Personally believe: the best restaurant in the town, even better than any other place with a long history. Creative and dedicated dishes with great vibes in the restaurant. Start with excellent cocktails. Octopus is the one you would definitely need to give a try! Good service and food. I’d like to come to Quebec for this food! More

The chef here is amazing! The restaurant seems to be a two man team with owners being the chef and the hostess, server, and bar tender. We felt very welcomed as soon as we got in and these guys made sure that everything was to our satisfactory. The chef definitely deserves a Michelin star. From my eyes to my mouth I was awed

What an astounding experience! The front of house is operated by one of the owners, while the kitchen is operated by the other. There’s a small menu written on a chalkboard which seems to change daily. The cocktails were great, and super original. Loved the decor. It’s a very local place, and everything was fantastic!

We made a reservation to this restaurant seeing all the great reviews and were super happy and totally agree with all the hype. The food was spectacular and so was the presentation. We chose the blind course menu and each dish surpassed the other. The dessert was the perfect closure. More

Absolutely must stop in, make a reservation. They explain all of their food which is beyond amazing. Beer was stronger than I am used to, but it was made from all locally sources ingredients and tasted phenomenal. The chefs spin on dishes is out if this world. More

Give it a try and you won't be disappointed. The dishes are very tasty and the ingredients associations are surprising. The chef can be proud of his waiters because they explain dishes like they cooked by themselves. Great service and an awesome atmosphere! More

We had a 5 course meal in this unpretentious, little restaurant and we were blown away by EVERY. SINGLE. DISH. So many wonderful elements creatively brought together. Elevated gastronomy. We felt we were in the Bocuse d' Or! Our highest compliments to the chef!

Let yourself be taken on a gastronomical journey on the hands of this very crafted chef. This is definitely what this place is, and it's widely underrated. Truly LOVED the experience and would come back. Recommend the chef's tasting and the wine pairing. More

Excellent food with a chill vibe. Owner was also the server and he seemed to obviously care about the quality and the customers. Cocktails are awesome and beer options are also solid. Some of the dishes are great twists on traditional food too

A strange small restaurant with a small menu located in the city center. The name of the restaurant and dishes refers to the topic of cannabis use. The cook tries to experiment and sometimes it turns out well, sometimes raises questions. I

Like other reviewers, I can't recommend this place highly enough. They do creative and elevated takes on comfort / stoner food, and the menu changes regularly. The night we went, they had just put a couple new dishes on the menu, including

Service was excellent, they take what they do seriously, but they don’t take themselves too seriously! Everything was FUN- the food, the service, the other diners. The oysters are a standout. We had a great time and highly recommend. More
