I was desperate to get a life jacket for my 6 month old puppy who was a medium size but there seemed to be a shortage in the city. I went to four stores and called ten and Pet Food N More not only had one in stock but they also put it on hold for me late in the evening and kept the store open so I could pick it up. The customer service throughout the process was fantastic and I really appreciated it! My dog needed it too as he fell in between two boats and was able to easily float till we could get him.

We've come here a few times and we love the super friendly staff there. Not only are the staff always bubbly and happy in greeting their human customers, you can really tell they love their pet customers too. We bought a puzzle toy for our dog that turned out to be too easy for him, came back the next week for an exchange, and the lady there actually remembered us and was happy to recommend another product for us (despite us losing the receipt lol). Would highly recommend! :)

We have been going to Pet Food 'N More for the last 2 years and have had nothing but great experiences. Reasons I love this place; they carry a fairly large selection of just about everything that rivals some of the bigger pet chains, they have a pet food rewards program, the staff always impress me with their knowledge and seem to have good discretion to make decisions on the spot, and the staff genuinely seem like they are there as they love animals.

The manager Marion repeatedly (four times) kept saying my two year old was swearing when he was in his stroller at the store. Loudly so others could hear. He was clearly saying muffin. I cannot imagine what she thought he was saying. It was inappropriate, rude and awkward. You would think the manager would have a bit more common sense and maturity to model better professionalism to the younger staff. There are a lot of families in this neighbourhood.

Yesterday, I was super-stressed because I was on my way to a puppy-sit in West Van and had just heard that part of West Georgia was locked down. I had no clue how to drive around it. Both young women in the Oak Street store went out of their way to help me figure out an alternate route that would get me to the puppy on time. Seriously, I was having a really bad day, and they took the time to make it a great day. Thanks so much!!!

Great selection of both dog and cat foods. Reward program -buy 10 bags of pet food get the 11th free! You can bring your pet if they are well behaved and on leash. Staff are friendly and helpful. Lots of free parking in the lot behind the store. Free 1 hour street parking. I've been shopping here for 10 years and never had any problems. Store is happy to take returns, even for pet food & treats.

Cute little pet store. Came to look for Christmas presents for friends with dogs. Nice large selection and variety of toys. Store isn't overwhelming in size which is nice. Not too busy. Parking in the back and depending on the time of day can park in the front. Friendly service. Not an expert in prices , but got some natural dog chew toys for less than 5 dollars. Seems more than reasonable.

My rescue pup Pirate and I came in to get a collar this morning and the two young ladies working were so sweet with him! He just landed from Mexico and he did not want to go inside the store at all, but the moment he walked in they made him feel right at home and so very welcomed. It's really nice to know my local pet shop has such kind workers, we will definitely be back :)

This store was the first and so far the only one in which we have bought food and toys for our husky Tara, since we moved to Canada. The staff is incredibly friendly and for Tara it´s like a little feast every time we go because they are all so kind to her and she knows she´ll receive a treat from them, haha. We are very fortunate that this place is one block from our home.

Very fantastic store. The staff were very warm and helpful. They listened to the long stories that each customer (including myself) had to tell about their pets. Very knowledgeable and a great selection of product to choose from. The person who helped me had even been done their shift, and still took time to walk me through product, I really appreciated it.

Excellent selection of merchandise, knowledgeable & conscientious staff, competitive prices. They know there merchandise & were prepared to order in what they didn't have in stock. I was phoned as soon as they received it. They have intermittent sales on selected merchandise. Only problem was that there was no flyer or e-mail with what was on sale.

The staff are super friendly to customers and puppies alike. In addition, the many products they stock are items that the owners and staff all recommend or give to their pets as well. Highly recommend to drop by. P.S. - They have usually a pet treat of the month, to which you can test whether your puppy likes the treat or not.

Decent selection, but it's really poor taste to have rabbit flavoured cat food (which presumably has actual rabbit meat) in a fridge literally next to the aisle where I was picking up food and toys for my bunny. Edit: Way to completely miss the point with your response....

One of my favourite neighbourhood pet shops. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, and I love how they open late on weekdays. They are also one of the rare pet stores that stock the cat litter I use in bulk and if they run out, they will take special orders!

It was affordable but sadly they dont bring in custom orders so i have to stick to downtown for my cats catnip habit. However their litter saved the day when Safeway down the street ran out! Great customer service and pet friendly!!

It is a convenient store with limited parking on the curbside and plenty of parking at the back. Prices are surprisingly good compared to some other retailers. Staff are friendly. We are regulars.

Good selections on pets food and pets accessories. Prices are hit and miss, cannot compete with the big boys. They do price match, reluctantly. Staff are mostly knowledgeable and fairly friendly.

They have a good selection for cat food and toys, but it is a smaller store. The boys working there have no idea about the products, but they are nice. The cat grass is great. Best in the city.
