Yesterday I give to Post Office clerk a standard canada post reminder notice that I need to pick something up, the clerk informs me to go some other post office to get help as he wasn't able to do it, I show him that I need to pick it up this post office indicated on the reminder notice. He said their is a number covered by the sticker that Canada Post put on the reminder notice, orginally he thought I put this machine generated sticker, he tried to take the sticker off but he ripped it. Anyway, he doesn't help me, almost stepping out of the pharmaprix I thought to peel the sticker off carefully and I was able to expose the number, so I wrote it down, considering that he is incompetent and can't think beyond taking simple mail and sending mail assisted by his computer and scanner. So I explain to him that I peeled off and exposed the numbers, he sees the number is in reverse in the back of the peeled off sticker, he tells me could you...as if could you write it down for me...and then I show him the number that I wrote, in the end of this 40min friction-hassle at the canada post office just to checkup on this canada post reminder notice it was known that I already picked up the parcel as he entered the number into the computer but I get that the post office tall guy running the show is utterly incompetent and impatient to figure things out and make good to his clients. Not only that in a subtle way he made it seem like I was doing something wrong that its my fault that the sticker was put on that I should go to another post office that he cannot help me. 2023-04-25

Ridiculous racist staff. This morning I went to pick up my package, the lady there ask me for a ID even before scanning the pick-up code. I showed my Internet bill as usual ( I am an international student here, so I use the bills with address and my name on it to pick up packages in last 4 years.) Then the lady told me she needs a government issued ID, I told her I don’t have one since I am not a citizen, and I showed her everything i have including student ID. Then she said YOU NEED TO GET ONE AND THEN COME BACK. What the hell?? How could I get one if I am not a citizen? ？I don’t have a ID so I cannot get my orders even if I can prove my identification? I have picked up from Canada post thousand times, this lady is the most ridiculous unreasonable one.

Today on Sunday October 9, I encountered very rude attitude from an employee. It was 4 o’clock and I neeeded to drop off my Amazon package with the label Amazon gives. The employee guy said that he will serve only those two ladies and wouldn’t serve me. Wow the funny fact that he comes at work 10 min after opening , but surprisingly very « punctual » closing at 4. Funny fact that online it says that this location closes at 5 and not at 4. Very rude impolite employee. Please make sure he opens his counter on time and not 10-15 min later.

I went just before the holiday season to send some packages and the office was extremely busy. However, the staff are handling it really well! So calm and inviting. Almost makes me feel like I should send packages more often! My only issue is that it’s in a Pharmaprix and during Covid I’m not sure it has the greatest ventilation. I had to queue up for 15 min.

Always helpful, in the store or on the phone. All staff are efficient, fast and knowledgeable about the services offered or occasionally need to refer to a colleague. Yes, it is busy and you sometimes have to wait for for help. I wish they still offered photocopying prior to mailing, even if the price had to increase. Definitely the best local Post Office.

Have gone here very regularly to pick up packages and have always come away satisfied. It's a pretty busy location so yes, there can be a wait at times but that's to be expected. Staff are polite and professional and I know that I will happily continue to send my packages here.

Très déçue du service. On perd un temps fou dès qu'il y a 2 personnes en attente et le 1er colis que j'envoie à l'international me revient + de 6 mois après dans un état lamentable. Je me débrouillerai autrement la prochaine fois, cette poste là vient de perdre 1 cliente.

I've been here multiple times and it has always been good. But the woman who is attending the counter rifht now was downright rude and disrespectful. The more seasoned the employee the ruder they get is the general trend.

Hello today by far was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had the clerk went out of her way to help wrap an item which she wasn’t suppose god bless her and thank you very much for your thoughtful service!

Absolutely rude and disrespectful worker. I have never encountered such a rude worker at canada post offices. They have a sign saying that rude customers will not be tolerated, yet their own staff is rude.

Rude disrespectful condescending and zero human factor. These people who work there have no business being in public service. Manager is the worst she is rude on purpose and enjoy verbally abusing people.

So rude, wow... I've never been spoken to with such a tone of impatience and dismissiveness. However, there's another lady (not sure if she still works there) who was always so lovely to everyone.

I pay for a PO BOX and they provide insufficient postal details for it. Had to lookup the postal code on the site, as this ain't the same as the drugstore where it is located. Poor service.

The Google opening times are always wrong I have walked here in the cold so many times to find that the post office is closed.

Some people work there are not professional at all. I wanted to ship a pocket and she was insisting to ship it as a parcel.
