this hands down the worst shoppers I have ever been to to fill my medication!!!! I’m on a certain type of medication for panic attacks/anxiety disorder. I’ve had the same issue with this male pharmacist 4 times. He speaks over me constantly when im trying to explain something, interrupts, doesn’t let you finish. I’ve never dealt with a person with such horrible customer service skills ever. He seems to be almost disgusted that I’m even on this said medication, and you can feel the judgement through the interactions. Never once have I felt embarrassed to get a prescription before going here, I’m not sure his name but he treats me like I’m a “junkie” for being on such a high dose and needing it frequently AS PRESCRIBED. Not to mention they ran out of my pills, said they would be in by Monday morning. When I addressed this issue he scoffed and said “why are you out? You should be having enough for 6 days” in the rudest tone and when I tried explaining the dosage was less than the normal amount, that I had seen a different doctor because my family doctor was busy and the family doctor put the incorrect amount to take (as they can see in their system ive had the same amount for months and suddenly it’s different from a different doctor) he cut me off before I could even finish a sentence. I now can’t even transfer to a different pharmacy till this location “fills the rest of my rx” but they dont know when they will get more in so now I am just stuck here suffering!!!! Try considering a different career path if you get so turned off by certain prescriptions people need to take lmao.

Rude and incompetent pharmacy staff. Several times our doctor called in prescriptions or refills and I would come in a day later to pick up my pills and they said my doctor didn’t call. After another visit to the doctor where I witnessed the call, the pharmacy again not having prepared my pills, blamed the doctor again. But it turned out that they don’t check their messages. Also, they are extremely slow. I have never been able to wait for a prescription to be filled. Always hours or next day or longer. After surgery they expected us to wait several days to pick up post surgery meds. Not to mention the couple times where I went to drop a prescription and the person by drop off was on the phone and the 5 other people could not come to take my prescription, so after 10 minutes, I left. Unless it is the only pharmacy left on earth, I would never go back there. I have given them so many opportunities and tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but the service just gets worse.

I have been trying to get meds for my daughter for several weeks now. Calls and pharmacy walk-ins don’t help. Yesterday I finally got a call from the pharmacy that I could come after 5pm to pick up the meds. I came around 6:30, and… surprise-surprise: my order was not ready! I left asking to call me back when it would be ready: 24 hours later, and still there is no call. That is unbelievable and unacceptable! Update: 2 days after my last visit to the pharmacy and no phone call from them, I went back to the Shoppers. The meds were NOT ready! No apology, no regret, they just threw a phrase at me that they are weighing the meds for me now. It took them literally 2 minutes!!! You know one day such careless attitude and total indifference may cause someone to loose their life.

This rating is simply due to the pharmacy. Never have I had so many mistakes made by a pharmacy. On several occasions, I've been told that my prescription would be ready by a certain time and when I got to pick it up, it's not ready as their "computers are down" seems computers are always down, even though I was told 3 hours ago that the prescription would be ready. I also received a prescription and the pharmacist on duty opened it and placed one of the pills in her bare hands to show me what it looked like. They have also filled the wrong prescription even though I repeated several times which prescription I needed. If there was another pharmacy close by/convenient I would absolutely switch.

I wish I could give this pharmacy the ' stars ' they deserve. A pus one is not good enough !!!!!!!! I believe this place deserves a minus 100 review . They are always incompetent ,always rude and they never clean their handicapped parking area either [had to add that one too ] They get things wrong ,they say they do not have the prescription they are rude and quite honestly I think this is possibly the worst pharmacy in the city ,maybe even Manitoba .Shame on you . This place cannot possibly have a 4 star rating. Awful. People get prescriptions wrong ,can't find them , never available;e to talk to ,service is awful. I see only 1 star reviews and they put 4 star on their site .NO way .

We tried a number of pharmacies looking for a particular med on a Saturday night. No one had it. What set this place apart was the pharmacist here (I think her name was Amy and I hope I’m ok giving a name here) called around all sorts of other places to track down the med. One other place said they had it but when we got there they actually didn’t. Good thing Amy had also contacted the prescribing doctor at ER to ask about alternatives. We were able to call her and she worked out the rest so we could pick up an alternative med from the other pharmacy that we were currently at. Friendly, courteous, and extremely helpful on a Saturday night shortly before closing.

Pharmacy is incompetent, went in early to get prescription filled for my sick child was told it would be ready in 25 minutes. I said I would run some errands and come back then, came back 1hr and 15 minutes later and it was not ready, said it could be done in approx 10 minutes. When I questioned it they said they had a lot of walkins which I understand but saying 25 minutes and it being almost triple that time and still not ready is ridiculous. She then questioned if I still wanted it filled?! Seriously I don’t have time to take it somewhere else as I hail around 2 sick kids, one of which needs this medicine to get better. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

This might be the worst pharmacy I've ever dealt with. I've been on hold for nearly 30 minutes before hanging up. I've shown up to pick up a promised prescription that wasn't ready. The evening and weekend pharmacy staff seem constantly flustered and too busy to even deal with customers. Judging from the other reviews I'm not alone. I question why the problem of being short staffed has not been dealt with nor has any of the other reported problems. This is a national chain of drug stores and it's time to get your act together. I'll give credit to Sonal, the owner or manager. She has always been kind and caring when I've seen her in person.

