What can you say about a drive-thru McDonald's at 1:00 am for a couple of medium fries and a chai frappuccino? I thought the fries were just fine ... My friend thought they were too cold and he wasn't impressed with his drink. If I had any issue at all it's that you can't tell if the place is open or closed. For sure the restaurant part is closed. The inside is dimly lit. The entrance to the drive-thru is kind of lit but as you follow it'sn arrow path around the back of the building it gets pitch black... like the entrance to a horror theme park. I was about to drive out and I heard a voice coming from the sign I had passed. Backed up and tried to order but the sound was interrupting intermittently and they asked me to pull up to the cashier to order. The cashier was accommodating while trying to describe the difference between a whipped frappuccino and a chai frappuccino

The service here is no worse or better than other Mcdonalds...but the food is consistently poor (for breakfast anyways). On my way to work, I used to do the drive-thru for breakfast. After being frustrated and disappointed so many times, I simply go to a McDs before or after this one. Why does this place earn a 1 star??? 4/5 times the food either comes out wrong but mostly made with a "don't give a shiiittte attitude". You can tell it's been sitting around and just slapped together with things falling out and where the muffin is burnt black...always. The food is always simply made with no care. Then I caught on why...it was the crew that worked there...frankly, it was the mentality of the crew that worked there...without naming the people and the culture...hint: they love Karaoke and dancing. These group of people's mentality is they just wanna ride out their 2 years while doing a half-assed job until they can get their "landed status".

I went through the drive thru and ordered a Quarter Pounder burger. I had to go park and wait. I was fine with that. When I got my burger and went to eat it I noticed that they only served my burger with half the bun. So I had to walk into the place which totally defeated the purpose of going through the drive thru. I asked them "not sure why you think I'd like a burger with half the bun" his response was "I'm a Vegetarian" I really wanted to snap back saying "you May be a Vegetarian but you work at McDonalds and so maybe your cooks should know how to serve a burger". I keep coming back to this location but I'm seriously thinking about not coming back here. There's another McDonalds not too far from this one so no biggy. Like it's mind boggling, half the bun!

Guys, you know you're bad. It takes forever to get your order. Multiple times I've waited 10+ minutes for a big mac meal. The average wait time had to be between 5-10. I love McDonald's and I'm thankful there is one in the area and this location IS better than no location but it's a tough spot to get to by foot and by car. It's cramped (not really your fault just the space you were given) in the interior and it seems the 3 tables you do have are always dirty. Under normal circumstances, it would be a one star but you guys were dealt a bad hand. I'll pay 10% more for the food if you can get the fast back into the food and keep the tables clean. Still I get a big mac several times a month. Just lovin it.

Always a hit and miss in this location. Service sometimes takes too long. Almost seems like there is only two staff working. Location is not the best either. Driving in to the entrance of their drive thru is dangerous coming from the main street. And drivers can cut each other off which can cause traffic. It is also near train tracks so if it happens a train is passing by, you can’t hear the order taker and they can’t hear you. I only order coffee here and they always get it wrong. Sometimes less cream. Sometimes less or no sugar. Its the only location on my way to work so I don’t really have a choice but to drop by here. Otherwise, won’t visit.

We go here only because it's on the way home from Downtown Vancouver. Everytime we go and order just Iced Coffee and a set of Fries, it's always at least a 10 minute wait; usually longer. Normally, I wouldn't care too much to write about a negative experience, but not only are the staff indifferent to you waiting - they almost rub it in your face that Uber Eats or whatever delivery app gets priority and you are a waste of their time and a hindrance to their lives. I guess I'll start driving an extra 5 or so KMs to look for a McDonalds that's out of the way the next time my kids want something rather than disrupt the daily lives of the staff here.

this place is TERRIBLE! we have ordered for delivery and 3 times we have been short changed by this place-order not completed...fries or burgers missing from the order. who does quality control? no one obviously and the lack of caring about customers shows, where is the manager. they charge enough for the food and delivery and i expect my order to be exactly as i ordered. maybe one screw up but 3 times already!!!!!!! last night (feb 16) we ordered and i knew as soon as i pick up the bag from the delivery person that i got short changed again...the fries-2 large orders to be exact were missing. i am so angry!!!! if mcdonalds is going to offer delivery than check the order for accuracy...NOT OK!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered a LARGE fries and large Coke EASY ice. repeated it twice. Just got home to open the bag and I have no spilled or eaten fries and THIS is what I'm given? AND after repeatedly saying EASY ice LIGHT ice, the silly boy still got it wrong, rang me extra ice and filled the cup to the top. This is my favourite McDonald's, I always go there around the same time but it has never been busy when I went in there. I always get just a 6 piece nuggets and idk what they do- maybe overcook them a little but I swear to god they are the best nuggets you will ever have in a McDonald's in Vancouver! No sauce required, they are that good. Also the employees are very nice and corteous. One of them even charged my phone for me (which definitely is not in their job description).

