The worst car rental experience!! DON'T RENT FROM HERE because nobody at this location can do their job, and they operate this place without any ethics! **I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE HERTZ THAT'S JUST TWO BLOCKS FROM THIS LOCATION INSTEAD.. I've rented from there many times before and never had any issues** If you have an issue with this Enterprise location, be ready to have a headache for the next two months. We rented a car for one day, picked up and returned in the same day, and THREE DAYS after returning the car, they called me to say they found a scratch on the front bumper. They said it would need to be repaired, they needed to take a $500 deposit, and the damage estimate would go to their Damage Recovery Unit (DRU) who I'd have to follow up with about the claim... (also, the scratch they sent me a picture of couldn't have been more than $100 to buff and re-paint). So they charged the $500 on my credit card and I made an insurance claim with my credit card company since Car Rental Damage is covered under it. I completed all the paper work they asked me to and sent it to their DRU. TWO WEEKS passed so I called the DRU, they said they had not received the damage estimate from the SW Marine Dr rental location.... ONE MONTH passes so I call again, and they say they still have not received the damage estimate from the rental location and when they do they will call me. So I continue to wait, and it ends up now TWO MONTHS later, I realize I've still never received a call from anyone at Enterprise about the follow up on this claim. I call them again, and no damage estimate has ever been sent to the DRU. The DRU says they are closing the claim and emailing the rental location to refund the $500. I wait a few days and check my credit card, and sure enough the $500 hasn't been refunded so I call the SW Marine Dr rental location and the girl on shift (Neha?) says she has no email about the refund and must call the DRU to confirm the claim has been closed and the $500 will be refunded. The next day, Friday, Neha calls me and confirms that the claim is closed and the $500 will be refunded. By Tuesday, there is no pending refund showing still on my credit card statement so I call the location and speak with the Branch Manager, Lucas Rocha. He claims Neha did the refund on Friday so I asked for proof of the refund, and he sends me a PDF that shows no date or transaction number or anything that the refund has occurred, so I ask for something that shows time, date, and the transaction number and Lucas gives me some excuse that it takes 48 hours to process refunds - I don't know what planet he's from, but Friday, Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday equals more than 48 hours........ so try again Lucas. I've sent two more emails to Lucas requesting proof of the transaction and he just stopped responding to my emails.... It seems that what they do is CHARGE THE "DEPOSIT" AND THEN ACCIDENTALLY FORGET TO DO THE REST OF THEIR JOB. They just take your money and call it a day which is the most unethical business I've ever experienced. The sad thing, is that I never even argued to go through this process, I did everything they asked, completed the paperwork, even went through creating a claim with my credit card company's insurance, and went through two months of a complete waste of my time all because literally nobody at Enterprise did their job - nobody sent the damage estimate, nobody called me to follow up, nobody refunded the money like they said they did. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE NOW, RENT ELSEWHERE.

Made a reservation 2 months prior for a BMW. Called the branch 1 week in advance to make sure everything is good to go. Came to the branch from the airport & they showed me the car, everything looked good, and i was about to drive off, however it was too hot so i decided to wait a few min to let the AC cool off. Then i realized, the cup holder cover was broken, so you can't have any drinks in the front seat, sunroof wouldn't open, Driver AC vents were broken off so you can't adjust the air direction. (found all that damage within 2 min, who knows what other damage would have been found if i kept the car for 10 more minutes....) No one mentioned any of this damage prior to giving me the keys. Only positive thing at this branch is Sam. When i came in the second time to complain about these issues, he did his best to call other locations and find a replacement, which i appreciate. However, there were no premium sedans available anywhere other than the airport location. But they wouldn't let me get a vehicle from there. Only option was a convertible mustang at a different branch which i was more than happy to take for the duration of my trip & i got a ride from this branch to pick it up. When i went to pick up the mustang, the branch said that there was a big miscommunication & the mustang wasn't available. Had to settle for a lower class car. The whole process took 2 hours & it pushed my whole schedule back. I will not recommend this branch to anyone. Seems like the employees do not do proper checks on vehicle before renting it out. If you do rent from here, good luck

