I love wearing Ann Taylor clothes. Actually I only wear this brand for my work. But there service is horrible. This time I went to store with my 6 year old son. He fall down at the store and started crying. While I was trying to keep him calm, one sales associate came and said rudely, "what's going on". Other came and stand behind me. I left the store immediately. I am surprised these people are so cold hearted. I wonder if Ann Taylor don't pay them well or don't train them well. This is a basic instinct to ask or offer help when someone in need.

I will never shop at this particular store again. The manager, a young Indian girl was so dismissive. I asked her to put my purchases on two different cards (one debit, one credit), since the items were over $600. I didn't want the entire amount on my credit card. She was so annoyed and even whispered to the other girl that I was inconveniencing her. She also got annoyed when I asked for a different size when I was in the fitting room. This is a part of your job.

I came in just before closing hour (5 min.) and the customer assistant greeted me in a rude way, saying: "we are closing, can I show you the way out?" Instead of asking whether if I need help with something. This is unacceptable even if the store is about to close. Also kicking people out 5 min before closing is not good. They should learn customer service skills!!!

The clothes themselves are really nice and are of pretty high quality, my wife loves to wear it. While the service might be a little spotty, they're training new employees especially since the kids went back to school. Hopefully they train the new kids will, the manager was really nice!

I went in the store with my daughter the other day and had a very bad experience. It was my first time shopping there. I asked the ladies to help me find something for an upcoming baby shower. They were lazy, rude and unhelpful. I bought a beautiful dress somewhere else.

Lazy sales clerk...I ask for a size xs pair of pants. She told me she didn't have any left. I asked her to check the one on the mannequin and she said it was hard to get to. It wasn't, she just couldn't be bothered. The store wasn't even busy!

The clothing is really nice quality and fits me well but the best thing about this place are the amazing staff that want to help and care about what you're looking for. Great service.

A very bad place to shop at, i don't recommend anyone to buy from them a woman with the glasses at the cashier she sticks so much just to buy their products.

The girls look and act, as though they hate working there. They are not polite, nor helpful. Very unpleasant experience.
