selection, stop by Farm Boy located at the far north end of the plaza, just beyond the LCBO. The Signature Centre is a very convenient location with lots of parking but is also incredibly convenient and helpful to pedestrians because everything is located within walking distance of eachother. There are some good stores I go to fairly often in this little strip mall: Shoppers Drug Mart, Zak's restaurant, Farm Boy, Rogers, DQ, BMO, & Kardish. There are more, including a dental surgery, home furnishings, and the Beer store, but I do not use those. It's a nice walk in the warmer months, & is often bustling. Farm boy especially. The parking lot is large, but Farm boy end is not easy to navigate around all the people. Zak's is usually pretty packed at meal times, but they have really yummy milkshakes and I have never waited long. There are 3 entrances to this mall.

It seems the owners are set on damaging patrons cars. Why have so many extremely high speedbumps? Why not a stop sign, zebra lines, or even regular speedbumps? No matter what speed you drive you and your car will feel it, if you have a low car just skip it because it will most likely bottom out. This is one of those strip malls that I hate going to. They have many of my favourite shops but the speedbumps make it difficult to justify going there. I will continue to shop elsewhere until they have a better solution in place.

I've got an issue with this place. It's a long story. When you drive in from the Campeau side, there's a stop sign. ITS NOT SUPPOSED TO BE THERE! That sign used to be beside the Shopper's to stop people that are coming out from behind the building. Someone dragged the sign that is on a concrete pedestal out to stop people coming in from the stop lights. Eventually they added a permanent sign beside the Shopper's but never got rid of the other one. The stop sign ruins the flow of traffic. Get rid of it.

Bike unfriendly. Only shoppers has a bike rack to lock up. Parking lanes are too narrow for all the SUVs and trucks maneuvering among pedestrians. US style of roads-at-storefront combined with speed bumps is awfully distracting. Bumps should be at crosswalks naturally. As it is- drivers watching for bumps are surprised by pedestrians. Drivers watching for Pedestrians are surprised by big bumps. Many of the buildings have roof leaks and beginning to smell mouldy, LCBO in particular.

F the first one was a chew and the other ones were not a good idea for a long period and it would have to work with the 20g to be all the more important in a way of making the decision that a person can do it with the 20g to be all over it and then they get a job done in a small town in new Orleans where it can go on and off and on a very good year to make it happen and it 9would be a good day for the confusion that we have been

This is a mall in Kanata ,Ottawa.Ottawa is the capital city of Canada. In the mall, located in Shoppers Drug Mart, there is a branch of Canada Post and in this post office there is an employee called Leslie. Leslie is a dedicated person ,who never gives any thing less than than her best to satisfy her customers.No matter how busy she is ,every customer gets her full attention. Bravo Leslie

It's an OK place to go shopping. Lots of stores and parking. I just don't care for the layout and the road system through the Centre. They just added and added and didn't plan the layout logically. One T intersection is horrendous. If you go there a lot you know the one I am talking about. Just drive carefully.

Small plaza located next to Kanata centrum! I enjoy going to this plaza for many reasons including going to farm boy, shoppers, and many more stores! Rogers recently also moved to this plaza! This is a small plaza but has many stores right next to each other!

Some stores are getting a little older but it’s got all the basics and it’s super close to those who live in Heritage Hills. Also, Insmill park and Fentiman park trails connect to either sides of the centre making it super convenient to walk to and through.

Excellent location reasonably close enough from March Road in Kanata North down Terry Fox Drive. Good selection of quick restaurants, two alcohol sales stores (LCBO & The Beer Store), and two stores for groceries (Farm Boy & Shoppers Drug Mart).

Lots of great shops here but my favorite is Jo Jo Chocolates. Wonderful local and international chocolate bars, truffles, hot coco and more. A definite must for any chocolate lover. Pur kitchen is a great Addition to the selection of stores.

Kardish, farm boy, dairy queen, and the new cannabis store are the only reasons of my visits. Haven't been inside the new blue bird store due to lockdown but am eager to. KARDISH is awesome, they have lots of kambhcha flavors, my go to the

Well they wont help you learn anyone else's signature so minus a star for false advertising. I wanted to write a pretty signature like Arianna Grandes and am back to using Gimp and a tender printer to try and launder things.

Ended up buying a car there after looking in many places. The entire process was very straightforward. Lots of good selection and the staff were extremely helpful but gave us lots of space.

Lots of variety for shops. Only negative is the lack of safe crossings. Pedestrians have to hustle through traffic, and cars have to watch for people testing their life insurance policies.

I know that since the virus things are slow there was people in line with up too 10 large bags on beer cans I was in line just to go in and buy something vafyetv1 hour in line 8 gave up

You won't pull in to casually shop, it's the kind of place to dart into because you are going to a specific business - bank, Shoppers, Beer Store. Not particularly pedestrian-friendly.

Zac's diner was terrible. Omelet made of rubber. The worst waitress ever. Had to get cutlery, serviettes, and condiment caddy myself. Toast not fully toasted. Stay away.

Good little spot for shopping for healthy foods in Kanata. There's a farm boy, kardish foods and a pure kitchen opening soon.

This mall is well layed out, and has most of the amenities you'd need. Anything else can be found at Centrum across the road.

I was there to do some banking and then use the post office in Shoppers Drug Mart. Nothing special just everyday errands.
