Terrible and disrespectful employee.The lady was extremely rude and not helpful. It’s one thing to not be able to help out a costumer but it’s another to not even try and disregard them completely. I told the lady how I was never asked if I wanted tracking number or not. She did not believe me. It is my 10th time properly sending package through this exact post office and I always asked for tracking number. I send important documents why would I not ask for a tracking number. I understand they might have made a mistake or maybe even I did but for her to be this level of disrespectful and straight up mean and rude. Yeah no, if you don’t want to get your package lost and have employees disrespect you don’t come here. Terrible service. Human to human you got to treat people with respect. Never coming here again.

A counter named Jenny was very rude and irresponsible. She was not able to give appropriate instructions to customers who mail their passports to the visa center for the first time, even though I double-checked with her beforehand. Once she found something was not right afterwards, she just said it was the customer's thing, anyway, it had nothing to do with her, the customer should have asked her, otherwise she won't give any instructions in detail. I don't think she cannot understand how important the passport is to everyone, but she doesn't care about any customer, and just shirks responsibility and blames others.

Worst customer support ever!!! I am really disappointed, they couldn't even print a paper from my flash drive, they don't accept email either. How I am suppose to print the paper!!! I am really mad. The stuff don't know anything about computer technology. I am pretty sure their machine only accept FAT32 flash drive. When I asked them before I brought my flash drive they told me any system file will works. They waisted my time 3 times. I am never going back again. If i could give 0/5 i will not hesitate. They don't deserve 1/5

In this office, a young kind gentleman named “Aboud” works. He has a great sense of customer service. He always provide you with useful information. He explains everything with patience. I couldn't have posted some of my documents without his help and he makes me feel at ease. I believe he deserves a raise.

I don’t really like Canada post because they never deliver and they just leave a notice but the staff here are really nice. Just went there today and the Asian lady was smiling and doing her job really fast and properly. So 5 stars for this branch.

Other offices on St. Catherine or Atwater often gave me a pack of the free adhesive pouch since I ship regularly. when I ask at this office, the employee looks like I embarrassed her by asking…. and gave me 1 reluctantly. Feeling wired …

Extremely unreliable Canada Post office, almost every week they randomly close for the entire day or close hours early. There's no warning online or anywhere until you got to the store already and wasted your time.

The staff is very helpful. I would recommend if you are sending out your documents because the staff is already aware about the different envelopes to use and how to send out these documents.

Only 1 employee is there.. The line is big specially during peak hour. Should consider adding more employees to speed up the service. Otherwise it's a good post service as expected.

Friendly staff. The gentleman and the lady who work there are very helpful, kind, and patient. This is rare to see in other Canada post stores around the area.

TOO lazy TO deliver to my apartment! why I need to pick things up by myself? You can deliver the notice card to my building, but not my parcel ?

All other locations have the enveloppes for the labels and this location charges 1$ for tape.
