I had the worst car rental experience here. I booked a car 6 days a head excited for a day trip the I had planned. But night before the reservation, I recieved an email (less that 24 hours before the booking time) telling me that the car wasn't available due to short notice. They require customer's to give them a 72hours notice for cancellation, but they they can cancel customer's reservation less than 24 hours? That doesn't seem professional to me. On top of that, the man at the desk didn't seem sorry at all for the short notice of cancellation on their side. I asked if they had any other cars available and they said there was a car that was available for double the price of the car I had booked and told me to pay that in full if I wanted to rent it. No compensation whatsoever. I had to go to a different car rental since they weren't willing to do anything for me to help out the situation. Will never rent a car from here.

My go-to car rental service when I’m in Vancouver. They have the friendliest staff. When I get my rented cars, they’re always clean and smell sanitized. After retuning my car in their Richmond branch, the guys offered to take me to the airport. That’s the best part - no shuttles like the ones from big car rental companies. They use the same car, with your luggage still in the car (no more loading and unloading in shuttles) and they take you straight to the airport. So convenient! Will definitely rent from them again on my next visit.

Booked my car with no problems. They even helped accommodate me as I did not have $500 on my CC. I put $250 on my CC and paid a $250 deposit by debit. I was told that after I drop the car off to come back the next day to get my debit deposit. When I arrived they told me a story about contacting finance department for me to get my debit deposit back. I was told to wait and it took only 15 min for them to refund my deposit. All in all good customer service. I would rent from them again

You CANNOT rely on the reservation on their website. You will get a confirmation email for your rental car, but a last min cancellation email at 7pm on the day before your pick up. You can try calling them and they will tell you they have availability and asked you to book online, just to get a last min cancellation at 7pm the day before AGAIN. Save yourself the last min stress by booking somewhere else.

Came in with no reservation and the person at the front said to wait and they will help us. An hour goes by and he said that we should go to the main office to get help, which he couldve told us earlier. Poorly run and only 1 person working on a busy weekend, especially a lot of people came in and had reservations. Go to the car rental across the street, quick and efficient process over there.

Smooth easy service, upgraded my car for free (“premium small car” originally Corolla but received a Nissan Kicks instead”). No complaints - car was clean and smelled nice. Declined their insurance since my credit card had coverage. Took maybe 30 minutes to pick up and 15 minutes to drop off with drop off service to airport. Booked on Expedia. No complaints.

The Robson street store wasn’t working and I need to wait 2h to rent a car. It’s an Elantra, the car has a lot of scratches and a piece of wood to fix the plate. I’m felling disappointed, don’t believe in the announcement. The price is expensive on store, take care and ask for the website price…

I rented a Corolla with winter tires with West Coast. The handling staff was friendly and the car was clean with new perfect conditions. The manager gave me a discount for renting over a week. I was happy with the good rates, friendliness of the manager and cleanliness of the car.

Had a great experience renting a car from them. Seamless pickup and drop off. The cars are in great condition and drive well. The renters are very friendly and accommodative. I would recommend this rent a car location to anyone who wants to rent a vehicle for a getaway.

Very friendly guys. My experience was very pleasant. Prashant picked me up from airport. He was very friendly and helped with the luggage when I told him I had a bad back. Then Rashid dropped me at airport. Very nice fellow again. I would recommend them very much.

Great experience. Friendly service. The car was clean and good to go. We had to put windshield wiper fluid in but no big deal. The weather necessitated extra fluid. Airport pick up and drop off makes things easier for us! Thanks! Good job guys!

I was served by Zi Shaan and Ez and I must say they were awesome! Very helpful and customer oriented. I received the car right on time and it was exactly what I had requested for. The SUV was in perfect condition with good multi season tires.