My neighborhood location really needs to up its quality control and ingredient placement inside the sandwiches. One time I received a breakfast sausage mcmuffin and it was too burnt, fine - Atleast its cooked. Today I get a McChicken and the texture on my last few bites were unexplainable. Really need some better quality or better cooked food at this grimey location. I didnt even get a napkin in the bag. Although they did get all the sauces right! Hate leaving poor reviews and I love McDonald's but 6/10 your drive thru coffee order will be wrong at this location. It is most frustrating cause by the time you find out.. you've driven away. Maybe getting the order perfect for 1000's of folks is quite the feat but every other McDonald's does it just fine.... Just incredibly disappointed and hope there's change. Seems like the print out with the coffee details is not stuck on my cup most times when there is an error. How do they decide when to print the details or when not to?

Just the worst, one car in front of me at the drive threw that took ten minutes to order (i know not there fault) finally I order and always get the same thing so I know what I’m getting, after ordering and paying I sat at the food window for ten minutes before the told me to go wait in the parking lot where i wait for another ten or more minutes before i just gave up went and had to remind them about my food. Soooo about 30 minutes for a one man meal..... could have gone to a real restaurant for that much time.

I live near by, 600 meters or less. Decided to try out despite my pledge not to go to McDonalds. It's been 20 plus years since I have voluntarily walked into a McDonalds, minus the time my buddy who said he'd buy me a burger 5 years ago. I wanted to pre order, called and was told to use app or come to the location. So I drove the short distance. And was told that the coupon I had expired oct 4th ..... I drove away and went to a&w where I had a coupon from the same time period and got 2 burgers.... f u McDonalds

The items themselves are usually made right but the majority of the time there is either a major communication issue or they simply give us the wrong items. I worked at a McDonald's drive-thru before so I always say my order as clearly as possible, yet they often rush so much that they misunderstand and then they will blame the customer for the misunderstanding. I wish they would learn that if you take a few extra seconds to listen properly and confirm, you end up saving time in the long-run.

Apr 22. Unfriendly and grumpy staff. Was picking up my food. Decided to take a drive through, so I don’t have to park. The drive throu was empty. The dispatcher insisted me to walk inside regardless my order was ready and sealed. I guess she was trying to give me a lesson or she was in the mood. The drive through has no screen display of your order and the engrish skills of the staff are dubious at best. I ordered 2 bacon mcgriddles and I got 2 sausage.... how bacon and sausage can be confused? I hate sausage. I love bacon. Thanks for a miserable breakfast. Do not expect professionalism or accuracy or a team dedicated to customer satisfaction. Order whatever you want but you're left to luck if you get what you ordered. My advice is to go to a different McDonald's.

Maybe 1 out of 10 staff here take their job seriously. I walked in for lunch and the lady behind the counter looked at me and continued her conversation with her coworker, 5 staff stood by the drive thru until one who came from the back noticed me and helped me. My order took longer than it needed cause staff were prioritizing their own meals. Train them to read a situation better and eat on your break like everyone else.

What can I say, I just expect more from McDonald's. The person who took my order clearly did not want to be there and when I did order, I made the mistake of ordering a "breakfast all day" sausage Mcmuffin...I didn't realize they meant it would take "all day" to get it. Watch the quality of your ingredients. Wilted lettuce that is brown, meat that tastes off, no ice or soda that is just colored water. Having your restaurant up as open on delivery apps then saying you're closed and try again in an hour even though mcdonalds is open early. Do not feel bad about asking for refund on bad product from a huge corporation that either has staff that don't care or haven't been properly trained.

Food is NEVER fast considering it is a fast food place. The food is never fresh either since you always have to wait for your order. My fries were COLD not even warm, no salt, BARELY cooked. I went to ask for some new ones and the staff there were very RUDE! She said I ate some, which I did not, they had dumped most of the fries in the bag. I would NOT recommended this McDonald's!!! Store 19207 was absolutely rude and because of them I ended up starting to go to the washroom running across a parking lot to a gas station because they closed their washroom to public. Which having seating outside to public to eat and serving food and beverages I'm pretty sure is illegal and I was even a paying customer. Worst McDonald’s in Vancouver. Do not order online, don’t go to the drive thru, and don’t even bother going into the restaurant. Order is always wrong or missing items. Staff don’t seem to care about customers or their job. Avoid at all costs. The only time I have had a good experience here is when certain employees were working. But other than that the standards were always very poor.

It took a long time to receive the food. I was wondering why it takes so much time. Of course I understand that there are many things to do but… they don’t explain anything. But the taste was not so bad. Thanks.

