Did not love my experience here. Firstly the treatment room was chaotic with people coming in and out. Secondly my cleaning (1 of 2 reasons for going in) was very quick. I didn’t feel 100% after. Secondly I expressed concern over a sore tooth by which the dentist tried to demonstrate I had cavities (mind you I’ve never had one since all my adult teeth came in). It’s not like I would really know what a hole in a tooth looked like. The dentist was more concerned about selling me services - like fillings which would have amounted to $550 or so. The reason I know I have no fillings is because my other dentist - in the US told me I do not need fillings, and he’s been around for 40 years. So I’m inclined to believe him. My advice, especially when you have no insurance, take time to ask questions. Get a 2nd opinion if you have to. Chances are they are just trying to sell to you.

I've got a friend recommending Dr Li in this clinic. DR Li is not only extremely PROFESSIONAL, also he showed his CARE to patient. He kept telling me what would be going on next step and how would it came up and felt like. And though out the whole process, I felt so comfortable and no nervous feeling at all. Definitely unlike my previous dental experiences at other dental services. This was my third time visit after I shifted from my previous dentist in Kingsgrove. So worth to drive for over an hour to come over to see Dr Li. Besides, there's got plenty of car park lots underground. Search Green zone where the nearest to the clinic. Last but not the least, the receptionists and assistances are polite and efficient too.

I was never happy with my teeth for decades, & thought nothing could be done that I could ever afford. I had to get rid of two teeth for my braces journey, which I will admit I was very nervous and anxious about. I had Dr. Li which is an amazing man who has helped my parents and I previously. He made me feel comfortable and was very gentle with my teeth, he even complimented my teeth and offered free cleaning which was the sweetest thing ever. He helped got rid of some of the plaque and then provided me instructions on how to take care of my mouth post surgery. I will be coming back in the future because one of my wisdoms is growing and it possibly may could be a risk. Dr Li is amazing and the recieption lady was very nice. Please come here, it’s very worth it and the prices are fair here.

Dr. Craig is a fantastic Dental Surgeon!!! He successfully got rid of my two very impacted wisdom teeth with awfully hook shaped roots, which could be challenging to any dentist. After the surgeries, he also followed up to make sure that I took the right dosage of antibiotics and painkillers to help me feel better. Dr. Craig helped remove my daughter's two seriously impacted wisdom teeth as well. He even tried to help answer her questions on possiblity of pursuing medical studies when she visited. Thanks Dr. Craig for being so generous and nurturing!!! Caring and humorous Dentist with wonderful approachable manners. Highly recommended.

Dr Cheng Li was my dentist and I am super happy with his work. He was so patient, reassuring, explained everything in detail, clearly informed me of pricing upfront and was just so amazing!! The clinic is a bit difficult to find at first when following google maps and there being no signs saying “primary dental” ..took a leap of faith and went up the elevator where it said medical centre and dentist... thankfully it was the right one. Receptionist was super nice and welcoming, so overall it was a good experience. Highly recommend. Glad I found this place, will continue coming here in future and bring my kids too.

Visited this dental practice with my mother who needed a dental clean and check. We had booked an appointment with Dr Ena Oberoi for the start of their day, so we didn't have to wait. My mother had a pleasant experience and the dentist kept explaining what she was doing throughout the process. Both the dentist and her nurse were efficient in their work. They found that she needed a filling and accommodated her to cover it in the same appointment without asking for a revisit. Overall my mother is very satisfied with the work and happy with result, 5 to the doctor, her nurse and the practice.

Ill be honest with you, I haven't been dentist for a while, went in was nervous (nothing was wrong or bad with my teeth, just thought its time!) but i was so comfortable around Dr li. He could see I was nervous and made me feel so comfortable, complimented my Naruto shirt and every time I needed to relax because of the needles he was so calming and patient and was happy. I couldn't believe how lucky I got with Dr Li. He did an AMAZING job on my teeth, they look perfect and I'm not afraid to smile no more, Thank you Dr Li, thank you very much. See you in 6 months. You were amazing.

