Zero stars...WORST experience ever. Please NEVER go here for Apple service (they are apple certified). Very incompetent and disrespectful especially their assistant manager LARRY. I brought my macbook to them for screen repair, I specifically asked how much the repair would be and that I would want to know before they do anything that I need to pay for and he said he's not sure how much but "we will absolutely tell you before we make you pay". After a phone call about the cost estimate, I tell the technician I'll go pick up the laptop and when I do, they charge me $55 for diagnostics fee. When I say that Apple does not charge that, their associate manager old Larry says "Well, I will only give you the laptop if you pay, if you get a service, you have to pay for it". I explained that no one mentioned this fee, and he dismissed it, refused to even let me see the laptop or bring it from the back room until I paid the money (such a terrible treatment assuming customer will take their product and run away??!!). I paid and three weeks later I decided to bring the laptop back for repair. I learned that when you repair with them they waive the diagnostics fee, but because I 'took the laptop and brought it back', that fee isn't waived, even though they won't have to do another diagnostics!!! I tell them AGAIN no one explained that to me, and I go to the store and talk to old LARRY again, who iis very disrespectful, terrible manners and unprofessional, tells me "I am not even sure if they did not tell you about that and I am not refunding you anything". I highly suggest DON'T GO THERE FOR APPLE PRODUCTS. They apparently don't have an explanation for why they charge differently than Apple (charge for diagnostis and the total price for fixing was higher than Apple) even though they asserted MULTIPLE TIMES that everything here is essentially the same as Apple. I did not even get an apology from any one not even Mr. Larry. I took my laptop to Apple and I could tell the huge difference and they sincerely apologized for what happened and tried to make up for it. I don't know how LD became Apple certified. Stay away please!

For those people who value their time, money, and want to be treated with respect STAY AWAY. I asked for help 3 times, only to be ignored for 20 minutes before giving up and getting a manager. Instead I got a supervisor, because apparently there was not a single member of management working during the day on a Wednesday. During my wait, I found that the price of the item which was marked up $70 dollars compared to any other competitor was on sale for $70 off. When the supervisor got someone to help, and offered me a gift card to buy my business back, I agreed to purchase my item purely cause it was actually cheaper than competition now. As I was asking to ring through my item because I had to leave because I had wasted 30 minutes, the employee walked away while I was talking to him, to go and continue doing inventory. When the actual manager called me back, he acted with arrogance and made excuses like the store was busy, and condescension. Gave a I'm sorry you feel that way apology, instead of admitting there was an issue, and took no responsibility for his employees failures. No London Drugs will ever gain a dollar from me ever again.

I brought my iPhone in for a battery replacement, because Apple indicated LD as an authorized repair facility. Dropping the phone off took close to an hour what with completing all forms in triplicate (« sorry, Apple makes us do this! ») and the clerk running back and forth to the lab for several minutes every time I asked a question, and « Sorry, Apple won’t let us stock enough of this part… » I came back in 2 hrs, asked if they knew when it would be ready. The floor tech told me they hadn’t been able to start, that « Apple’s blocking the repair… » I asked for my phone back and he disappeared into the lab for 15 minutes or so until knocked. The shop continued to blame Apple, so I said « next time I’ll just go to Apple! » and he said it would only be the same at Apple. I did intend to leave the phone until it was ready, but tempers flaired and I somehow ended up leaving with a still-broken phone in my hand. I don’t want to say LD wasted my time because I did get a little shopping done, and I dont want to drag specific employees under the bus. I’d probably still shop at LD for other things, and I might even bring a repair in if I read some more positive reviews following my own. Just, the shop culture seems blame-y and distractable, and I see room for improvement.

I shop here often. I’ve always had great customer service up until today. The 1st thing was I asked if I could have a product taken down from the shelf almost at the ceiling well this woman who works for London drugs said well there’s one here. I replied that the box was all taped up and I could tell that it had been opened etc so I said I don’t want that one. Well she said ( sales person named Lori) older , short white hair or bleached blonde. That it’s not London drugs policy to get it if one is Available and walked away from me. So I replied well thanks anyways just forget it. 2. I was standing in line only 1 cashier working. The cashier told me to go to customer service, I proceeded to customer service and the cashier there was bending over so I waited then another customer walks up and the cashier stood up and served this customer first and left me standing there. I replied to the customer service person that I had been standing there waiting and she ignored me for another customer. She said well I told the cashier to send someone to customer service and I replied yes that was me. No apology at all. Was not impressed with London drugs staff today totally unprofessional. Lost a pricey purchase from me today. Your loss.

