I had an absolute pathetic experience at this store with Nitesh who claims to be the owner but is just an employee there.. He is one of the most unprofessional, lacks basic courtesy and does not have any skill to be in hospitality industry.. you give him any feedback for his food and he starts hating you.. at times I wonder how such people end in Hospitality industry in places like Canada.. he runs this store like a “desi “ Kirana store in a remote village in India and acts mad even at being asked for extra set of tissues. He does not believe in giving you the receipt and acts strange when I ask him to give me one. He lacks brains to understand that people visit his store not just for the pizzas which you find in every block here but to experience some great hospitality. Such unethical practices should be reported to CRA or Revenue agencies. I had much better experience at Millwoods store and the manager there assured me that he will escalate about Nitesh’s arrogant, unprofessional and hooliganism to the management. I would recommend people to rather visit Millwooods store if they are fond of Millcreek Pizzas.

Some of the best pizza around. Really fresh & well done. Not over cooked. They have somehow to manged it the perfect middle. The crust itself I finished all the way edges. I visisted them in the long weekend at the most busiest time & can’t complaint after tasting the pizza. I highly recommend them here!

I called to place an order. The first time we ordered pizzas from Millcreek we were very happy with the service. We purchased a trucker pizza and a hawaiian pizza. Since the trucker pizza is 28$ for two pizzas we asked for one trucker and one extra pineapple and extra ham pizza which they gladly did! It was great. We were regular customers about two years ago. Not sure if the original guy changed but they have now made it a HUGE issue that we ask for extra pineapple and ham. It only makes sense that if you are paying a premium price of $28 for two truckers, you could instead switch one pizza and get a little extra pineapple and ham. But NO. They make it into such a huge issue. We will not order from here again. Absolutely pathetic customer service.

As we ordered vegetarian pizza from ellerslie store, and my husband stepped in the store to get the pizza, and the guy, who was at the reception wasn’t nice at all, my husband paid for the dips with pizza but when he came out he found the dips weren’t there , not even in side the pizza box. He went in the store again and asked them for the dips which he didn’t receive but the guy said that you are lying about the dips . The guy said you didn’t pay for the dips, my husband left the pizza there, and stepped out . There customer service is worse. We had this bad experience and I don’t want that anyone else will experience the same.

Ordered a large pepperoni pizza for pick up and they did not ask for any of my information. Went to pick it up and was left waiting in the front as the people working noticed me and didn’t make an effort to say anything. Then a guy walked in a few minutes after me and walked right up to the counter in front and the employees came running up and helped him first even though I informed them that I was there for a while. Their response was to just laugh and say I know. Unless you are willing to throw a punch for a mediocre pizza, I would not recommend coming here…

I ordered 3 pizzas veg , cheez and tandoori chicken on 12th August. It was my worst experience regarding pizza. We couldn't differentiate with looks that which is cheez , veg and chicken. The guy who wrote on boxes had pathetic handwriting which was not legitimate. Taste was worse , all of them tasted same. This was my first and last order with millcreek pizza. I will strongly recommend not to order food from them cause this will end up in ruining your occasion as they ruined ours. When I called back to give them feedback, the guy on the phone was rude and arrogant and didn't even render an apology just for the sake of formality. An unforgettable experience.

Please don’t go for it yesterday on 16 January 2022 I bought a couple of pizza from millcreek pizza ellerslie location and in pizza my kids found hairs in pizza I call them and they said it’s very normal but I surprised by the behaviour by the owner he has taken everything grand. I said ok m coming for conservation and owner run away from his desk no one give me any suitable answer now my kid feel pain in his stomach so I visit my family doctor and I have decided to go to Alberta health and I have doctor report as well let’s see because they don’t have any right play with children health in COVID time please careful guys from them

Always a great experience t this location. The owner does a fantastic job as front of house always making you feel welcome. Even thought it wasn’t on their menu he whipped up a batch of butter chicken wings and asked me to review them as he had never made it before and had to “wing it”. It seems they were wings coated in sauce then broiled, adding a little char to it. Fantastic flavour, albeit I generally prefer a wing that’s lightly breaded and deep fried and then tossed in sauce for that crispy texture. Mind you the latter process might not be as flavourful.

Not recommend this place. I ordered two medium pizza and I confirmed it by calling them again. I went to pick up the pizza and they made two large pizza. Guy told me that you ordered medium pizza but we made large and there is only $3 dollars difference so I asked him to give me $3 off because it wasn’t my fault. He said i can’t do that , I am so busy that’s why mistake happened. So I refused to take the pizza. The guy working there has a smily face but it’s fake and try to rob the customers. I would have given zero star for this kind of service.

