I am a area resident and frequent this location for convenience and to pick up my Canada Post parcels. I need to give a big high five to Matt for his great customer service and great overall attitude. It's always nice to be greeted by this gentleman and whether it's your 1st time or your 120th trip in, he'll make you feel welcome and you leave like you made a new friend. great job mamagemrbt, you have a true gem with this guy.

Do not use ATM at this location. Used it the other morning and requested 100$. Machine only dispensed 20$. Used it second time and it dispensed the 100$. Now have to call my bank so they can do an investigation! 21 days. Cibc atm machine!

Best post office staff in the city go in there ask for matt or dan and have a wondeful experance. Truly amazing ppl who will go out of their way to help. And the cashiers are all cute specialy that matt guy.

Matt is fantastic. Great service every time whether I'm visiting the post office or the cash. Goes above and beyond for every customer which is rare in convenience store employees. Will be going back!