Our X5 was totaled and we were advised to call Enterprise for a rental. They gave us a Chevy Malibu a week ago and told us that we were waitlisted for an SUV this week. We called mid week to confirm and spoke to a girl there, forgot to grab her name, and was told to call back Friday before coming to pick up our SUV to ensure they have it ready for us. We called and was told she has nothing for us. During the phone call, I was advising her of our frustration for getting the Chevy Malibu that we cant even drive at all as it is making weird sounds and due to the high cm snow. This girl literally just kept telling me to listen and that she cannot go to peoples houses to pick up their SUV's. Sorry, but that sarcasm was just straight up laughable. I told you to help us check with other Enterprise and you immediately told us to call them myself. Are you freaking serious? Get a diff job, girl. You're not fit for customer service. I know we aren't always right, but at least be sympathetic about the situation. You didnt even offer to help find us one. I will also take this up to BBB. You're giving us a garbage of a sedan and made us wait for something you kept telling us you have. She even offered a 2-wheel drive out of another sarcasm when she knows that's not what we need! LOOOL YOU'RE A JOKE. Wait for our BBB complaint.

If I could have given a zero I would have. I booked a car two weeks in advance. I showed up to pick up my car at my reservation time of 6 PM and the building is closed. I called the head office to ask what my options were, where I could get a car and what they suggested. They said my only option was to drive to the nearest airport and since I needed a car that’s what I did. He asked me how long it would take me to get to that location I told him 25 to 30 minutes. I showed up about 35 minutes later and was told that my car reservation was not going to be ready for another three hours. I was also told that the price I was quoted will no longer be available and I couldn’t get the type of vehicle that I requested. When I suggested that they should match the price and maybe even give me a discount for my hassle, I was rudely told that I need to understand that the taxes are different at the airport. I just had to book another car today and refused to even look at Enterprise. I bought cars regularly and I don’t think I will ever use them again I was thoroughly disappointed, but I’m not sure that it matters to Enterprise since I’ve seen entire websites and Facebook pages dedicated to complaining about how Enterprise treats people.

I prefer Enterprise over most rental companies, but unfortunately my experience in Vancouver was not my best It started off poorly when we got in the shuttle van as I was instructed to do by an Enterprise employee ahead of time, but then told we had to get off because shuttles don’t go to our Enterprise that was only 3 miles away. We then had to stand in a long line and wait 25 min for a taxi. When we finally arrived we were quite surprised at the appearance of Enterprise on SW Marine Dr. it was not the usual (a little sketchy) and kind of an uneasy feeling for 3 ladies. All this aside, we received the usual friendly service, and the employee reimbursed us for our taxi ride on our bill. Returning the car to the Sandman Hotel in Vancouver with no instructions, and no one working at the Enterprise desk inside the hotel during the afternoon was even worse! So, with common sense and the help of a hotel clerk (who said he hadn’t seen the Enterprise employee for a long time & there was no note) I parked the car and put a note on the keys in the box. Will I use Enterprise again,? yes, but I did the review in hopes to give future renters at these locations a heads up that I didn’t have.

If I could I would give-star. Shameful treatment by Lucas Rocha the manager. The man who lying into your face. After a car accident we went to the ICBC preferred rental place. The lot had 2 SUVs only to choose from. My son car was a Ford Mustang but he just wanted to get the car as fast as possible and get out after the manager said he can find mustang in other lot. Lucas said he will give the SUV the same ICBC rate but when we went to return he added $18 per day extra ,saying ICBC pays less as equivalent for a small car. He was claiming he told as which isn’t true otherwise we would go other place where the proper car available. I found unprofessional to take advantage of the situation and even my husband spoke to him over the phone and ask to help us out with some discounts for misunderstanding Lucas said he’ll see what can he do. Two minutes later bill emailed to my son and for the questions how much was the charge on my credit card he said full amount. So you didn’t give any discount I asked? “No” and he laughed under his mask. Very disappointing experience. I wish I would record the first conversations but trusted him. Don’t do the same mistake!

excellent service, very friendly, and i thought the price was fair - this location seemed to have lower prices than other locations (im guessing because the other ones are a little closer to the airport). the thing i like about enterprise compared to some other places is they are professional and their cars are always cleaned well. they upgraded me to a better vehicle since i believe they were out of the one i requested. they were professional, courteous. make sure you have a physical credit card on you though, they wouldn't rent the vehicle to me without at least a smartphone/contactless payment (just telling them your number is not sufficient). even contactless payment, they do with hesitation (you would need to show them your banking statement/login). i think this is a bit outdated in 2023 but all rental companies in vancouver seem to do it, and im guessing its for legal/security/fraud reasons. i can't imagine its easy to work in rental companies as people try to get away with damages on vehicles and customer service reps are stuck in the middle. i would rent from here again for sure.

