This school has a really low budget. They do book fairs every year to raise money for more books in the library when they can use that money for some air conditioning. This school has been around for tons of years and still does not have an AC. It's hard to learn when it's super hot. Also there is a new rule where you can not have your phone inside of the classroom, only in your locker. I think that this rule makes no sense. Having your phone in the classroom without even using it does not hurt anybody else. I don't understand why this even exists. The people that actually use their phones during class as a distraction should be the ones that have to keep it in their locker or get it taken away. If there's a fire, do you want us to not have our phones near us so we are able to call our parents? Do you want expensive phones to burn? If my phone burns in a fire, I expect you to be paying for me to get a new one. If some students show that they are not able to handle having their phone with them, then you should take THEIRS away, not everyone elses. You should be able to trust your students and have faith that they will do the right thing, and if they do not THEN you should take it away from them. This school has over 500 students and its only 2 stories. They have barely any space for their students that almost every class is a split. Theres only a few good teachers like Mr. Preston, and the rest are horrible, strict and give lots of work and they expect us to finish it immediately when they haven't even taught us that much yet. This school is just horrible.

I attended this school from Grade 2-8(1986-1992). Hated almost every minute of it. However, made many friends that turned out to be Life long 25 years later. Coming June 2018, we will be celebrating our Grade 8 teacher's retirement, his name is Mr. Ogrodnik aka Mr. O. We are trying to gather students and teacher/colleagues past & present to enjoy a night of "Remember when" moments and getting reacquainted with long lost friends. If you attended this school during those years or even shortly afterward, or even possibly know people who did and are from the neighborhood, we'd love to see you.

This is my 5th year in this school. All of the teachers there are mean and stubborn except for a few like Ms.Martini and Ms.Toni. I don't understand why we have to put our phone in our locker. If I was a parent I would not suggest putting your kid in this school. All of the kids from grade 5-8 swear. Oh and let me tell you about the summers, this school has book fairs to raise money for new books they should by AC instead. There is way too many bad things about this school that I can name but at least they have a playground and basketball courts. :)

I graduated from there, I was only there for middle school. Kids swear and all that stuff. It is a bad idea to put middle school with elementary school. Didn’t like it there one bit.

The school was good but it was to small and there weren’t enough technology for students. Thus affecting there learning and they were a bit to lenient on their rules.

This is 2022 and this school does not have Air Conditioners. Imagine a class of 25 to 30 kids and no AC. Summers are horrible.
