Very disrespectful of the disabled. Due to my mobility issues i only shop at stores that have electric carts. I had not shopped at this store for 3 years as the last time i had been the 2 carts available were out of order and the times i had been before only one out of the two was but as i was creeking along it was clear that cart was on its last legs, before I left the store 3 years ago I made the manager aware of my dissatisfaction and how important it is to the disabled that they have working carts, i left and had not gone back in 3 years. Well I gave it an other try last week.. I saw the same old sad cart and went to service counter to get the key and waited 15 minutes in line to be told that that cart doesn't work and the one out on the floor is running out of power and they were helping the disabled person to get back to the front of the store. I questioned the cashier and let her know that I had not been back there in 3 years and why. Of course the cashier can only transmit my comments to her boss but she did tell me that the cashiers keep asking the store to get new carts instead of sending them out for repairs. I am well aware that PROVIGO is more expensive than other grocery stores, I would expect better consideration for their customers and proper equipment for disabled customers. If they cared I suppose it would show. What shows past and present is their lack of respect for the disabled and truly disinterest in having me as a customer

Good Store overall however they have one big issue there and it's been there for years. It is one of the employees who works weekdays at the self checkouts (won't say names). This person is one of the rudest most unhappy people I have seen in the service industry. I had a 50% off product that they need to scan their card and apply the rebate, I very politely flagged her down and she comes over grabs it out of my hand and proceeds to almost punch through the screen, asked me if that all...I said yes and she says GREAT JUST GREAT. She then proceeded to essentially verbally abuse a lady who is had to be 75-80 who was having issues. My family has also had run ins with her and so have others I have spoken to. Even told my mom who had the same situation as me that she would show her how to apply the rebate so she can do it herself next time...how can she do it herself if you have to scan your admin card...I just have no idea how she has remained there for so many years and doesn't have 5 million complaints against her.

The bakery has been a miserable experience. I called ahead and asked what time the bakery closes at, the girl on the phone said they usually close at 8. I got to the store around 6:45, and there was no one at the bakery. I asked another employee what time it closes at, he says 9 pm. I asked him are you sure the BAKERY closes at 9 too? He says yes. There's still no one at the bakery. I head to the customer service counter and ask what time the bakery closes at, the person tells me 7 pm. I said it's not 7 yet, is there anyone at the bakery? She says if there's no one there, they must have closed early.

Nice and a big store. Clean and well organized. Lot of goods. Fresh fruits and vegetables. Fish and bakeries. A relatively big section for cakes. What I found great is the culinary classes that they offer from time to time on the second floor. You have to register before, though. My kids adore these classes. They learn to cook with professional chef and brig food they cooked to home. Store is accessible for wheelchairs. Parking is big, you can always find a spot close to entrance. If this review was helpful please don't forget to like it. Thank you and enjoy your experience.

The store look nice but the business is not managed at the normal level of expectations. Lot of products in milk area are expired for weeks with even moisture in some of them. The problem no one want to take care of it when I raised it. The Manage went for lunch , customers service no action. Until one employee on side ask me to not bother and go to Kirkland one is much cleaner since she already personally complained a days before and still no action. Next will be to send a note to consumers protection office to have a visit and send them the pictures that I took.

Upscale larger grocery store with big aisles and nice look. This location has cooking courses available, lots of parking, big hot takeout, fish section, fresh vegetables, butcher, fresh pastry and decorating staff, kosher, and clothing. Selfcheckout or cashiers with hardworking staff to help. A wider range of items in a pretty setting that is a few cents more than Warehouse Maxi. Feel pampered, enjoy the look, and get a good walk in the store. Big magazine selection, too.

Big Store. You will find each and every household items from food, drinks, frozen items, toys etc from this store. Total 16 number of lines. Pros ➕ 1. Self Check-out kiosks are available. 2. Large number of items belonging to categories of electronics, domestic items, clothes, etc. 3. Very Well organised. 4. Store is very clean. 5. Staff is very friendly. 6. Good number of billing counters so you don’t have to wait longer. Cons ➖ 1. None.

This is a pretty average grocery store. Yes, it is very large, but sometimes they are lacking things that can be found at other supermarkets in the West Island. The prices are decent, and the checkout usually doesn’t take too long. The parking lot is huge, so never a shortage or spaces to park. Overall, I recommend this grocery store if it’s the closest on to you, but if you’re close to another, try that first.

  • Honest Report

Yesterday I went to self check out. I did not know the code for a vegetable item I was buying and asked the lady working there for help, her name starts with a K. She ignored me while finishing up with another client. Next, she came to key in the code for me and just as I was about to thank her she starts cursing at me for standing next to her. Never saw such a display of anger from an employee here!?.

