Not child friendly at all. I was with my toddler and he accidentally knocked a few books off the shelf which I picked up immediately. The librarian came over just as I was rearranging the shelf to tell me to look after my child even though I'd been there 10 minutes either holding him or standing right behind him (I wouldn't leave him alone at all!). I can understand if it was a persistent brat messing up the library but he was 100% supervised. It's a nice new building but that's about it. If you want child friendly libraries visit Panania or Padstow. Won't be visiting again!

The interior design and layout of the library is easily appreciated and the upper floor facilitates laptop charging and fast internet browsing. However its book selection is appalling, comprising mainly of modern day rubbish. Take a quick read at 5 random books on the 'adult' fiction section and you'll be surprised to find that these 5 books didn't have the same title. Past 3:30 the library converts into a daycare on the lower floor and worst of all, it closes at 5pm on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays (which instead it should close 8pm on weekdays in my opinion).

How disappointing it is when you come all over for long distance to get your urgent Justice of piece as per the time specified and they tell you the person in charge has left because it is been a quiet today !!! What makes it worse is when you explain how unacceptable this is and you get the reply that ( he is just a volunteer) !!! I wonder if the person who does not fulfil his commitments is competent to provide a JP. Big shame.

The library is only okay for quiet study. Anything else go somewhere else. There is hardly any book selection, and meeting rooms can’t even be used for ‘meetings’. If you can’t have a meeting in the meeting room then don’t call it a meeting room! They said it’s for quiet study? Isn’t the rooms sound proof? Service is good as long as your doing what they call ‘quiet study’. That’s it. Parking is also easy.

- Great place for personal study! There are quiet study areas and free wifi. - The librarian was very welcoming when I arrived. She took me on a tour of the facilities when I mentioned I had never been here before. - The library is kept very clean. - There is a lot of vegetated space outside for when you need a break from the computer screen.

This library might be the best one in George River area. Not too big, but clean and modern, easy parking at the park next to it. You can study here all day upstairs and spend some time outdoor next to the river. Perfect place for personal studying. You can also spend an afternoon with your kids in the kids area.

A well maintained library with an acceptable variety of English and other communities books. The library has 2 levels. The upper level is mainly for quite reading. The ground level has a printer, TV, computer and kids corners and toilets. The staff is very friendly. Car parking is available across the street.

I love this new library, staff is very friendly and the environment is very good! Especially the new one has the bathroom, compared with the old one.It is a good place for people to read and study. I want to go there every day if I have free time ^~^

I had a great time. The library was nice and quiet. The place is spacious for a suited library, but that's not all there's even an outdoor from the entrance that there's some nice spaces to play Badminton we had a great time there.

It exceeds my expectation! It's a very good library for study. it's clean, tidy and lots of desks have power point installations. I never borrow books from libraries so don't know about the books and borrowing procedures.

The staff service is very good, patient and kind, and always give you active help when you need it. There is a woman named ying who speaks multiple languages. Chinese friends like her.

Better than the old building which was way too small. Has a great variety of books and DVDs for English and non-English speakers. Staff are always friendly and happy to help.

Visited here during the Christmas-new year break. Very warm and friendly staff, helped us get up and running with membership quickly and with a smile!

This is one of my favourite places to study. The library looks really beautiful and the staff are friendly and very accommodating. ❤️

It's very good if sutarday open till 20.00 to help kids with homework and weekly catch up, the other day its hard to stay after work.

Service was fine but library computer system is so slow that I had to wait 15 minutes to print 2 pages of documents.