Excellent Service and Premium Upgrade! I recently had a fantastic experience with Enterprise, thanks to Charles and the entire team. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome and valued as a customer. I had the pleasure of working with Charles, who went above and beyond to assist me. His helpful and kind demeanor made the rental process a breeze. I was pleasantly surprised when Charles managed to secure a premium upgrade for me at a reasonable price. The highlight of my rental was undoubtedly the Mustang GT I opted for rather than my inital booking of a RAV4 or the offer infinity. The upgraded car enhanced my overall experience and made it truly memorable. It was a joy to drive and added a touch of excitement to my trip in BC! I highly recommend Enterprise for their exceptional service, friendly team, and the opportunity to enjoy a premium upgrade. Thank you, Charles, and the entire Enterprise team, for making my rental experience so enjoyable. I will definitely choose Enterprise again in the future! Five stars all the way! Charles is the man!

I initially booked a reservation online for June 8th, but I received a call on the same day informing me that they had no availability for that day. While this was a bit unexpected, I understood the situation since I made the reservation on the same day. The staff suggested rescheduling the reservation for the following day, and I agreed to that decision. Up to that point, everything was going smoothly. However, I was then informed that I would be charged a different rate, which was significantly more expensive. This discrepancy led to a disagreement with one of the managers or staff who was working on that day over the phone. Moving forward to the next day, Friday, I was greeted by a different manager named Simran. She not only apologized for the behavior of the manager from the previous day but also went above and beyond to do a price match and to accommodate us. I want to express my sincere appreciation to Enterprise for SIMRAN's exceptional work and service. Thanks to her efforts, our experience as disappointed customers turned into a positive one!

Worst car rental experience ever. After a small scratch on the car and a $1400 repair bill for a 3 cm scuff it has been like pulling teeth to receive the require paperwork from enterprise to provide my insurance. I have called and emailed countless times however the manager does not return my calls. The situation has now dragged out since beginning of April. I first spoke with Saiju at the southwest marine drive location and he assured me things would be taken care of in a few days. Two weeks later nothing was taken care of and I had to go in to speak with him in person. He told me the store manager had forgot to process the payment. I am still waiting on my final invoice and requested my initial contract however after 4 phone calls and several emails the manager has not returned my call. If enterprise wants the damage to be paid the hoops they are making me jump thru to submit the claim to my insurance is ridiculous.

The driver who picked me up had trash everywhere in his car, completely unprofessional. Service was quick but they gave me a car with a quarter tank, which was a hassle considering I didn't know how long until my car would take to get repaired. I was told to return with same amount so I never wanted to put to much in the tank. My rental car was clean at first glance but if you look closer there was grime. I returned my car today with my friend present. We walk in and there is a pregnant lady arguing over some damage inside the trunk that wasn't brought up in her initial walk around. The gentleman "helping" her was dismissive and continually blamed her. In the end she gave up and admitted fault for not looking in the trunk prior to taking the car. Neither me nor my friend will be giving you our business again. I'd recommend treating all patrons with respect right or wrong and maintaining a clean environment.

Please avoid this rental place. It's running a scratchy operation. When I picked up the car, the agent didn't disclose there's a chip on the windshield. I drove out the parking lot and found out the chip. Rushed back and let him know. He THEN told me that it's noted in the car. If I had not gone back and reported this, I would be charged with a damage claim. When I returned the car, they found a tiny dent on the front bumper and a chip on the tire which looked like old dents. The dents are on the most unnoticeable areas. They were there before my rental which I overlooked. The manager (Charles) forced me to sign the damage claim form and kept my damage deposit. The manager insisted on me getting the credit card insurance claim. I was rushing to the airport and just wanted to get out of there. I visit Vancouver 2-3 times a year to see my family. This is the worst experience ever.

First of all, the fuel tank of the car was one third full and after about 5 minutes driving, it gets one forth. I couldn't return the car exactly with the same fuel. When I returned the car the tank was two third full and they didn't give me any credit or discounts about it (something about $20). They were awful about the return service. First they told me that they can just return me to a location in a predefined boundary. I have never heard about this BOUNDARY before!! Then they told me that they will return me to Bridgeport station. But when we arrived, I understand that they have changed the return destination to Marin Drive station (somewhere about 2 minutes ride!!). The driver told me that I can take the Skytrain to go to Bridgeport!! Take into account that Bridgeport station was just about 6 minutes far from their office!!!

