Branches all over Ottawa closing their AUTOMATIC TELLER MACHINES when the bank closes, 6pm!!!! RIDICLIOUS AND BACKWARDS. The ATM on Sparks ST. is gone now also so don't both go looking (the idiot Ukrainian teller locking the door told me to go there) and now there's only ONE accessible ATM at Rideau Mall. Very fun cashing a cheque and pulling out large sums of money in the middle of a crowd watching you in a mall. F off TD, WE WANT EASY ACCESS TO OUR CASH WITHOUT FEES AND WITHOUT TALKING TO LOW IQ BANK TELLERS WHO CAN'T WORK PAST 5PM. ATM(S) ARE FOR AFTER HOUR ACCESS. WHAT ARE YOU TRYING TO ACCOMPLISH?

Every td ATM and branch downtown ottawa advertises 24 hours open . And when you go there outside of business hours doors are locked and you can't even use their atms. They will make you waste your time coming to their location just to be locked. Find a new bank that doesn't trick their customers

The TD App, Google search both indicate that this is a 24-hour ATM. It is however located in the lobby of the bank and the doors are locked outside their (limited) business hours of 9am to 6pm. ATMs are only accessible between 9-6, Monday to Friday.

I need to know why say it’s a 24/7 ATM when it’s locked. What do you benefit from it, make people take buses in this cold to come to locked place. This is why I am looking for a new bank.