3 stars because the owner is a super nice gentleman. Deducting 2 stars as the delivery driver was extremely rude and did not come upstairs in the condo to deliver. Went down to get the pizza and the driver basically asked how much tip I was gonna give him... to which I said none but I would leave a review to let the owner know so here I am writing this. Will NOT order from this place until they have figured out their delivery driver attitude situation. Thanks.

ordered 2pizza bitter chicken and donair. told me 20mins to pick, wait for 35mins, toppings and bottom of pizza dough were fully cooked.However, middle of dough were not cooked and extreme soft, looks like took from freezer. Called over, the owner has bad attitude and he told me he cooked 15yrs pizza, their pizza always like that. . I ask for refund. he refused and told me never come back again. do not order from here.

Ordered 2 shahi paneer pizza, bottom of the crust and the top cheese was cooked while the crust in between was completely undercooked (pictures attached). Spoke to the owner who confirmed that it’s their regular recipe and the crust always remains uncooked as it’s in between the layers ( some excuse) . Didn’t argue but decided this was my last time ordering. Good luck ordering at your own risk .

I do not recommend this place. We have ordered 6 regular pizzas, but they have made extra extra hot that we couldn’t even eat it. So we have phoned the store and asked for the replacement but guy was very rude, and said I am busy I can’t do anything. We have thrown all 6 pizzas. Unacceptable customer service. Do not go to this place. I wish I could give negative rating to this place.

Me and my Dad went in to your business looking to buy pizza after a hard days work. All three of your order screens were turned off so we asked for a menu. You seemed annoyed by our request, you didn't turn on your order screen and told us you didn't have any printed menus. Another customer arrived and you began completely ignoring us. Thank you.

Pizza was amazing. We asked them to make India style and they trueIy did. I loved their Shahi paneer Pizza. Dough is very soft and not chewy at all. Oy one thing they could improve is that cook pizza little more, some part of the piiza did felt uncooked. But overall it was great. I would totally order it again. I also liked the vege lovers pizza.

Sauce was too sweet and almost had a cinnamon taste to it. And it was loaded with pepper. I found it too spicy to enjoy as my tongue was burning. The combination wasn't tasty so I picked off the toppings, scraped off as much sauce as I could and ate the crust. What a waste of money. It looked so good but didn't live up to that.

Millcreek pizza is my preferred pizza place. They are very consistent with their quality, quantity and selection. They have different varieties with toppings, sauces and crusts. Moreover they allow us to make a combo with our own choices and we can get any toppings that we want. They also have very good delivery services.

Pleasantly surprised with this delicious pizza The donair pizza is delicious and generous on sauce. The meat lovers pizza is loaded with great quality meat. The hot wings are different than your usual pizza spot wings, in a good way. Very tasty. The staff is SO friendly and kind. We definitely found our new pizza place.

My favorite pizza shop. I always order pizzas from this place and everytime I eat pizza, the word that utters from my mouth is just wow. Mine favorite is shahi paneer. They have veggie puffs also. And the customer service is great and always have great quality food.

Should not ask whether bill is paid or not. Please check your system before asking customer. It's insult to customer if you ask this question while customer is leaving your premises. 4* is for great food quality!

Just wanted to let you know the pizzas were fantastic yesterday and the staff/owner was wonderful and such great customer service. We had ordered three different kinds and they were all awesome. First time there and we will definitely be regulars.

I order patties from here many times but they never charge for ketchup. On my last visit they charged me for ketchup which was so inappropriate. It like taking advantage of the customer. It was so rude and ways of talking was not good at all.

Great Pizza!! We ordered and then got stuck somewhere, the person waited just for us for 10-15 mins after closing and also gave us discount and free food along with our order!! Very pleased and we will keep coming back for delicious pizza.

Love this pizza! We moved away from the original location years ago and found a new store on Ellerslie. Ordered the tandoori and butter chicken pizzas. Still great tasting many years later! Owner is genuine and kind! We will be back!

The food we ordered was seemed to be made about a day or two ago! We ordered kadhai paneer and it didn't even taste like it. Rotis were probably made in the morning sometime and had hair in the dough. Really disgusting experience!!

I ordered pizza without onion and garlic. However, that pizza was so expensive and he didn't even mention the price during the order. I didn't appreciate his service at all and I don't recommend ordering pizza from here.

The fam really enjoyed the pizza! We had the butterchicken pizza and tandoori.. butter chicken pizza was soooo good and flavorful.. Its hard to impress indian parents on spice and flavor level.. but they did very well!

Great place for chicken wings and pizza. My order was made incorrect when ordered first time, but the lady at the counter was very helpful, she made sure it doesnt happen next time. Never had any issues since then.

Ordered two chicken tandoori pizza and god knows where that chicken flew away. Literally no piece of chicken. Gluten free pizza dough was uncooked (goey and jelly like). Please work on your quality.

If you’re looking for good variety of Indian Style pizza, definitely recommend this place. Their Shahi Paneer pizza is one of my best. Could improve in terms of customer service a bit.