I went in recently to pick up a courtesy car while mine was in the shop. Unfortunately due to me losing my wallet and ID just the day prior, it occurred to me once I got to the counter that I wasn’t going to be able to rent a car. However, the politeness, professionalism, yet friendly and helpful service I received was top notch. I felt like all the gentleman working the counter that day did all they could do, and came up with some good brainstorming ideas on how to get this sorted. Unfortunately it didn’t get sorted and I wasn’t able to rent a car at that exact time, I still left happy and pleased with the service I received from the front counter staff. Knowing that they did everything they could have to help me out. Thank you gentleman for your time, and next time I need a rental, you’ll be the first call I make.

Okay.. I like the people here, I do have one gripe. My brother in law reserved for a middle size sedan, but when 'I' came to get the car, they wouldn't let me take it because it was under my brother in law's account and he needed to pick it up. So I told them I'll be back in a couple hours. *No cancellation* When my brother in law came with me, they only had a A Kia Rio, which is a small sized hatchback. They didn't hold a medium size sedan for me. I had space issues because it was a smaller vehicle. I usually reserve a bigger vehicle because my family is big. What would happen if I needed a van? I always feel that if you reserve a specific size vehicle, then it should be reserved for you. -------------------------------------------------------- But let me say this. Friendly staff and great location IMO.

I have booked a pickup for a week. One day before the rental started, they informed me there was no truck because it was broken. The lady on the phone told me that none of the surrounding Enterprise stations had a pickup as a replacement. There was no sign of a solution. They had no cars available in the entire Vancouver region. I was promised a call back in the afternoon regarding options for another car. Unfortunately, I was not contacted until 3 days later and phone calls from me were not answered. When I searched again on the internet, I was offered practically only enterprise cars - strange. From customer orientation and "your concern is our top priority" as it says in the queue of the hotline is not the slightest trace. Fortunately, the competition is reliable. I will avoid Enterprise at all costs

Awful location, incredibly difficult to get to especially for people unfamiliar with the area. I reserved a car online for one day. I show up to be told that the car I reserved is not available. I was accommodated though the vehicle had multiple issues (low tire pressure, issues with filling up gas tank, Apple CarPlay very unfunctional). I returned the car at the agreed time, though the location was closed. In the following days I see that I was charged for an extra 2 days I did not agree to because the location was closed at the agreed time. I spoke to a representative at the branch who said it was my fault I did not return the car while the branch was open, even though I showed up at the agreed time. The branch and support line showed no interest in assisting to reverse the charge for the extra days.

Had a reservation for a 2 day trip and encountered a rude and dismissive worker named Laura Audre, she was blonde and had an accent. Never come to this location! Did not honour cooperate policy and did not allow us to tap with our credit card, none of us brought our wallets due to the backpacking trip we were going on. She also tried to up sell company insurance when we have already paid through 3rd party. The reservation we had, was the company pick deal and she offered us a van or pick up truck but gave the guest who came in an hour later the car she knew would suite us better. She has terrible customer service to all her customers and should not have the title of branch manager. I called the Bridgeport location and was able to transfer my reservation and everything ran smoothly once we transferred.

5 STAR SERVICE!!! Charles Chirayath you are the man! We went in with a reservation on the Canada Day long weekend. Rented our car no problem - But then we realized we had made a big mistake, a $1200 mistake. Our car had been in a hit and run and we were going through our insurance for the rental car. But we hadn't booked it that way and we had already driven the car away and home. We went back thinking this is not good. Charles made the correction so easy. He was professional, courteous, kind and patient with us. He served us with a smile on his face and made our weekend! Waking up to a car you cannot drive and you need to be at work at 6 am is not fun to begin with. Charles and the Enterprise team at 970 SW Marine Drive Vancouver made things less stressful. I booked my Enterprise car Rental a few months in advance. The location that I was supposed to go to closed and I was supposed to have been updated and transferred to another Vancouver location by Enterprise. That didn’t happen. While in the cab looking for the original Enterprise I phoned this location and Jay stepped up. He told me to come to his location and he would sort it out. They honoured my agreement and sent me off in a nice car. Subsequently while on the holiday, I broke my leg and had to add my daughter to the car rental. Again, Jay was so helpful. When my daughter came in he knew who she was and helped her. I will only rent from this Enterprise when I come to Vancouver. It’s a first class operation and they really care about their customers. 5* Service.

