I visited the [Shoe Warehouse store in Harbour town ] last week, hoping to browse their collection. However, my experience was disappointing due to the poor customer service I encountered. Despite the store's official closing time being at 5 PM, the staff was extremely unwelcoming and abruptly asked customers to leave by 4:55 PM. The lack of flexibility and understanding towards customers needing a few extra minutes was disheartening. It felt as though our presence inconvenienced them, even though we were still within the store's operational hours. As a customer, feeling rushed and being asked to leave abruptly doesn't reflect a welcoming environment. The service rendered on that particular day left much to be desired, and I hope the management addresses this issue to ensure a more customer-friendly experience in the future.

He were looking for my wife's Long boots. The Long boots were clearly under an offer poster stating buy one get second one for half price. My wife hence selected a second pair of hush puppies. When we took it to the counter to settle our bill, the sales girl mentioned that both these were not under offer and were full price. We clarified that both were under the later banner. She mentioned that she should have put other banner stating it was full price but had forgotten. While her acknowledgement of her mistake was only with a "sorry I forgot" and not rather honour the advertisement placed. Very misleading information advertised at this store. I hope the management looks at it.

Poor service after trying to return shoes I bought click and collect after I only picked em up a week before. Suposale manager working at the time said I couldn’t. After I insisted she gave me a refund. Clearly didn’t know the policy. My click and collect email says I can refund within 28 days. Sales assistant may need some training

My dad is a size 6 and this was the only place I found that had not only his size but also the brand he was after. I called them first and the lady that served me was very helpful and the price of the slippers was great. I even found a pair of shoes for myself that I have been looking for. Very happy customer.

Outstanding Service and Range Store manager served me I was looking for boots , great knowledge on styling n fits found a great new pair of Hush Puppy boots for me. Shayne was the name on receipt thanks I love my new boots and will definitely shop again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Got exactly what I went in for, the stock online accurately reflected what's in store. The store itself is neat and clean, well stocked and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable, the prices are very reasonable for good quality shoes

Searched all the shoe shops in harbour town and shoe warehouse had the best selection at very reasonable prices. A special thank you to Chantelle for her amazing customer service. She is an asset to the company. Highly recommend.

Went a a quiet time, so it was easy to look. Allows for young children to keep shoes which are going to be purchased on as you keep looking. Real help when the toddler you are shopping with doesn't want old shoes on any more.

Horrible shopping experience at harbourtown store because of the short, male employee that works there, he has no people skills, has a menacing, unfriendly presence. No idea how he got that job.

Great service! Ava and (the manager) Shane was very helpful. Shane helped me choose shoes that match my feet, and he came off as someone who’s well experienced and knowledgeable.

Range of shoes is good, but wasn't impressed with not getting a discount on a second pair of shoes bought in same transaction when they advertised 50% off a second pair.

Terrible customer service. The range it's limited as well as the sizes. They were not really interested in doing the job at all. Won't go there again.

I was trying to find a specific boys sandal but they didn't have the right size. I didn't like any of the girl's colours like pink or purple.
