So, I had to mail tax forms to the US. I told the woman at the PO that I just care about the postmark date, not the delivery time. For 36 bucks to mail 12 pages in a manilla envelope was kind of crazy. My opinion. I thought she was going to lose it. She was seriously impatient, and I was one of her first customers. I had to fill out a customs paper. I told her it was just forms. She got really mean. Seriously, this person needs to find a job that she does not interact with people. Unfortunately, in the past 27 years here in Montreal, this is typically the quality of service you get here. Mean, mad people. Rarely the opposite is true. They probably will replace her with someone worse. Love all the other one-star evaluations. Actually, the guy who delivers the mail is worse...zero stars... I said bonjour/hello to him yesterday...he growled and grunted. Canada Post, you really need to work with your employees and contractors.

A postal service should be able to send anything anywhere, no? Today they could not send a tablet to France. Why? Because it's dangerous by plane (lithium battery) . They told me to go to UPS. So I did, they were very friendly there ( can't say the same about any post office).very accommodating and knowledgable . And guess what? they will deliver my tablet to France by plane even if it has a lithium battery and in 4 days. Canada Post is the worst...it has gotten worse over the years but for me that was the last straw! UPS and Amazon are now my new delivery choices!

Lady working at the counter during the day time is extremely rude. She raised her voice at me and told me not to touch the envelopes. I was just trying to see the size of the envelope, since I did not bring my own personal measuring tape with me to imagine the dimensions on my own. I understand things are different now with the virus, but clients should be able to look at and touch the envelopes to make sure they are purchasing the correct size. I have been purposely going out of my way to not go to this Canada Post so I do not have to see her.

Crazy woman (manager?) with zero service all attitude. She has no idea what she's talking about. Told me how much I owed for sending a package without telling me the options, delays etc. Probably the worst Canada post shipping experience ever, and since I'm an active ebayer, I use the service A LOT.

A middle-aged female manager who looks like a Mexican is extremely rude and rude. She will be very impatient with your questions and give you a roll of eyes or stare at you. And not once or twice, she often does. I feel sad that Canada Post has hired such employees.

This is my favourite post office. The manager really knows her stuff, and works with speed. She has a great personality and is always happy to see her regular customers. Polite and efficient, the entire staff benefits from the manager's joie de vivre.

Agree with other reviews, the lady works there is rude, she may be experienced, but her attitude makes me trying to avoid that post office even though it is convenient for me.