I highly suggest all renters should take photos and videos when they walk you around the rental car, since they don’t procide you the damage list that was already on the car. Would not recommend renting car at this location. The person gave us the rental car walked us around the car saying don’t worry about the scratches, they are all on the list. The day when we returned the car, they said everything’s ok. But they called us back saying there are large scratches and sent us the adjusted invoice. Update: We went over to the location the next morning and the manager explained to us that there were some miscommunication internally and that the scratches they found were there before we rented the car. They refunded the amount they charged us and the case was resolved.

I had to rent a vehicle today because my car was damaged by a careless driver. I went to the SW Marine Drive location of Enterprise and had an exceptional experience with Henry, who was so kind! I was feeling a bit out of sorts and still shaken a little from having been in a car accident, and Henry was very thoughtful in quickly processing the paperwork and made an incredible effort to accommodate me. I’m So grateful for his kindness and for being so courteous especially when I was having a not so good day and he did his best to make my day better. Thank you Henry, you are a wonderful person! Henry put me in a beautiful vehicle to use while my car is being repaired. I’m so impressed and grateful for the great service and kindness I received. Highly recommend !

Worst experience ever at a car rental. Please avoid this branch of Enterprise especially. I can share my own experience . We took a Ford Edge and had an engine malfunction indicator lamp glowing. We were stuck in the Rocky Mountains on route to Banff from Vancouver. We called Enterprise and they were completely unhelpful. The girl we were talking with there was highly disrespectful, unprofessional and did not know how to handle customers. RSA promised a car to pick up at Banff, however, it was not there. We had to go all the way to Calgary to pick up a car, during our holiday. We called the branch in Vancouver to turn over the smaller SUV that they gave us as a temporary in Calgary and the reply we get was ‘atleast you got an SUV’ and hung up.

Booked a reservation for May 31 (month end - moving day for the entire city!!!) and got a call late afternoon May 30 that the vehicle assigned to me was damaged and could not be rented. Fine - I understand safety and appreciate it. Was offered an SUV, when I explained I was moving a mattress and booked a truck for a reason, I was informed they couldn't help me and too bad, they have no vehicle for me. Not willing to bring in a vehicle from a different location, claimed the entire city is sold out of larger vehicles. Found a truck to rent at a different Enterprise location, just further away which was confirmed as available by a phone call to that branch. Will not rent from this location again, nor will I recommend anyone else to.

I went here today and I had the worst car rental experience. I had a reservation in prior and when I reached the guy said they don't have any cars but he'll check. He then has a discussion with his other employee and he tells me that he will try to arrange one car for me and call me back. I asked him what does that mean for me now. He is like you should have booked way in advance or called our branch before booking. I have been calling the branch since morning and they don't pick up the calls. The phone was ringing even when we were talking. The rudeness of the people who were working is astonishing. Stay away from this branch unless your have booked weeks before in advance.

I booked a car at this place and I showed up at the place with absolutely no cars, they told me to wait for 45 mins to an hour and pick me up at my place but it turned out to be three hours! It messed up my whole plan for the day and I had to call to follow up on the calls like I have to beg them to pick me up even though I was paying for service! I cancelled the whole rental eventually because I have simply lost my patience. Called the store manager Raj to cancel the booking (he mentioned that the booking is void and no charges will be made) and I sincerely hope that it is not charged to my credit card or else I would be absolutely furious. Avoid this place at all cost.

We rented a Mazda 3 after being in a collision. From the 1st phone call to drop off, Charles & Keivan (sp?) were efficient, friendly & professional! I was moving my brother the day our car was ready for pickup, so up to my lipstick in boxes etc. My husband told the staff who said they would wait. 20 min after closing I arrived. Charles was friendly, went over the car, thanked me for filling the tank & sent me on my way. The other staff members (3 I believe) were just as pleasant while I’m sure they were as ready as anyone to leave & look forward to their evening. Thank you all for your pleasant and professional manner. We would recommend your business to anyone!

I was getting some work done at Boyd (who was great too!) and so the sent a gentleman named Ben to pick me up. He ended up having to wait for me as Boyd needed to wash my car first to check all the damage and Ben waited without complaint and let me is in the warm car with me and kept me company with delightful pleasantries. When arriving at the office, I was greeted by the Branch Manager, Mustafa, who was so nice and polite. He gave me a great car that I was sad to give back and then dropped me off at the end of my use. I would totally use them again. The car was arranged by my insurance company so I am not sure of the value but I felt great working with them.

