If no star was an option, that is what yhey would've gotten. I recently fall in love with a Vince Camuto dress on their website as I was dress shopping for a wedding. I signed up for their emailing list for 15% off. The code the company sent me did not work. I emailed their customer service, their response basically told me that the error was on my end. So fine, I thought let me go to the store to at least try it on before I spend the $200. Found out that there Square One location had my size in stock. I went in after work today. I tried on a smaller size as I didn't find my size on the rack. I did ask one of the salesperson to look for my size. She never returned. After I got changed I came out, flagged someone else down and asked if I could order my size into the store and I can come pick it up. She proceeds to send me back to the first salesperson but told me they could. Fine, now back to that lady. I told her I would like to have the dress in my size as that size was too small. As she was looking she said they have it in store so she looks around again (if she had to look around again what was she doing the first time when she was looking for my size?). Comes back and said it was stolen and they don't have it around. I asked about the 15% off coupon. She said they were done with that in store and I showed her my coupon said in store and online with an expiration at the end of this month. She completely disregarded. And basically told me that if I wanted the dress I had to go to Fairview Mall. I told her that there was no way because I dont drive and she said why not if you wanted the dress?! Really?! Instead of offering to ordering it for me, like they could, she told me to somehow go find my own way there. I am sorry but I have been in retail and the service industry for 10 years now. This was probably the worst customer experience. I would never ever shop here or at Melanie Lyne period. Your lack of customer appreciation and service was utterly disgusting.

I quite agree with the zero stars method as noted by other reviewers! I had bought an item at the Erin Mills location- it is near my work and went there for lunch- shopping. Days later, I was doing shopping at Square One so I decided to do my item return there. It only makes sense to the alert& oriented folks I guess! The sales/ so-called manager seemed to be pissed off from the get go. She told me "I did not buy the item there". YAH surprised!!! She said "the store POLICY we do not return money on items less than $40.00 and we offer a store credit". I told her that is strange how would I know this? before purchasing where is your visual signage?? The manager showed me the back of the receipt. I told her, how would I know the policy BEFORE I make the purchase having the receipt and reading it is a bit too late - don't you think? (dah!).....she said I will do it FOR YOU TODAY BUT next time I won't. Little did she know there will be NO NEXT TIME!! I have slimmed down some and now I can easily venture into ANY women's store to get blouses, dresses and pants for work /sport. Additionally, I had a great experience with Border Free shopping website where I bought lots via MACY's ........So guess what ML..... GOODBYE! Total RUDENESS at the Square One location.

Was looking for a formal long gown to wear for a classic elegant themed wedding I will be attending. The staff was very helpful, asked my preferences like colour and style. The staff showed me some gowns and finally ended up with two to choose which I tried on. Her boss also looked at the gowns and she had excellent suggestions. She clearly knows her stuff because she has good suggestions on how to use the shawl in different ways with the gown, and to make sure that when it is hemmed to cut only an inch above the shoes and which gown is aptly suited to the occcasion. The store has a lot of beautiful gowns to choose from and I am so happy with my final choice of a classic and elegant gown.

Morning, it was such a horrible experience dealing with Zainab the manager of Melanie Lyne square one yesterday, in square one location. And it was my first and last visit for the whole brand. She has no idea about Customr service and she treated me as I was bigger not a customer. And when I asked her about the manager she claimed that she is the manager I really can’t understand how was she assigned to be the manager with this ugly attitude, I worked in customer service most of my life this is the worst experience that I’ve been through

always have a good experience at your store . leaving a 5 star review today because of one of your associates who went above and beyond and helped me pick an outfit for a xmas dinner Zainab even went to the next door Laura to get me some options when i couldn’t decide on a cardigan to go with my outfit It is refreshing to see someone so kind and customer service oriented who genuinely wants to help. Purchased a top that was never received and neither headoffice nor store is investigating or assisting. Call back option on phone line is non existant or idk if im still on list a wrek now? Poor customer service. Will not be shopping there again. I dont care for your top or your money keep it you are not worth the two weeks i have been trying to follow up on this matter for.

One of the best customer experiences I have had with Marcia and Pepneet. They were very patient and understanding especially that we needed to do an exchange of our Melania Lyne products with Laura products. They reached out to Laura’s team and made it happen. Again, thank you for your help and patience!

I wish zero star was an option too. They dont deserve even one star. The staff in this store are super rude. I dont know if they are getting commission on sale or not, but what ever is the store policy, is their own problem. If they dont like to be nice to customers the least they can do is to behave !!

Didn't have many of the items I was looking for - but the staff was very helpful - I did find one of the dresses I had wanted to try (that I had seen on their website) it was stunning, and I bought it right away!