When I explained that what I was wearing covered nose and mouth, and had been accepted at local hospitals as well as everywhere else I've been during quarantine, she told me she didn't care and that I had to take one or leave. Your sign says all customers must wear a face cover, and makes no stipulations on what is or isn't acceptable, or who is able to make this call. If this was just a matter of the mask, it would be one thing, but being dealt with in such a rude and curt manner, I will take all my future business elsewhere, and encourage friends and family to do the same. Your staff can do better, and I don't deserve to be treated like a second class citizen, especially for such a ludicrously arbitrary reason. I will not return to your store.

not one to leave reviews but wow the disrespect I received from an employee today. Was looking through a product with multiple different types of colours etc, so I was moving product to other shelves to dig around. Had no luck and while I was respectfully putting the product back where i had found it, a worker came up to me and criticized what I was doing and said “ You better be putting them back where they are. Customers will be demanding why this says 16.99 when it’s 24.99” I’ve worked retail all my life and have NEVER experienced something like this, and would never treat one of my own customers like this. Frankly, Most customers I’ve seen wouldn’t have put them back, and the job would’ve been left for this worker. after I finished RESPECTFULLY placing the product back where it belonged , I walked out and am not planning to be back. Would give 0 stars if I could.

I was there last Tuesday , and was in rush to get a print out of a document from my email. I definitely had to wait since there was a line up. however, there was this gentlemen who helped me and since it was taking longer because the system was down or something, I left. I had an interview in 15 mins and wanted to print off my resume which was very important but decided to leave without it instead of getting late. I was telling the sales rep that I have my interview at this particular store. didn't notice that he was listening to me that nicely. since I left early, he came to the store in like another 3-5 mins with the copy of my resume and I was on cloud 9. I was like such people still exist? I was soo happy I wish I give the same customer service. I also mentioned about him being perfect in customer service in my interview. Kudos to such people. highly motivated

Be careful in buying display unit at this store. I bought a printer in this location yesterday that was marked down. It was missing one of the starter ink, accessories and original box. The store gave me the replacement ink and accessories so I thought it was not a huge deal. Unfortunately, the printer was not working when I took it home. I tried reaching out to their support specialist and I did appreciate the effort but it was frustrating on my part because I was redirected to call manufacturer which was the last thing I expected for buying a new printer. I guess I could have tried returning the printer but I just don’t want to deal with them again. I ended up buying a new printer. Never coming back to buy technology and gadgets at this store. I am giving it at least two stars because the friendly staff who assisted me with all my purchases.

Its so frustating and disappointed of being a shoppers here i've been loyal to them and recommending the store to my friends, But, I had to buy christmas presents for my family and they wont accept the return. I clearly communicated with their employee about the return policy but he is still insisting I can return the headphones within 15 days of transaction! But obviously when I about to return the item they wont accept it! They offered me store credit which I dont need it anymore with the experience and I dealt with no no no!!!! Not the best store! Last year, I would be able to return same item with covid strikes! Now, thats really disappointed!!!!! Make sure you know their policy for real as they are not really following it! More sales for them!!!! Less customer trust!

Came here around the beginning of August to drop-off my cracked Macbook Pro screen at their Apple Service Provider and they managed to fix it up beautifully like nothing ever happened, and at the lowest price quote I could find at that day too. Ordering the part took quite a bit of time, and the workers were even honest in admitting they'd been given a dead part and told me they would order another one free-of-charge. Not even 2-3 days later, they called and let me know that my Macbook was completely fixed and even gave me a discount. I could not have asked for better service!!! Save yourself the hassle and get all your Apple Service needs done by these guys. They saved my Macbook and my bank account !!! Thank you guys (:

My visit to this place became so bad. I waited for 20 mins to get assist on the item I'm looking for at the electronics area. The person whos on duty. Keeps passing me. I thought he’s just busy taking care of other customers. But he was really literaly avoids me. I can tell it because I tried to approach him and ask right away after he ends up to his customer. He just points me to other London drugs representative. When I ask the new salesperson about the item I was looking for. He said that the 1st person I talked to is the one assigned for smart home cameras. The salesperson asks the first guy and he just walks away and pretends to do something.

