Unprofessional. Wasted my time. Be it mistakes, incompetence, or lies, they made the process of renting a car stressful, a bad experience. In short: I called in the morning, they told me they had a car, we made a deal, and at the time we agreed on I called them and they said they never confirmed on me, and that “they thought they sent me a message to inform me that they didn’t have any available cars”, well they didn’t let me know. They saw my frustration and realized their mistake, so they tried to help me by referring me to a different agency, I called them, they told me they had a couple cars available (with the characteristics I was looking for) and they’d hold one for me, so I went there right away and when I arrived they didn’t have available cars as they told me on the phone 20mins earlier. At least the guy drove me to a different agency a couple blocks away where they thankfully had a couple cars available.
