Amazingly such a beautiful dental centre…went for a dental checkup (few days ago) for almost after a decade and a half. As soon as you enter, the ambience appears to be calming and peaceful with such a warm and welcoming setup. Was welcomed by Navdeen who appeared to be so nice and friendly. Dr Raghad and his assistant were so nice and polite with great professional experience. They did my check up involving two X-rays . They answered all my questions so nicely with detailed explanations. Today my sister-in-law complained of toothache and straightaway i recommended her to make appointment with Mount Druitt Dental Care. She got the booking at 11am. We went in and were welcomed by Christine. She is so nice and friendly, offering us coffee/tea while seated in the beautiful waiting area. I bet anyone would hardly expect this at a Dentist. I would say this is the best dental centre I have been to……..And the best in Mount Druitt . My next appointment is on next Wednesday and I am looking forward to it without any regrets. When you walk in you get a great sense of calmness so if you’re getting an extraction like I did today and your nerves are playing up, the receptionist lady certainly has the personality and great customer service to make you feel you will be looked after beyond this point. The room was clean, lighting was Dr was very informative before and after. I was then hit with the bill that had no explanation ‍♀️ of what I was paying for. Was told before the extraction by dr that it’ll cost anywhere from $200 and up for extraction. Now I’m at home in pain laying on my couch thinking why didn’t it cost me $250 ($50 X-ray) if it was just an extraction but instead it cost me $550 and how is that broken down?! Hmmm overall, my experience was 2nd visit for review, asked how much a clean is and was quoted $300+ for each session 3 family members recently got cleaned at 3 different places paying only half that price. I think they suss you out first and varies from client to client. Again, nice receptionist, friendly and helpful but won’t be going back unless I’ve got an arm to offer

I had such a pleasant experience at mount druitt dental care , the moment I walked in the receptionist was such a kind , professional , empathetic woman. My dental therapist brittenee was also so professional yet down to earth , empathetic, kind and very knowledgeable, I have a painful jaw and limited mouth movement at the moment(tmj) which caused me to have alot of anxiety , brittenee reassured me and gave me some techniques to help with my issue. I left feeling very supported , and anxiety diminished and her assistant was just as wonderful as brittenee I am very happy I that i went to mount druitt dental care they took the time to really help me despite it was late they did not rush me very genuine caring people. First appointment, first impression & totally blown away. What a beautiful boutique dental office, tucked away in the heart of Mt Druitt. The office is so colorfully decorated, not your typical dental office. The staff are lovely, fun & so inviting! It feels like you’re at a friends house, not the daunting dentist. The Doctor (dentist) is so kind, reassuring & honest. This isn’t a place that just takes your money & sends you on your way. I went here to get two teeth distracted. It was quick and I didn't feel a thing. I also went there two other times and had all my teeth cleaned and some gaps filled. Very professional and caring staff. The male Dentist made me feel comfortable and was actually funny. Taking my mind off what he was doing and telling me stories and making me laugh. The waiting Room had a very calming affect with the candles and self help books and the background calming music. I highly recommend My Druitt Dental Care for everyone. I actually don't mind going to the dentist at all now. I will be back there soon to get my dentures. I look forward to it.

I’ve recently (personally) came to see dentists at Mount Druitt Dental Care- referred by a family friend and they were able to help ME solve my dilemma, QUICK and fuss-free! Admin and dentist are so efficient and so easy to talk to! Tonight, I took my 4y/o (who’s had a bad past experience with a different dentist/different clinic) after she complained of “ouchie. Booking was a breeze and we were seen within the next day! They were so understanding of my little one’s distress and were able to do fillings (more than 2!), despite my daughter’s crying. I’m so grateful and highly recommend this dental clinic and their whole team!

When I first visit this Dental Clinic, I have no idea what to expect aside from saying that the presentation of the lobby or the reception area is quite amazing, very clean, smells great and the receptionist is very friendly and approachable along with others. The doctors here are very nice. I was very nervous for my appointments and Dr Nael and Dr Botham made me feel very comfortable when I went in. The Receptionists too are lovely and make you feel like a friend rather than a customer. Gemma made me feel at ease and less nervous when it came time for my wisdom tooth extraction review. The place is quite nice inside too, homey instead of surgical/hospital feeling. Great service from everyone! I thank everyone there for their care and dedication!

I came in for a check up and clean tonight and the girls at the front desk are so lively, outgoing and super nice. I was very impressed with Mount Druitt Dental Clinic, the reception area is more like a hotel lobby it’s beautifully decorated, comfortable lounge seating, beautiful smells and relaxing music I also noticed an area for kids. The dental assistant and receptionist were very pleasant, love the bright colours they wore. The lady dentist was wonderful she provided a thorough and painless treatment. Overall this dentist has an excellent vibe, “I’ll be back”

When I went to my appointment, the waiting area is really nice and soothing have books and candles it’s great. The receptionist was very helpful and kind. I saw Dr Raghal and his assistant to have a filling done and tooth extraction. Which was done with the utmost care and best outcome. I received the best care and treatment from this team. The caring and kindness they showed whilst receiving treatment made the decision for me that I will be returning for further treatments.

Exceeded my expectations. The place is very comfortable and modern. Staff are lovely. (They actually squeezed me in because they knew I was in pain even though they were booked out) I found the Dr to be professional and easy to understand. There was no rushing or unexplained questions. Overall a good clean environment with good people. Highly recommended

I've had a check-up and cleaning here and taken my two kids here as well for a check-up. While they're friendly, I would not classify them as children's dentists. When they suggested a treatment, they didn't take the time to explain why it was needed so I felt that they were just pushing for extra services.
