I had in the past not being happy with the service at the dog grooming, never got really rectified. However yesterday I went and request.ed help went into groomer at PetSmart that was late when they were no longer taking dogs. She however direct me to what blade shave number to do my furry girl, then manager and Peggy help me out. Great price great service. My Suzie is happy now with a shave down. PetSmart you gain my respect again but thank you for the staff last nite

I would not trust them with grooming my dog ever again. We took our schnauzer for a regular cut and bath , which we've never had issues with, and came back to find a completely different looking dog. When dropping her off they mentioned a few knots, and instead of spending some time brushing them out, they just shaved her off completely. At the very least they could've called to ask if we were okay with this.

It’s a good pet shop in comparison to other stores. Most of the products are well organized and you won’t have hard time finding what you want. They provide a buzzer to ask for assistance which is quite satisfying, because I always struggle with finding a store associate to help me out. The store associate at Vancouver’s west 2nd Ave are so helpful and kind.

Staff is always friendly and helpful. Seems like people that work their really enjoy their jobs. We took our dog here from her training. The trainer, Donna, is great. Very patient and always happy to see us. We take our dog here for a walk sometimes and always find new things to buy. They have pumpkin cookies for Halloween.

Editing my review as I always come to this location for my dog’s grooming and to pick up supplies. The staff here are amazing! Every time we walk by, my dog stands outside looking in with her tail wagging. We also did the intro puppy training course here and it was so cute when they gave out graduation hats on the last day.

I’ve been getting my Bernedoodle groomed by Michelle since she was a puppy and Michelle is FANTASTIC. The cut always looks good and she’s very patient (my girl hates getting her face trimmed) Highly recommend the groomers, make sure you leave a tip. They’re always busy and do a great job. Also very friendly staff.

It really sucks seeing small single fish put in tiny cups where they can barely move. I really hope PetSmart can grant these fish some dignity and let them roam in a bigger tank with other fish-mates. They do not deserve to suffer in small cups just for the convenience of customers. They are living creatures.

I would leave a better review if not for the heartbreaking state of the fishies. All crowded in a cup with no room to swim. I was highly disturbed. As it stands now, this place has little to no regard for the animals it houses. Please do better.

Exceptionally friendly and accommodating staff, we were half an hour late to a kitten adoption meeting and the volunteer was still happy to meet with us. She even let us play with all the cats and got us an answer for all our questions.

The store is huge and has a lot of stuff to select. But we had to wait for someone to help us about 15 minutes. There was only one guy to help customers who was helpful at the end.