Top quality service. Really. I've rented from tons of places and this was the fastest service I've ever had. Professional, polite and very thorough. They were fast, but still explained gas, coverage and other options that I had for rentals. It wasn't scripted or at least it didn't feel that way and I loved the tablets they carried. It was the same when I returned the car! Different staff, but same professional attitude and this time they were busy. I was in and out in a few minutes and I didn't think I would be. They said they would get me out of there quick, I didn't believe them but they did! Excellent training. This is car rentals done right.

My family and I came from the Airport with lots and lots of bags directly to their office. The staff was soo very warm and friendly the moment we reached and offered us a place to sit and a drink as well. We were given 2 options on a premium SUV and we picked an awesome Infinity QX60. We had it for the entire month and the car was really amazing. Saiju Varghese (one of the management guys) was very polite and kind at the time of pickup and also drop-off and even offered to get us a cab. We really had a pleasant experience and would definitely be renting from this location in particular in the future. Highly recommended!.

I can't say enough positive things about the staff at this location. I needed a specific sized vehicle for my rental. Unfortunately it was not available at the time and the substitution would not suffice. The staff immediately jumped on the issue and I had 3 employees working the phones trying to get the right fit. All 3 were able to locate a suitable replacement vehicle at different locations and were even kind enough to drive me to the closest location. Thank you very much gentlemen. Fantastic service, fantastic problem solving and solution. Saved the day! Special thanks to Mr. J for taking me to the other location.

Borrowed a car from Enterprise through an ICBC claim. It was quite busy when I initially picked up the car but the team managed the large amount of customers with efficiency and I was out quickly. When it came to returning the car, I was in a rush and did not consider that the office may be closed by the time that I had arrived - the office was closed. Luckily, there was staff still closing up. The staff was very friendly and went out of their way to help me. They secured a ride for me back to the collision center where I was to pick up my car. Would be happy to borrow a car again from this Enterprise location.

This location was extremely rude and unprofessional towards me. I rented a car because of a medical condition, so I couldn't walk. When I dropped off the vehicle, they refused to drive me and made me walk over 2 kilometers on crutches. They also accused me a damaging the vehicle, but was in fact previously damaged. There was a clip missing on the side skirt, so it was loose. I was a long time customer of Enterprise with lots of reward points accumulated. But I have not since returned and have no plans to do so. The manager said he was from lebonon. He was extremely arrogant and prejudice.

I'm very glad I chose to rent at this location. The staff were polite, respectful, and made every effort to accommodate my needs. They were also friendly and worked well with each other, and this is very much reflected in the good quality service they provided. The staff went out of their way to put the customer first. Pick up and drop-off was quick and there wasn't any hassle or attempt to charge for non-existent damages. They even gave me credit for returning a little extra gas than was required. Would definitely rent here again when I'm in Vancouver. Keep up the good work!

Cannot count on this company to provide truthful information or trust them to make things right when their employees make mistakes. Enterprise would rather have their customer stranded in a foreign country than let any of their fleet leave the metro area. Despite their claims of "exceptional customer service" and going "the extra mile for customers" I was met with indifference at every level of escalation. Unfortunately the bar for car rental companies is subterranean, so this level of service is sadly the norm. Good luck if you choose to rent with Enterprise.

The staff is extremely rude and the place is not trustworthy!!! They didn't have the car I booked when I arrived from a faraway location! When I asked for a solution because I had successfully booked the car with Enterprise online, and it's evident that nobody called me in advance to inform me of the situation, one of the employees behaved in an incredibly irresponsible and rude manner. He even went so far as to threaten to call the police if I didn't leave! How ridiculous is this... I strongly advise against visiting this place.

Staff were friendly and the car was clean. Though we did get an extremely good deal on the car, there would of been some better models in the same category. We had a 2017 Hyundai Veloster. The car is pretty good on fuel and is comfortable while cruising on the highway except for the fact it doesn't have cruise control. Handling was also good on the windy roads, but besides that the cars dual clutch automatic is terrible. The car would bog down, vibrate and sound like it's about to stall at low speeds. Would of prefered a corolla.

