Luxe was the first place we went to look at engagement rings, and from the beginning they were so helpful and made the process so easy. I was able to try on and mix and match different diamond shapes, sizes, and settings to figure out what worked best for me. When the time came for my fiancé to purchase the ring, they were able to answer all of the questions he had. I didn’t know my fiancé had ordered the ring already when I changed my mind about the design I wanted. Despite that, Luxe was able to accommodate the last minute change and still get the ring done in time. I still can't get over how amazing of a job they did on my ring, we will be back when the time comes to get our wedding bands!

Sonali was very professional, helped to educate me along the process, and very consultative in recommendations. I got my bracelet repaired and the turnaround time was quick, the communications and updates were great, and the price was very reasonable. Absolutely exceptional service, I went to Luxe to find an engagement ring for my Now Fiancé. The service I received was amazing, not only did Lori take her time with me to pick out a ring but really showed me all the options for my budget. I was extremely happy with the service provided. Laurie was very helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and professional and made me feel welcome in their store. I needed my ring to be resized and replace a couple of lost diamonds and the whole process was very easy and only took a week to get it back and their prices are very reasonable. My ring looks fantastic and I totally would recommend this store to everyone!

Great customer service. Luxe has unique design sets to try out different rings with various diamonds, accents stones.. The negative point is the Luxe has very expensive lab diamonds and once sold even Luxe doesn’t accept it back . The making charges goes more than 70% of gold.

Great jewelry place to buy gifts . They offer gold , silver and diamonds. Staff are friendly and helpful. Great packaging. The only star that missing is because they didn’t have silver men rings only wedding rings.
