Why are the people working in this pharmacy so rude? It’s not a hard thing to be nice to their customers. Their tone, behaviour, facial expressions, everything showed that they were annoyed by me, a customer! The girl in pharmacy cashier, she thinks she’s a doctor or something? She’s Asian, has very round face, a little short, no glasses. Another person, I think she’s actually a pharmacist here. She has short blond hair, looks older than that cashier Asian girl. Both of them are so mean! I can’t believe how the customer service can suck this much when they’re supposed to be the nice health care teams to help other people. Will never come back to this pharmacy, I will also tell all my friends about this so they don’t experience what I did. Meanwhile, the cashier in the beauty cosmetic section was super nice. Pharmacists who work here, learn something from the girl from cosmetic section. Your job is to be nice and help your customers.

The pharmacy staff always act as if I'm completely inconveniencing them(it's usually the younger guys working there that i've had issues with). They have claimed multiple different times they have not received the faxes from my Dr. and then I have to call my Dr.'s office and they always tell me the same thing, that it was faxed and then they have to refax it. I've had multiple times of asking them to fax my Dr. for refills then when I go in, it hasn't been done and they act like I've done something wrong, no apologies offered. I've been told my prescription would only take 20 mins to fill then when I go back 25 minutes later they look annoyed and its not ready, and there is never an apology. This location is convenient for me and it's a pain to get everything switched over but I would recommend if you don't currently get your prescriptions filled here, to not start to get them filled here.

This pharmacist called me a liar and refused to contact my doctors office via fax to request a refill on my very needed prescription. She flat out refused to help me in store without knowing the full story, and i left in tears. When I called to get her name she called me a liar, that she never said she wouldnt help me. She then proceeded to hang up on me. I have called the college of pharmacists and lodged a complaint. If it wasnt for the pharmacy on Dakota, i would have spent Christmas in the hospital, without my kids. Merry Christmas Kimi. I hope you enjoyed making a grown woman cry. Oh, by the way, when we spoke on the phone this morning, you were on speakerphone. My entire family heard you say you would fax the request and I could pick up my medication at 10 am.

I called shoppers on Sunday 324pm regarding my prescription. I was dealing with Kimi the owner not only was she rude she was also very . She insulted me for not knowing my medications scientific name. It makes sense why the pharmacy staff is so rude it starts from the top. There is one lady though who usef to work at dakota pharmacy she is a sweetheart. Kimi should not think this can continue because she is the owner. This is not Joes pharmacy. I will contact shoppers care and I will not rest until Kimi is fired. I called shoppers customer care set up a case will let u know what happens. Lets hope Kimi will no longer work for shoppers and goes to Joes Pharmacy.

I called prior to going into the store (I have a 4 year old and 17 month old) kindly asking if they sold those TY beanie babies to avoid going in as I was shopping for a specific one for a birthday gift. The guy that answered was extremely rude. He commented you’re asking if I know any babies. I jokingly said no no you know those ty beanie babies? He said bluntly. No I don’t. Awkward. I called back and spoke to a lady in cosmetics who was extremely friendly. She had no problem checking for me. Being kind to people isn’t hard. Maybe if you don’t like your job. You should quit. Just saying.

Uncompassionate people working here. I recently went to get prescription filled here in hurry because my father was in the hospital. I was told there are no exceptions rule and It would take up to hour to fill. I can see how hard it is to take pills from one bottle and count them out into another bottle while not let the over whelming bitterness over take your soul ,while print out the instructions on how to take said pills.This place is a joke. Especially when there were five people just standing around behind the counter.

Recently switched a parent's prescriptions to this location, my store. Deanna was great in transferring over info for me , pleasant and quick to help. Jeff was really patient at answering all my questions and was cheerful and supportive. I have been going to this Shoppers for over 15 years and have never had an issue. Any time I have a question the staff always come out and shown me a product I'm looking for or give me great advice on what would be good to use. Really good to have people who care.

This location doesnt follow the scanning code of practice and now accusing me of stealing when their staff cant properly label their products corretctly. I went back to the same location after i walked out with 3 different types of 12 pk of pop. i picked up a old dutch bag of snacks. Buyer be awayer. This location makes up their own policy and refuses to follow the sticker that they advertise at thier checkouts

Like every business places there are glitches, but my experience with numerous pharmacy staff is very positive, Christine Tech is so professional and kind and goes beyond to help! Pharmacist Don always pleasant and accommodating, on Jan 21st young fellow , possibly training , went out of way to look for information on our insurance policy . They seem to have exceptional staff there @ this time.

The Chinese lady works in cosmetics she’s so RACIST.. she will decide how many products tou can carry iN Your cart by your RACE. My total bill was 190 she made me feel so embraced by grabbing cart from my hand and told me your are carrying so many products..then they should use lockers to keep products safe from customers only special people will buy them..will never go to this STORE.

Why do you have signage on the front of the building saying open to Midnight (12 am) and you are closed. So frustrating to go multiple days and you are closed early. Why are your store hours not posted on door. (Post office hours are not your store hours which are the only ones posted.) If you are not intending to be open to midnight as posted take the sign down.

I bought a wite-out from the store . Tried to use it in the post office with in the store and and it didn’t work . In 5 minutes I came back and told the cashier that it is not working. She said I have to call manufacturer for the replacement. I even showed her the time I bought it and the receipt . Very bad customer service experience!!!

Worst location in Winnipeg. I called the store and asked about Passport photo and customer service told me it is available till 9 PM but when I went at 8 PM they told me that no one is available and I would have to come some other day. They lie about the timings. Worst experience. Try some other location.

The pharmacy here think they're doctors by changing people's prescription. The pharmacist never faxed the doctor to change the prescriptions. I had to go back three times already to correct their errors. It still is not resolved Highly unsafe, highly illegal, highly unethical.

I was told by one of your pharmacy staff that you have multiple clients and you "can't baby everyone". i believe it is your role to make sure clients get the right medications and not get confused with them. You should be caring for your clients to maintain your business

The pharmacy is a life saver. Kimi gave me so much help and respect with my shingles prescription that I have no words, other than thank you! While I was there, as they filled it on the spot, I saw a couple people given unbelievable care and patience. Thank you Again!!!!

Grumpy staff when I call OMG don’t call that friendly customer service the girl at the pharmacy probably had a bad day. Anyway i switch from the Dakota location because I had a terrible experience . Ste Anne’s location was good until today time to find a new pharmacy.

The big lit up sign on the building says it is open until 12 am but they have a sign on the door saying they close at 10pm since December 2022. It’s now April 2023, it’s time to change the sign or at least turn the light off so you don’t advertise the wrong time.

All the women in the cosmetic department are just great! They are very helpful...very pleasant and smiling. The young girl that helped me tonight June 8 was fantastic...very patient and willing to help...a great smile and personality! Thanks.

Review for photostudio! It's horrible. Want good id photo than never go here to-do it. Wanted to save, because it was cheaper here, now have to do another one. (Cashiers do the photoshoot, so you understand how "professional" they are.)

I had the best experience buying a bus pass here! The cashier’s name was Ally and she went above and beyond to help me out. She gave me tips and information that I would’ve never known if it wasn’t for her. Thank you Ally!

I am a regular customer here.This store is clean ,well organized and the staff there are awesome.The best thing is that they always have great prices on everyday items like shampoo,kleenex,laundry soap,eggs,milk ect.

Love the store. I have had to switch my meds to another drugstore as they are always questionning why my doctor is writing a prescription for me. I think the doctor knows best, right?

Good service, sometimes have discounts, too. Not as big as Superstore or Safeway but their business hours can be more than Safeway.