The team at Enterprise never cease to amaze me. The customer service is always excellent and this branch is no exception. In the past, if there has ever been a problem they always go out of their way to put it right. Most of the time they pick up on the small things they can do to make the experience that much better without me ever asking and thats why I wanted to leave a review. Omg. If I found anything stereotypical nice Canadian, it’s the people who work here. They even called to ask how things were going!! Emily who called even invited me over for dinner with her family for a real traditional Canadian meal in the woods! We got lost on the way, but I’m sure the poutine was amazing. Do you ever put maple syrup on that? Or is that just the true American dream. Serious inquiry. I can’t speak highly enough of this place and i will be back 100% every time we visit Vancouver.

As a socially anxious millennial, a lot can go wrong when you have to talk to real-life humans, and I have had to wait around tonnes before when I used places like Thrifty nearby. Luckily, Saiju at Enterprise was absolutely brilliant! Friendly, professional, and great at explaining everything to me. It’s a busy and bustling branch but I was served super promptly and given a brand new hybrid to enjoy for the weekend! I can’t recommend this place enough and I will definitely be using them again :)

This is a prime example of what Enterprise should be like in all of its locations. Next to the Markham ON. office, this is absolutely the best in customer services, accommodations and quality of all the car rental services I have engaged with over the years. I don't even think twice of where I rent from when in Vancouver. Enterprise also pays attention to points and reward you when you are loyal. A special shout out to Lucas. An excellent job with check-in and check-out with a great demeanor.

Pick up was done with no hassle and i was in-and-out within 15 minutes. When I returned the vehicle, they told me that my final invoice had no additional charges and the final total was as-is from the amount during booking. Upon further examining my receipt, I saw that I had been charged a "fuel option fee" of $60 even though I had filled the tank prior to returning the car. If I had not looked at the receipt more carefully, I would have been ripped off. Be careful on the final invoice!

Talk about customer service. I can’t be the only one who dreads all of the post-flight shenanigans one has to deal with. But the team here at the SW Marine Dr Enterprise was such a pleasure to deal with. I had originally ended up here out if necessity because the YVR location was sold out of cars, but frankly, moving forward, I’d come to these guys even if the airport location has cars available. Special shout out to Yuri the branch manager for being so accommodating and kind!

Had to rent a car while my own vehicle was being repaired. Behind the counter, Neha Verma was incredibly professional and helpful, providing us with a clean small car that was everything we needed for the brief time we had it. Rental and return process were a breeze, and the lift to work when I returned the car was greatly appreciated. Told my employer of my positive experience , he says we will rent from this location should the need arise. Full marks all around!

I booked a car rental last week and had some questions about car pick up. I called into their office for clarification. Halfway through giving the customer service guy my confirmation number, he starts complaining that he can't understand my accent and then proceeds to teach me the "correct" way to say it through his own heavy accent. I admit, I do have an accent. However, his behavior was rude, unprofessional, and discriminatory. I'll take my business elsewhere.

I borrowed a car here via ICBC and the customer service was fantastic. Rob (or Ralph? Sorry!) was very friendly and professional. He provided a lot of detail on the car and clear instructions. The vehicle was clean and sanitized. They did a courtesy call to check in and a courtesy call upon me returning the car to let me know there were no issues, which I appreciated. It’s a little out of the way in terms of location but the service was good so I’d return!

I was a bit hesitant to rent from this location as some of the reviews were quite bad. However, my experience was total opposite. While my experience was just a normal transaction with no issues I found the blonde lady and the guy who checks out the car with you to be very cordial. There was no upselling of insurance or pressure tactics in anyway. When I rent a car again next year, I will go back to this location as my experience was perfect in every way.

When my wife and arrived at 12pm to pick up our scheduled car, there was no car for us - which obviously was inconvenient. HOWEVER, the staff at this Enterprise were on it, making phone calls to other locations and did everything they could to make it right. Ultimately, we were on our way to the next phase of our vacation at about 12:45 pm. I was very satisfied with the staff (I'm sorry I forgot to write down names). I will use Enterprise again for sure.

We had arranged for car pick up at noon and we were late by about 30minutes. It turns out this location closes right at noon so there was no one there to get us our vehicle. By fluke the branch manager Chad and a few other employees had just returned to the location with another vehicle. He was very happy to help us get a car even though they were closed. The process was quick and easy and everyone was so kind. I will rent here again.