It's so hard to order here during lunch time. I keep having to correct and explain my order to them. I ordered a double quarter cheese meal and got a single twice in a row. They also seem to struggle with coupons, having to get a manager/supervisor whenever someone uses them. For God's sakes, don't put someone on the front lines to interact with customers if they can't do it.

This location has the WORST customer service I have ever endured. Staff is typically quite rude and ill-informed about their menu and till. I have waited up to 30 minutes for a cheeseburger, plain, no bun because they couldn't figure out what that meant. I'd rather walk 30 miles in a blizzard, to a different location than deal with the staff there again

What can I say? I mean, I've always loved McDonald's. Nothing beats a Suasage and egger breakfast meal deal in the morning. Pretty consistent, frys can be pretty old at times, employees are friendly, female manager is super aggressive and exhibits unnecessary and rude behavior to staff , she should really take a course on management considering her method is to just yell at people. Yelling at someone on the till does absolutely nothing for productivity.

Why do you close at 11pm when you're the only McDonald's in the neighborhood. Why don't you have all day breakfast. I like that at this location they simply hand you your food or place it on the counter for you to come and pick up at your leisure. They don't fire your burgers, 5 at a time out of a t-shirt cannon at you, and call you burger-boy as you writhe around in physical and emotional agony on their pristine McFloors, like SOME locations

I recommend this location to my friends to grab some dinner, after the struggle of getting our order in we walked away. We opened the McDonalds bag at home to no fries even though we ordered a LARGE fries, it was half of what a small order of fries might be in a LARGE carton. This was an awful experience altogether.

Poor guys working without AC. Felt bad for them. However have to use bathroom right after FedEx guy. Was told it was out of service. Either FedEx destroyed bathroom or just not willing to open door. Either way. With the heat and lack of bathroom facilities it was kinda like being in hell

Avoid this one if you can. Way too busy for its size, slow service and now I'm depressed. The staff do their best but the logistics of this area/store don't make any sense. Don't go when it's busy.

Excellent, thanks for asking. Got a McMuffin with lettuce, tomato and a touch of mayo it was great. Though it did set me back a bit over 5$ as the guy after me orders a chicken griddle with cheese and spicy mayo was only 3.50ish. still very tasty but paid for the extras.

I’ve been to a lot of McDonalds in the past coffee. I am drinking my morning coffee and using their $1 deal coffee. This one is decent, it has a lot of parking space and their location is pretty good. Not far away from Hastings street where I live. It can get better!

Always get nuggets that feel like they have been sitting out for three days Slow. Rude staff half the time. Depressing atmosphere. Sketchy after dark or whenever. Doesn’t serve nuggets or burgers until 11:00 or 11:30. Not open 24 hours. Should be drive through only.

Staff here usually are pretty nice but very unprofessional with how they deal with most things. I sometimes wonder if it's there job they hate or the people they serve but fast service and convenient area (well for me).

Wow! The staff here are great. They seem to get along well too. I go there every Saturday morning and the drive through person who took my order even remembered my order from before! My breakfast burrito with apple juice. Hahaha. 5 stars.

A smaller Mickey D's situated in a high traffic street so if you need a stop for a snack it's right there. It's a bit of a grimy environment/atmosphere. Pretty standard haven't had issues with service or MCD food quality there....yet.

This place should just close the sit in section cause they dont serve anyone,10min to get served and 15min to get one medium drink.25 min wasted. They are too busy serving mobile orders to serve anyone standing in the shop.

Ordered 20 packs of ketchup and 15 packs of salt, mainly for my fries as I am an enjoyer of Sodium and Tomatoes. However quite dissapointing as I only got 12 packs of salt and 12 packs of ketchup. I now want to die.

Friendly staff with a slight hearing problem when it comes to ordering food which I had took them 3 times to get right. Thus half the food was 'warm' not hot. But decent for your daily gogo lifestyle.

The outside entrance is littered with Macdonalds garbage. The meat on my double meat patty big Mac was tough and tasteless. The ice coffee was good. The staff are friendly. Kind of scary environment.

Strawberry shake was good. Fries were hot and fresh. Crispy chicken was a rubbery surprise. Both apple pies were cold. Guess it will be a long time until I give in to my Macdonalds craving again.

Only four tables in the lobby, they are mainly a drive thru. Good and fast drive thru. Never had a problem. Only used lobby once, it seems odd, being so small. Really like the drive thru.

This is a small McDonalds kind of off the grid. There is usually not a wait for drive through. I really liked the service here. The staff was upbeat and friendly.

Came at an unreasonable hour with an unreasonable order but Kevin was a champ. He took our order, made it and hand delivered it to us. Great job!
