Worst customer service, daughter ask if she could replace her library card, was told they could not do anything about it...which is not true at all!!! Dont know wheather she was just bloody lazy or maybe she should just look for a job where she's out the back, not interracting with customers, cause she's bloody hopeless. I know it cost $4.00 to replace and also you have to show id, which is fair enough, but being told they cant do anything about it, c'mon you work in a Public Library!!! not for the Parliament House. Freakin Hell!

I was so disappointed that the person who is certifying my document is so rude, I asked him, I need to certify my document, he grab the stamp and try to stamp my original document, I said it's the original, he said so what?? Then I ask is there any photocopy machine here and he replied rudely i don't know. I went to receptionist and ask for photocopy, she showed me direction. Person who helped me to do photocopy was so nice and even guided me how to do it.

Library is open again. The current changes (sign in & sanitizer) at the entrance is quick and easy, limited numbers allowed inside no problem, you see someone going round and sanitizing surfaces regularly, plexiglass screens as well. Despite this the staff were welcoming, cheerful ,helpful and as pleased to see us back as we were to see them and be back. All up I had no problem using the library with these new arrangements in place.

The staff at the hub is rather kind and respectful when tending to our needs, especially if it's for extending a user's time spent on the computers. I've never seen any of the 'rude' and 'terrible' experiences that many ongoing regulars do but for me, I give it a solid yes when it comes to trusting them with your information.

Library staff members are rude and totally unprofessional. They lie to visitors and try to make them wrong all the times. There security staff has no sense of how to behave with people who come to visit library. These library staff members need to be changed or retraining with better customer service skills.

witnessed one of the staff tell the young girl off for using her deodorant. it was horrible and the girl started crying. she was minding her own business studying until she had to leave due to staff member telling her the smell is bad when it wasn’t. i did advice the girl to complain and i hope she did

The library is pretty great. Facilities are all there. Staff are very helpful and there's security constantly monitoring the door and aisles. The only complaint is that there are too many school students who use the library as a hang and a cause a lot off noise pollution.

Very rude staff with no smile on face. Very bad service when u need help with scanning or copying some documents even tho they’re not busy . It’s better go penrith library, they’re more friendly l. I needed the jp so visited this. I would not recommend this. Disappointed

I have been going there with my wife. The library is clean, all the computers and printers are in good working order. The staff are so helpful and always with a smile. I, m so proud to have such nice people and a beautiful library in our area. Thank you.

I go there for the cds.a painting of an aboriginal elder is there and I'm delighted.nice staff,intelligent and helpful. Still,want an art space or cultural time upstairs.wish the Cafe was open as proceeds go to,youth health.a good place to be.thanx.

My past experiences were always good, but I don't know why the lady at the front counter on Friday 15th was rude, maybe she was having a bad morning but no need to take it out on the customers. Treating me like I was at the RTA and needed ID.

Great place. Lots of computers, DVDs, CDs and of course, books! Lots to choose from and lots of great ones. The librarians were super happy to help with anything. Super quiet as well. Definitely coming back. :)

Best library in the area with awsome security staff who smile and are welcoming , many great seating spaces and always clean and tidy. This is what we pay taxes for .
