DO NOT use the machine on the left side. Took my Union Pay card and acted like nothing happened. Called RBC and they said there’s nothing they can do. Another person walked over and got their caller eaten too. RIP
I've tried numerous times to deposit my cheque into the ATM, both machines, but it could not scan the cheque and spits it out in worse condition than before. Scanner is broken.
THE MACHINE ON YOUR LEFT IS FAKE. If you bend down and look through the card slot, you can see right through into the room behind it. There is no card reading machine.
It would be helpful if you included the phone number of my bank instead of home office with its endless recording. Very silly oversight, sloppy.
