Came in unsure of what food to get my puppy, as I wanted to get him top quality food and ended up getting a puppy care package. I got a free bag of high quality puppy food, and saved another $25 on top of that. The staff were very well trained and obviously knew what they were talking about as they kept me away from the raw section knowing his adult teeth aren't in yet.

The staff are incredibly friendly and they carry a wide variety of foods and toys at reasonable prices. The employees always try to answer my questions to the best of their abilities, and it's great to hear some personal reviews of certain products they sell. My one minor complaint would be that they don't sell many catnip-free cat toys.

Great selection of food and toys! Kind and helpful staff, there was a weird, alien like creature walking around. It has pure black eyes and grey skin. He was carrying what seemed like a ray gun. I was not nervous but more intrigued. Could i get some more information about this creature? Is this in every store? Or just this one. Thanks!

I've grown to love our local store. Its a smaller store but still well stocked. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable too. Parking is decent but because its in the corner and beside a grocery store it can be pretty busy. Always a good visit for the kittens too that are in need of a good home .

The staff are incredibly helpful and kind. They're so friendly and I can tell they're passionate about their jobs. They had a cute cat there and I was allowed to pet it. Really great staff and clean, a nice variety of items. I bought my puppy a rain coat and it is of quality.

Excellent customer service and product knowledge... I wanted to match Brand X of dog food as precisely as possible... They said, "This bag here is the exact same formula as Brand X but for resale with us smaller guys and not big box store Y..." Googled it up... Checks out...

On Monday night I stopped in to Pet Valu to purchase nail clippers for my kitty. The girl helping me was outstanding. I was blown away with how friendly and helpful she was. I will now be returning there for anything and everything I need. Good job!
