I came in for a return on November 7, 2023 and I had the best experience at Reitmens. The sales lady named Lupita provided exceptional customer service. She made the whole store very uplifting and positive. I will definitely be coming back again at this location. Thank you Lupita for making my shopping experence memorable.

I went here with my bestfriend before and we actually had a nice time shopping for beautiful clothes and enjoying our time there. The prices of their clothes were reasonable and the staff were very helpful and sweet in answering our inquiries. I like their place too it was clean and the clothes were properly organized.

I have edited this review from ⭐⭐⭐⭐ to ⭐ because I recently had the worst customer service and worst manager response in my entire shopping life. Give your hard earned money, especially in a pandemic, to businesses who treat their customers with respect.

I’ve been to this store multiple times and they’ve always been consistently great with customer service. They helped me get Ll the sizes I needed and even grabbed items from the back for me.
