Do not go to rbc. They offer services they do not deliver.i thought the bank I was with was horrible, this place is a complete nightmare. I could have dealt with a charge that happenend yesterday from an insurance company I cancelled with. Rbc lets you know when money is taken from your account (don't count on it) .I was told a day late that my account was debited 624 dollars. I have proof that this transaction should have never happened and they will do something about it but that will take 5 days .won't give me overdraft protection so for the next 5 days I get to endure more NSF fees ..the 5 days is very convenient for this banks pocket .

The only functioning department of RBC must be their legal! How on earth they get away with this magnitude of un-professionalism and scam like operation! Can‘t wait until AI takes over banking system especially this branch operation, I‘ve seen car dealers with more integrity and better customer services!

Phill is literally the most chill/understanding helpful bank teller, saved alot of pain and hassle dealing with some account issues. Really hope he's being looked at for a mangers position he's one of the good ones you want to have in you're corner.

Very bad customer service from Sue, I went to the bank for a banking matter. I went at the counter to Sue and she was not professional or helpful at all. Seemed like she didn’t even want to talk to me. I found her very rude and unwelcoming.

I have dealt with this branch for many years. Always professional, timely service with a friendly smile. Helpful in every way, many times Mary, Phil and Sogi have gone well above to resolve issues. Thank you for your service.

Always a line up never staffed accordingly. Nothing speedy about this branch. Like one of the accountants said atleast there's good parking" thanks bud

The ATM doors are locked from early evening all winter. Hopeful RBC finds a better solution or please put an ATM outside like you do at 65 Princess.

Over an hour on hold with RBC, when the block my online access for making a bill payment. So if you want to waste your time & money, choose RBC.

The tellers at this RBC location are always friendly and the service is always efficient. I have never been more than 2nd in line!

Professional Staff,ATM machines available, and free parking available for customers only on premise.

They lock the doors now so you can’t get to the ATM machine in the evening/night.

There is no way to talk to your local branch over the phone. Total BS!
