I think the Olde Oakville Market has just about all you need. I visit Whole Foods & Shopper's at least once a week, the liquor store maybe monthly, Chapters for gift cards, Starbucks for coffee and Beertown for a beer and meal. An amazing selection of brews!!

Beautiful store, as all Whole Foods are, with helpful staff. Well stocked with Gluten Free items, and all manner of organic foods. The supplement and body care area is well stocked and manned by very well-informed staff. Pricey but ... Whole Foods.

I just don't get wholefoods I guess. Nice veggies and meat, but the rest of the stuff is just trying too hard to be special. I want to buy good natural ingredients and make stuff myself. Much of the selection here seems to run to semi pre-prepared.