After searching Vancouver high and low last minute for an SUV rental we called The SW Marine Dr. Enterprise and found one suitable for our trip. We tried fitting 2 large Ogio bags and 2 bike bags in the SUV but they wouldn't fit...they then offered us a different SUV (after they listened to our hectic travel day) and didn't even up-charge us for a bit of a larger vehicle. Their staff was incredibly kind and helpful!

Compared to Budget (who are USELESS) Enterprise are consummate professionals. Friendly staff, easy to deal with, and no attempts to screw me for non existent damage when I handed the car back. If you want a hassle free car hire experience, pay the little extra that Enterprise charge, it's absolutely worth it. FYI I'm not a paid up member of Enterprise, I was just pleasantly surprised at their standard of service.

I rent a lot due to the nature of my business, and when I have a choice in the matter, I choose to spend my hard earned dollars here. The prices are fair, the service is fast and friendly, and there is real care from the folks working there. Couldn't ask for more, I recommend you go rent from this great location!

Offices closing before 6pm, reservation not honoured, no assistance provided and manager trying to get rid of you as quickly as passible. Never seen that in the past 20 years of renting cars! My first and last time trying to rent with them. ** Note that I called twice Enterprise customer services with each time a promise that the regional sales manager would call me. Still waiting not surprisingly.

DO NOT GO HERE! Laura Audre the assistant manger was horrible to work with. I had a reservation booked and instead of being reasonable she told me it was my fault because I didn't reply to her phone call within minutes. So she gave my reservation away! I got a car through the Turo app. Nicer car, nicer people. Good luck and this branch should take a good hard look at how they treat customers.

Love Sam!! It was one of those days for Sam, lots of customers n no cars ready ... his colleague and him were very calm and had great sense of humour, they helped everyone get what they ordered. Even though our car was given away and we had to wait for another 30minutes to secure another one. He is a great asset for customer service oriented industry. Well done Sam, keep it up!!!

The worst service, was in a car accident and icbc had approved a rental car until my vechile was fixed, went to pickup rental and was told I couldn't because I didn't have a major credit card, this is totally wrong, you can use a debt with a deposit, they never offered to help me in any way , don't recommend this location, have dealt with a different location and had no problems.

The staff was not cooperative at all. While taking the car they said, you don’t have to worry about the scratches on the car and while returning the car they came up with it was not there before you rent the car and started to claim the money from me. Still process is ongoing and they are not responding to emails at all. Very bad experience and will not recommend to anyone.

Picked up the car, got an upgrade - great! Was told it was empty but to return full and they'd refund me the money. I returned out if hours, I rang up the day after to check they would be refunding me the $100 dollars of fuel, I was told that they have me the won't information. They reduced my bill by just $50 dollars, leaving me $50 out of pocket for their mistake.

The best customer service experience I have had when dealing with rental car companies. Professional team who understands their clients needs, provides options and alternatives, and find ways to make the rental more cost effective. We have used this location twice and each time was the same level of customer service. Ralph Lu was excellent to rent a vehicle from.

The customer service here is atrocious, I was discriminated and talked down to because I was black, the manager is the rudest person ever, I'm not making this up because she is the only female and there's other customers that have things to say about her attitude. Please train your employees appropriately. Enterprise just lost a loyal customer because of this.

Small location near airport. Did not offer any incentives like coffee or water in the lobby and I did not see a bathroom. Repair shop set up rental for me and I spent maybe 10 minutes total in the office picking up and dropping off the car. Process was very easy and staff were knowledgeable and quick. I got a 2016 Versa Note (CCAR) that was very clean.

Outrageous branch employee I Asked for the policy, he kicked me out of the branch and threatened me with calling 911 I Asked for his name, he said “I don’t have a name” The other employee was afraid and said “I don’t know my name” How does enterprise train these people is really fascinating. Spend more time and money on your hiring+training employees.

Had a question if this location offered shuttle services from or to the YVR (Vancouver International Airport). Just got off the phone after being re-routed from customer service to an on-site associate. The associate confirmed that they do not provide shuttle services but they usually see some customers booking a ride with UBER to the airport.

Had trouble fitting our whole family and luggage in the largest car they had, there’s only 6 of us but we’re travelling far from home with a baby. They were so accommodating in helping us find the right vehicles to get us all fitted comfortably. I’m sure we were not easy trying juggle around, but they did it all with a smile. Thank you guys!

Amazing service and staff! I returned the car during a snow storm, and Sim was especially kind and understanding as the rental branch manager. Getting a collision damage waiver was also a good choice for a peace of mind.