Poor communication skills. Customer Service Desk was super friendly and nice. Able to transfer me to the online order department. Online order department lacks empathy and communication skills. The person working the phone seems to be clearing 9 to 5'ing it. I never received notification to pick up an item. I was out of country for a week (they called a week ago and today canceled the order). "well you can drive over and see if it's still available." Not a huge deal about the item, but this basic lack of customer service leads me to writing this poor review. I will let my friends and family know about the experience.

I recently visited the tech department of London drugs for computer repairs. I am absolutely blown away with the professionalism and kindness of the employees. Darien was outstanding and a pleasure to work with through the whole process. He displayed his very best, and made us feel very comfortable and happy to bring business here. The rest of the tech staff were all extraordinarily facilitating and helpful as well. I relate this primarily to tech as this was the nature of my business with London drugs. Great job guys! Thank you for the service!

Been here a couple of times lately and realize I've been sleeping on this place. Lots of products I didn't realize they had, ones too that are useful for my video business. Everytime I've been there and done a transaction, the employees are always knowledge, friendly and patient. Nic helped me with my transaction today and realized I messed up with getting the wrong size for a case to which he simply swapped as it was the same price and the process was so simple. Highly recommend this place as it's the only one here so don't sleep on it.

Hi! I am just wondering if you guys are still accepting to get some film developed during code-red? As well this store is awesome! In the Summer months I wanted to get film developed, dropped it off, and not even 3 days later all my photos came back and turned out great! Way better option then Henry's Photo's on Kenaston where it took them 4-5 weeks for photos to come back only to find out my pics were never developed. Will be using London Drugs from now on!

I ordered a Sony camera battery charger on October 27, 2020. As of January 29, 2021, I still haven’t received the product I want. I have sent it to them in nearly 3 months. Inquiry emails, they told me that this is a special order, until the last email told me they couldn’t know when they could give me the product. Waiting for a refund, I hope it will not be waiting for 3 months! ! !

Small store with lots of different variety of items. Keep eye on their flyers. Sometime they have amazing deal on different item. You can also try their online shopping. I bought a freezer from online and had to change it because of some manufacturing defect. They send me a new freezer before taking the old one. Customer service was great. I would recommend London drugs for shopping.

I like the store and wish there are more of these in the City, though customer service staff rude and ruff especially when you are asking for a price match. I have an item that was price matched a couple of days ago and being said only one item can be the price in a day so need to come back, so went back again and was treated very ruff and refuse to be price matched.

This is the only place I will get any type of my photography work developed. The pictures cost a little more to get developed but I don’t mind paying for quality. I have gotten many products from them for myself and as gifts and I’m never disappointed. My latest product, a gallery canvass wrap turned out amazing.

Great place for tech, toys and drugs (Not from london). Bought around 10 packs of pokemon cards for me and my wife. We opened them together. I come here for all my tech needs first, because best buy is fairly far away from my location. This place is great for a variety of reasons. Staff are awesome.

This is another tech-savy place you can come to for electronics. At this location I've bought myself a couple portable charges that are pretty good models at that. They have a few electronics rhat I didn't find at the source. But overall great place and you'd be suprised what you'll find here.

Prices are generally high for most items unless there's a "Manager's Special" - the "special" price is more in line with the regular price at other stores most of the time. What makes this place worth visiting is that they often carry a brand or two that I can't find at other local stores.

Went in today for 2 things. Vegemite & a MacBook. The Vegemite was easy to find. Thanks for stocking it. My children love it as do I. As for the Mac book, I was ignored for 15min as the only customer in the electronics dept, so I took my Vegemite & left.