I've been coming here for a few years now and each time I've come, the receptionist has been so friendly and polite. She remembers who you are and asks nice questions which makes you feel welcomed. The dentist here are professional and want to help you fix any issues you may have, they take the time to explain explain to you what is going on and what they will be doing to help you. I appreciate this as I'm a picky person who wants to know everything. I highly recommend coming here as they are friendly and professional.

The visit to Primary Dental was really pleasant. From the start, the receptionist was kind and understanding. The dental assistant who helped Dr Vuong was great too. The consultation with Dr Vuong was comprehensive. She really took the time to explain to me my teeth situation, demonstrated the right way to brush and floss, and even walked me through a great plan of action to take care of my teeth. Going to the dentist is always daunting but this was definitely the opposite - such a lovely experience.

Waited 40 mins to see the dentist. I was seriously thinking of cancelling my appointment as I had other appointments to attend but I’m glad I waited as the dental experience itself was 10/10. Service was outstanding. Dr Linh and her dental assistant were both very friendly, professional, thorough. I was very impressed. I don’t think it’s the norm waiting for that long to see a dentist. Dr Kaur was friendly and well received by my two young children. She was gentle and thorough in her examinations. The practice referred us for X-rays which were performed immediately at the complex. Being on the same level of the same building we were able to return to Dr Kaur straight away for treatment plan from said X-rays. The fees appeared were affordable. Overall given the results, it was an easy & affordable process. Thank You

It was my dentist until today!!! I had an appointment at 9 am after several cancellations from their side due to COVID restrictions. I was the only one in the waiting room. Waited for 26 minutes and they just told me I had to continue waiting, or change dentist! This is outrageous specially when I know that if you as patient are late they will cancel your appointment.

Dr Gurinderjit kaur is my family dentist. She is work so patiently, make my kids comfortable during the checkup . My mother also saw her for filling, really happy with the treatment. Receptionist is super nice and welcoming, so overall it is a good experience. Highly recommend. Glad I found this place, will continue coming here in future and recommend to my friends.

It is one of the best dental service provider in Rouse Hill. The staff is welcoming and treat the patients nicely. I get my treatment done by Dr. Kaur and she is an excellent doctor and truly care about the patients well being. She is our family doctor and my son is no more scared about visiting dentist now. Great dentist. Very friendly and polite staff and Dr Kaur is an amazing dentist. I’m a very anxious patient but Dr Kaur and her dental assistant are always kind, caring and supportive and talk me through everything. I will not see anyone else. My children also see Dr Kaur. Great experience. So easy to get appointments on short notice. They are flexible and there are many GPs available as well. I visited Dr Sandy Lin for my dental cleanup. She is amazing. Very polite and great at her job. I recommend them 100% I also visited Dr Shweta Thakkar who is a GP and she is also really good. Overall very clean centre.

WORST DENTIST EXPERIENCE. STAY AWAY! I had an appointment booked weeks in advance for a long overdue check up. Was made to wait 30 minutes on the day and then when I finally got to see Dr Amiri she had me in and out all in 15 minutes?! It was such a rushed job and they charged $200+ for it. What a rip. You've been warned.

Awesome dentist office. I see Dr. Voung and she's lovely. Reception are always friendly and happy to help and dentists are very friendly and willing to work with you. Dental assistants are very caring and gental when helping the other staff members. Would definitely recommend going to this dental office, they're wonderful

Would highly recommend this dental practice. Dr. Vuong was very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and gentle. Was able to pick up issues that other dentists didn’t. The receptionist are very nice too and explained the charges clearly. Also great that they’re bupa preferred, so no gap for general check up.

Dr Cheng li is super gentle dentist and explain everything carefully. Had to have a tooth extracted for my father which he was extremely nervous about. My father was very happy with the treatment , didn't feel anything during the procedure . Highly recommended

Excellent service and advice on treatment plans. It’s the first place that worked hard on saving my teeth before the inevitable! I have 2 molars I was told that need to come out and 4 years later I still have them without major problems thanks to doctor Voung.

Staff are alway accommodating and friendly. Dental procedures smooth, efficient and pain is minimal. Dr Linh Vuong is excellent :) They are typically running a few minutes late, as is typical for dental practices.
