Went here lastnight to buy boots. I will never go again. I felt like I was under constant surveillance. They didn't even try to hide the fact the were watching us. I was trying on winter boots. There was this girl who couldn't take her eyes off of us. She was pretending to fix up some clothes that were ok. But kept staring at us the whole time. I felt very Uncomfortable!!!! There was a tall guy also who couldn't keep his eyes off of us. They both didn't offer any help but watched our every move we made. The guy was fake dusting the same shoes for about 10 mins in the same spot watching us. Felt relly Uncomfortable..Then he comes when we are leaving to go to the cash and says are you taking these RUDELY. I ignored him and we went to front to pay. There was only 2 people who offered help the guy in the clothes section and the Manager. The only one I saw actually working was the Manager and the kid who offered help in the beginning and the Cashier. The manager seemed ok. The Cashier was Great. Super friendly and helpful. I ave never experienced this at this Marks before so i was a bit surprised and Disappointed to see this happening. Made my shopping experience HORRIBLE...

I seem to have customer service issues every time I go to this location. Last one was... Do you have white turtlenecks, I'm looking for FIVE men or women I don't care(for costumes)? "I think we only have black"... That was it, no search, no pointing "it might be over there", nothing. I drive to trainyards and even though they were as busy as the Innes location, she went out of her way to find them for me and I was very successful. 24 hrs later I return to the Innes location (probably because it's closer) for Christmas gifts (they had a good sale)... They had a rack of turtlenecks in gray, green, black and white...Along with severe neckline long sleeve shirts in white that would've worked just fine in the mens section. If you, the staff, think your out of stock, I will not search high and low as I rely on you to know your stock specially during a busy season. Or if anything ask a coworker even if you looked like you've been working there a while. retail 101

We had a very pleasant experience on Saturday evening, just 10 minutes before closing we came to buy specific type of women's winter working gloves. We've been approached by the store representative and although the small size was not on the shelf we were offered to wait and the guy brought them. As the store had a discount 30% for every single item, we decided to buy more, so the salesman brought us the quantity we needed . FYI, we found out that the store at Innes location has the largest stokes in the Ottawa and Gatineau region.

WOW! I spent an hour, browsing the men’s winter jackets. Hoping to get a quality one. I was never once greeted, despite 3 or 4 staff members walking past me. I decided on a jacket and went to the cash. There was a lady working near the cash, tagging articles; however, she did not greet me nor offer to check me through the cash. This is the absolute worst experience I’ve had. I would not recommend this store to anyone, nor do I intend on ever returning.

I really like Mark's. You're treated with respect, very fair in giving you the best deals and also very courteous and helpfull. Mark's realized that their customers come first and has accomplished that way of doing business. I always feel like I got a good deal and feel good about it. Good products and a guarantee on any deficiencies. Thank you Mark's and all of your team.

I went in looking for new work boots and found a style I liked right away. The selection was really great. The boots I picked are heavy duty construction ones with electric shock protection. There was a clerk that helped pick out and install insoles with arch support. They also helped me find boot sox quickly. Great services, great selection and fair prices.

I waited 25 minutes in my car for curb side pickup, nobody came out. I left and 5 mins later received a call asking for me to come in the building because they are understaffed. Why couldn’t they have called me 30 mins earlier or taken the time it took to call me to walk outside. Wont return thanks.

A nice large and well supplied store. I really enjoy the large section for construction/trades/work wear. While it is not cheap, it is still a very good selection to choose from. They also have a good selection of men's clothes and footwear. The staff is helpful and nice to deal with.

No issues with my visit. I went in and knew what I was looking for. I picked the items up went to the cash and paid. I understand that staff is limited so in the times we live in at this time there is not an expectation that you would receive one on one service. Will visit again

Staff isn't eager to help and like all other Canadian Tire owned retail stores, it's extra complicated to return or exchange anything. CT app was supposed to store your purchases but store would not honor it without a receipt.

Customer service is EXCELLENT! Not just because I got the greatest deal ever lol. But because both women were there to help with the what, where, whenever and the why. The who was not important. Canadian Tire HERE I COME!

Horrible welcome, experienced a very rude racist behaviour at the entrance when I just arrived from a man who worked there, Tuesday at 12:30. I’ve never come back. Shame shame shame. Though other works were super nice

They made me feel horrible for returning a pair of $300. Dollar boots .because they leaked .The have no staff on the floor to assist you. You are are constantly waiting. The Service was better when Vlad was there .

Busy place but that means that they are doing great!! They are always willing to help you no matter what you need or looking for. They even help with suggestions if you are not quite sure what it is you need.

I bought a pair of socks in Casselman for 19. 99 .I have sore feet so I try different items today I bought 5 pairs of copper sole. High quality. Paid 26. 99 minus 15%card. Support local merchants? ??

This is a great store, I've always had good experiences when I go in. We had to do an exchange, they had the item we needed and the cashier was very helpful. I also got a nice sweater for a great price!

Standard fare. Never have enough of the footwear to try the sizes to make sure you get a good fit. Same problem with the entire chain. Online is not an option when footwear sizes are not standardized!

Great staff! Huge selection. Lots if space in this store means it's chalked full with overstock clearance items. I just spent 100 bucks on two pairs of pants, kneepads, and steel toe shoes. Winning!

Once u get there they dont help you and the guy in the shoes department is no help. He is stupid when it comes to shoes I think they should fire him because he has no experience in what he does

Went for a new pair of steeltoed boots, but inventory was limited for the normal sizes. So the assistant searched for nearby stores with the right size, and offered to help find a similar make.

Everyone was super helpful from the moment I walked in the door, to checkout. Only complaint would be that your selection of works boots for women is seriously lacking

Almost no staff in store, only two people both at the cash. Very limited sizes available in store. I ended up ordering online as the selection was so poor in store.

The store is clean and tidy, jam packed with all kind of clothes, garments and boots, many discounted. The best of all is staff on duty which is really helpful.