The pharmacy has friendly staff and are somewhat helpful....However, around 4 or 5 instances they have lost my prescription. My doctors office actually informed me the number of times they've been incontact with them and had to re-fax them numerous prescriptions. One instance, a lady phoned me saying they got the fax and it will be made shortly. I call the next day and they act like we havent even spoken. I have been going there for 2 years but have just switched today. I actually took a picture while dropping off my prescription, just incase they lose or misplace it... and it happened.

Made an appointment for a flu shot, but they decided to give mine away to a walk-in in the week. I went there to get my flu shot at my scheduled date and time and they told me they had none left. No call, no email, no text message. A complete waste of my time. Then they tell me that they aren't scheduling appointments anymore and it will be all walk-ins. So for those people who actually work, it is now nearly impossible to get a flu shot with them, especially with their very limited stock. Don't waste your time with this place, go to Rexall.

This shoppers has extraordinary customer service! I have found ALL staff there extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful! The pharmacists take the time to ask you questions and make sure you know about the medication you’re taking- they truly care! Sonal, the owner, takes the time to get to know her patients and Always has a friendly, happy attitude that obviously influences her staff in a positive way! I HIGHLY recommend this pharmacy- hands down the most personalized, knowledgeable pharmacy I have ever been too! Thanks Sonal and team!

Prescription was sent yesterday by our physician, called the next day around lunch time to check for pickup time said 4pm. Went at 5pm not done yet. Asked to wait for another 30 mins. Waited 30 mins still not done. I noticed they all had to wait for this person in the consultation room who is also busy attending to patients. Its like having one cashier in a very busy grocery store. Still had to stay to have them process the meds from insurance. Then their system froze. Its 6:40pm now and still waiting. A lot of time wasted.

Amazed at the great management. Returned an online order because I accidentally ordered two electronics items. Came in and the cashier was not exactly sure how to refund it. Thankfully the manager was still there and stayed even though she was on her way out with her groceries and jacket on. Manager stayed behind an extra 15mins off the clock to train her co-worker and was very patient with her. Really nice to see good management in this day and age. Will be shopping here more often as a result.

Management needs a reality check at this location. I called about compression socks and was passed around 3 times between different clerks as no one wanted to check availability for me. Eventually was passed to a pharmacist who understandably has to prioritize medical questions and prescriptions socks but but was crass and didn't let me speak to ask for the store manager before transferring me again to another hold. (Most pharmacist are awesome and helpful and relaxed.)

Well I'm done! Never on time. Staff has no time management and customer service has completely left the building. It's a shame as this location used to be great.....over this last year have watched it degrade to the point of the pharmacist yelling about how his phones are ringing! and how behind he is...if being busy is a problem you should shut the doors! Time management is sorely needed at this location. Color me disappointed.

Repeatedly this pharmacy has disappointed us. The latest was when they told us there was a shortage of my sons meds through out Manitoba. We found out this was not true as coop pharmacy not only had them but when they checked with their own suppliers it turns out there is not shortage at all. I will never use this pharmacy again and highly recommend you don’t either.

I was very impressed with the covid 19 open house they put on this weekend. I was administered the AZ shot by the lead pharmacist for Sage Creek location. She was very informative and super polite. I cant say enough good thing to convey my opinion. Thank you for this wonderful experience. I was able to get shot 1 at my earliest convenience...which is perfect!

The pharmacy team here is completely incompetent. They couldn’t bill my prescription properly and completely ignored me when I was asking for help and for an update. When I asked if someone could please let me know what was happening, the pharmacist started yelling at me and proceeded to help someone else in my place. Avoid going here!!

Terrible place to get you Pneumonia shot. We booked weeks ago and they even had ro re-schedule it for the following week. We came from out of town, we had an appointment and the pharmacist said there was no Pneumonia vacinne. No one said to phone first before you come to verify. We even had reminders sent to our phone to come in!

Pharmacy is completely incompetent. I have gone there numerous times, and always have some issue. They couldn't figure out the benefit plans, and prescription not ready are the most common issues. Multiple times I have come back a few hours later to pickup and it still isn't ready. What a shitshow.

This shoppers Drug Mart is in a great location, there is lot's of room for parking and it's wheelchair accessible, as well as situated on a major bus route The store is very well maintained and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Thank you shoppers for making my shopping trip easier!

The pharmacy at this location is by far the worst in terms of customer care and support I have ever encountered. I have had two really upsetting experiences with the pharmacy and was treated in really unprofessional and dismissive ways. I won't be visiting this location ever again.

Worst Pharmacy in Winnipeg! Staff are rude, they are so disorganized that they claim the computers were down or your Doctor never sent your prescription. I can't understand why the owner isn't aware of her incompetent staff as she is a very caring and helpful person.

Do not trust this pharmacy. I paid for 90 pills and got thirty and then they switched the brand which caused me severe depression. When contacted they took zero responsibility. These people see dollar signs on your forehead when you walk in the door