The food court is always missing a lot of favorites on the menu, notably the pizzas. This lack of option also extends to cheese isle and the bakery. The next closest one on the 40 highway always has every food option at the ready, so if you're out there to get ready to eat food, go to that location instead. Apart from that, it's a standard Provigo, so above average product and service.

This is a big store operate with the Provigo Le Marche concept. Besides the regular grocery, there are coffee shop and mini restaurant inside. Fresh produce, seafood, bakery, meat and steaks are in good supply. For those who are visiting from out of the province, never forget that beer are wine are part of the business too. There are a lot of local craft beer to select from.

A “manager” with 0 class .. Jimmy I am told his name is. I arrived at the store at 8:58pm, two teenagers literally walked in before me but when I walked in he told me it’s closed. It wasn’t 9pm and I literally only needed 1 oat milk which was not far from the cashes. he was so rude I cannot believe this type of individual is what becomes a “manager” at Provigo!

Visited this grocery store once and I was impressed that it was a huge grocery store with tons of items in stock and available for purchase. Advertised sale items were available on Saturday afternoon. Plus, they have a Joe Fresh section as well. I would definitely go back again to this grocery store if I have to.

Very nice grocery store. Extremely clean and bright, very well maintained, the shelves are always well stocked. The produce section is wonderful, everything always looks delicious it makes you want to buy it all and eat it right away! The staff here is always helpful in my experience as well.

  • Grace Fergusson

My favorite grocery! When they mark down items they go down low! 50% off on lots of interesting produce like deli meats, some bags of fruits or veggies, sandwiches, juices and much much more. A very pleasant buying experience as the store is big, wide, inviting and fully stocked.

  • Mike Lowery

This is a pretty good all 'round store. Lots of good quality meat, fish, cheese with some average choices for ready made foods. Selection throughout the store is good, but a little too heavy on PC branded items, at the exclusion of other brand names.

  • Vanessa Bédard

Went to the 'fish' section I believe on Wednesday Feb 2 around 5 PM and asked the person working behind the counter about the sushi. I was curious to know if they made any that had no avocado in them, because I had quickly looked and could … Plus

I am totally impress w/Provigo's quick action to keep their clients safe from Covid-19 2020 (since the beginning) Congratulations! Would greatly appreciate, if at all possible not to increase prices during this pandemic..Thank you so very much!

I just wanted to buy a case of beer. As I didn't see it on shelves, I searched for some time an employee but finally I asked the cashier. She didn't know so she forward me to client service. They didn't know also and ask few times on … Plus

Beautiful store with a varied selection of items that are sure to please your taste buds. Great speciality counters as well with a fresh selection. My only complaint is that some items are more expensive than the same at other grocers

  • Yuvy Goodtime

Pretty generic grocery store, always got what you need. I wished they had more foreign foods now that Mourelatos closed but it's still a big stacked store. It's always clean and well organized and once in a while the got good deals.

  • Linda Khauv

This is what I call a 5 star grocery store! However, I am only giving it a 4 star because I find the price a bit exaggerated for certain products. Other than the price, this place is amazing, it's big, it's clean, it carries … Plus

A lot of items are over priced, and they should review what they sell, average 4 to 5 dollars more than other stores, reminds me of loblaws, before they exited the province. Be fair, that all we want, a good 1 stop store. Thanks

  • AJMC (AJMC)

Clean grocery store providing an enjoyable shopping experience. They have good product offerings, but sadly many basic food items are extremely overpriced. Not a great place to do all of your grocery shopping. …

C'est fou le choix qu'il y a ! Personnel sympa et complètement disponible pour trouver un article, les caisses rapides et personnes pour vous aider à mettre dans les sacs. Tout est parfait jusqu'à l'hygiène bravo !

  • Donald Jacques

Product on special, get to cash , they charge full price. Then they want to dispute, and incenuate I'm too dumb to understand. Careful with the red stickers. These people are worse than the Dorval IGA.

  • Ilias Tekertalis

Always great to shop here. I like the fresh produce area with great quality products and fair prices. The place is extremely clean and respects all covid19 protocols. Staff are also welcoming.

  • Vincent furfaro

Top notch grocery store. They carry products that you cannot find elsewhere. The staff is very helpful. Enjoyable shopping experience. The store is always kept clean and well stocked.

  • Rayan

Apparently not everything they have, they can sell you. Cakes you have to come specific time otherwise they’ll tell you to eff off. Even ready made ones.

  • flyalaz

Like the interior refresh, but their prices are a little high. Ready made sandwiches are handy, but the ready to eat meals are too expensive.

  • Ann Kirkwood

Although a bit difficult to access from St-Jean South bound from the TC it was well maintained with a good selection and helpful staff.

  • Zaya Zaia

C'est un peu difficile d'acces pour les pietons, surtout en hiver, mais la section de la patisserie je la recommande a tout le monde!

  • Faj Monton
